“Such a beautiful spot in Coronado, with a large front patio great for people watching and enjoying our perfect SD weather. We come specifically for the Korean prime skirt steak - it is so good!!! Great and attentive service, modern and light ambiance, beautiful location and excellent food and drinks.“
“Came in on a busy Monday but only had to wait 10 mins! Never had been to this place before but was delighted by Sebastian who accommodated us well and who always was checking on us. The food was so good and loved the crepes at the end very yummy veryyyyy yummy!“
“OMG! Excellent service and breakfast cooked right ?? Francisco took care of us and he was right on point with service, attitude and helping us navigate through the assorted menu. Solid option to have breakfast if you're in the area. Coffee is pretty decent and the Super Slam is great, a classic!“
“Enjoying brunch outside at Feast and Fareway. This is our 2nd visit on our Cornado trip. Today we had the French toast and pancake sampler as well as the blue crab Benedict. So yummy and we will return! Savannah is an excellent server as well! The view is amazing with the bay and the bridge and right on the golf course. The mood is very laid back - we feel super comfortable here! Just relax and enjoy a good meal!“
“The service was cordial, and the atmosphere was OK. The restaurant smells more like a bar. We had the french toast, which really seemed to be bread dipped in whipped eggs and milk, and grilled in oil. It lacked sweetness and cinnamon. The eggs and bacon we ordered on the side were very good and fresh. Cracker Barrel does a better breakfast.“
“If you’re in Coronado don’t even bother going anywhere else for breakfast until you’ve stopped here.Strong quick service, delicious high quality food. Giant portions, come hungry. This was takeout so I imagine sit down is even better.“
“Love In-n-Out. Who doesn't like a burger Animal style. Get to know the underground menu but for me I'm always a fan of a burger "animal" style. You can get the fries that way too!Parking: The drive through line is double wide and long at times.“
“I highly recommend coming to Dennys by 24th St. The food was delicious and the customer service was right on point. Big thanks to our server Liz was very friendly and attentive during our visit. Thank you for a 5 star service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Angelina was extremely nice gave great information regarding menu options has a great smile and really nice. Definitely will be coming back to this location. Thank youParking: Good locationKid-friendliness: Kids friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Has one“
“We're always looking for great Sunday brunch places. Adding this one to the list! Great mix of food choices with a modern fusion atmosphere. They also change the menu every 90 days which adds to the right of options each time you visit.“
“We were looking for a good breakfast spot. I had read about this place on another app and was excited to try it out. As someone with Celiac disease, I cannot ingest any amount of gluten. Finding a place that is both safe AND delicious is extremely hard. This place not only met those criteria, but surpassed all of my hopes. The food was AMAZING! So good, that we came back two days later for another round. Quality is there and so is the quantity - the portions are quite substantial! Love the little touches like the fresh flowers on each table. The chef has mad skills!! Everyone is so welcoming and the place itself is super cute. They also have baked goods that looked delicious, but we haven't tried any yet. I'm also looking forward to trying the lunch items and I saw items ordered by others and wanted to try them too. you HAVE to try this place - you will not be disappointed!!“
“Staff was super friendly and helpful. A lot of of great options but I took MJ’s recommendation and tried the 805 South Burrito with Longanisa chimichanga style, THE most delicious breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. You gotta try this place! 5 ⭐️“
“I always come to Denny's for lunch when I'm working or sometimes real late at night on random weekends. I love the breakfast and the servers always treat me well ⭐️ you can easily walk out with a full breakfast paying on me about $10 bucks with medium size pancakes. If you're willing to spend about $5 to $8 dollars more, you can do customize kinds of pancakes instead.“
“The best place for breakfast on this side of the border! Authentic is here! Yes sir! Yes ma'am! Come through it's win, win ? win situation! No regrets except not finding this place sooner ??!Congratulations to the cook, the owner and everyone else that makes this place different! Great difference!“
“Woah , stumbled upon this gem while on Vacation ! Absolutely hands down , the best meal of our entire trip ♡ The service was great ♡ , they were very attentive , bubbly , & offered great recommendations! We ended up trying the French Toast , Maggie's Green Chilaquilles , Chile Relleno Omlette , & the Biscuts & Gravy ( SOS ) ( Reminded me of my Childhood ) THANK YOU !!!!“
“My grandson has a peanut allergy and thanks to Mr. Wyatt (the manager) he made sure they took full precaution with food preparations. To add to my experience here, Melissa (our server) was outstanding. She made sure we were at ease knowing we can dine this delicious food without any worries, she took excellent care of us.The food here is amazing. I highly recommend BJ's to anyone visiting SD. We flew in from NYC and I have to say they're a 5 star restaurant with food quality and their environment.Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service.“
“I wasn't from the area and was prior researching good spots to ear. I wanted something just enough to last me 9 hours to hangout in Chula Vista and prep for Jiu-Jitsu/gym. The 5 Stars is on the food itself. Wish the water cup was bigger but oh well. Imma make this my Friday routine.“
“The clam chowder was good, as was the gemelli (twisted noodle) seafood pasta in basil cream sauce (a solid 4/5). Maybe it needed a little more fish and sauce on the noodles. The halibut was cooked well, but the Nawlins seasoning was too forced. I was hoping for sea bass, but I didn’t see it on the menu the day we were there. Our server was terrific. Make reservations for 5:15 if you want a guaranteed window seat inside overlooking the boats. Take your time before dinner and enjoy oyster shots or oysters Rockefeller if you prefer them cooked.“
“Well rated Mexican & Guatemalan eatery in a National City strop mall. You could almost miss this place because it looks like a small takeout w a funny name, but it is worth the stop. We had a very healthy Veggie omelet w house potatoes & (buttery) pancake side along w a bowl of Oatmeal & a skillet breakfast. Everything was tasty & delicious. Great salsas too, red & green. Lots of new stuff on the menu that I want to try when I go back!“
“I came to Coronado to visit a friend and we decided to go to dinner here at The Tavern. We had heard from other recommendations that we should give them a try.The parking in the area can be tricky. There are numerous street-parking opportunities nearby and it's important to be mindful of the ones that have a 2-hour parking limit and which ones are unlimited.I parked about 3.5 blocks down by the beach and it was a short walk. The interior of The Tavern is very reminiscent of an old Irish Pub of sorts. Mostly all wooden, homey decor, kind of an earthy overtone and I could appreciate the vibes.Service was superb, friendly & super-attentive ?I chose seating at a window booth, instead of a high-table.One thing to note is that depending on the season & weather, although you're indoors, it can get a bit chilly and you may still want a sweater.Oh and their bathroom was super-clean and that's always a plus and speaks to the cleanliness & organization of an establishment.I ordered the pork belly tostadas (street tacos) that come a gooseberry demi-glaze for starters and their "fish and chips".The tostadas were freakin amazing! Meat was cooked to perfection, tender and the gooseberry sauce lended a subtle sweetness to the flavors. The tostada was crispy & not soggy and complimented the tender meat. The fish and chips were disappointing however.Their size was smaller than I anticipated, the texture of the first one was crispy and the other two tended to be soggy on the underside (indicative of too much oil). The flavor was as expected & good and the tartar sauce was basic, but worked to boost the flavor profile.Unfortunately, the last two fish pieces were so soft that they crumbled when trying to dip them. The only big win is that I was told that they use fresh local fish and that's why I ordered them (support local fishermen).I just think that $21 was a bit steep for this experience. For dessert, I ordered the churros & hot chocolate dip and got a side of vanilla icecream. This was the perfect sweet treat!I got 3 long churros warm, a bowl of hot chocolate sauce to dip them in and the cool icecream complemented the entire experience ?Overall, I really liked my experience at The Tavern.Other than the overpriced fish & chips, my dining went well and the vibes inside are great for a date night or just socializing with friends.Kid-friendliness: One should know that you can order their famous lavender lemonade WITH or WITHOUT alcohol in it. So BOTH adults and kids can enjoy it!“
“Comfortable and pleasant dining area, courteous staff. Pizza is delicious! It has a tasty crust, fresh ingredients. They do not offer pizza by the slice, so I ordered the Rolling Hills as a 12” thinking I would eat some there and take the rest home. I ended up eating the whole pie, it was great!“
“The Chicken Wings ..!!!Need we say more!!! They are Amazing…The Mahi Mahi tacos are loaded with flavor. The burgers are big , flavorful and not overwhelming. Their selection of beers on tap are exactly what you will be looking for. Right across the street from the IB pier (about 100 yards ) with patio seating that looks out to the beach. The staff is super friendly. It’s self seating. Don’t forget to purchase one of their famous shirts on the way out….Kid-friendliness: My Kids Love this place !!!“
“Ambiance was clean, classy & laid back. Service was friendly and attentive. I had a sugar free vanilla latte extra hot served in a ceramic mug. Solid cup of coffee. Free 1 hour parking in the parking garage they are connected to. Outside patio seating as well as plenty of indoor seating.“
“Amazing service and food was great! Menu had options for everyone! salads, sandwiches and burgers, so yummy!Vegetarian options: Salads, sandwiches and soupsParking: You need to pay but it's very cheap, 1 dlls an hourKid-friendliness: There's space for them to play and roam around, beautiful view to the marina“
“We had dinner and brunch the next day. Everything was perfect. Our waiter was attentive and was helpful with the menu. We had a great time. I ordered the octopus to share and the scallops. The scallops were perfectly cooked and came with delicious gnocchi. She ordered the steak with blue crab topping. Also perfect! We had to take a bit home. I ordered the turnover for desert to share. I really enjoyed the turnover. The brunch had just about everything you could want (They don't have crab legs).I do miss the old Hotel Del Coronado brunch they used to have. That brunch has been shut down since COVID.“
“Awesome breakfast spot - and unlike other places, it was not super busy on a Saturday! We were seated right away & service was great! We sat outside (by choice) and it was nice! They had a full breakfast menu with a Spanish flare! It was all good food. I especially loved the potatoes, they were crispy on the outside!Drinks - we got the mimosa flight to share, chai tea, iced coffees and the fresh orange juice! It was all great!! Bonus they have milk alternatives for your coffee!“
“Absolutely loved my lunch here! I ordered the mahi mahi wrap which came with perfectly grilled, moist mahi mahi, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce with a chipotle sauce. The pita bread was soft and chewy and was the perfect vehicle to all the wonderful goodness inside. I ordered a side of fresh fries and they were perfectly cooked and crispy. I asked for a side of ranch to accompany the meal. They have an area with complimentary pickled jalapeños, red spicy salsa, grilled peppers, and ketchup. The place was popping at lunch, which shows that many people love coming here! They were friendly and efficient with their service! They have indoor and outdoor patio seating. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh and such great value! My whole meal was only $13, a win in this economy!“
“Got the Mediterranean Bowl with tofu via delivery app. They know how to make a vegetarian dish that's for sure. Sour and salty dish well balanced with sweet potatoes and different textures. Not just healthy but tasty. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Meatless bowls and tofu as the protein option.“
“This Denny's is one of my favorite local restaurants simply due to its location right smack in the middle of Chula Vista's Millenia neighborhood. It's decor is modern and refreshing but still retains the signature look of Denny's. Service is good and overall the establishment is clean and well maintained. If your in the area and crave a Grand Slam, this is the place.“
“It was so welcoming, the decor felt like I was back in Europe during Christmas season. The was very good. Definitely recomed.Vegetarian options: If you want vegan, let her know she make what you askDietary restrictions: If you have restrictions again she will make sure you get what you ask for.Parking: You can park on the street before the turn on her street it's only 2 Homes away.Kid-friendliness: It's on a patio... so if you say your having little ones she can accommodate.“
“We always leave with a full stomach! For this occasion we order the Breakfast Sampler and the World-Famous Pancake combo (w/strawberry banana pancakes) and everything was great! The pancakes are always soft and fluffy (obviously tasty) and they always get your eggs done right (we chose over-easy and sunny-side up).“
“My family and I went here for dinner and it was delicious! From the bread, crab cakes, and main entrees, we were all impressed with how everything tasted. The servers were amazing with making this a dining experience we won’t forget as we were on vacation. The next time we come back to this area, we want to come for brunch!“
“LOVE this place! Taco Tuesdays are great and the tacos are really good. I took a star bc i asked if i could hang up a flyer on their bulletin board, they said yes, then tore it down. If you didn’t want me to just say so, but don’t tear it down after giving permission; i have to pay to have those printed.“
“Everything is really good here and quality. They do a great job. Little one always goes for the boneless wings with traditional sauce (and I always steal some) and I usually get carnitas fries or salad with chicken and mango habanero sauce. You will not be disappointed!“
“Hubs and I are visiting from Wyoming on our honeymoon. We came to the Tin Fish on our first and last night in San Diego. I would have left 5 stars but both times that we visited they were out of the lobster Mac n cheese. However, the clam chowder in the bread bowl was absolutely amazing both times I had it. My husband had a cheese burger with the crinkle fries and again, both times, fantastic! It's a small but man do they make some darn good food!Thank you for making a part of our vacation memorable ❤️“
“love the happy hour prices and offerings. the servers were nice. music can be a tad bit lower. did not like that the cigar room doors do not close well and we can smell the smoke. we got respiratory issues. pls seal the room. otherwise thank you for the happy hour and Western Wednesday deals.“
“Very flavorful dishes, excellent presentation, unique ambiance, and staff is extremely polite. I ordered the birriaquiles with low expectations thinking that this was not the right place to order them, and boy was I proven dead wrong.Would highly recommend, I'll have to try the rest of the menu, given the great overall first experience. Kudos to Jose, the waiter for his sense of humor!“
“Took my wife to The Search Bar for a line dancing class that they hold on Thursdays from 6:30pm-9:30pm. Decided to have dinner before the class. We had the Tri Tip fries and Aquaman burrito. The food was great...the Trip Tip fries could feed two people. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Line dancing was good too. You could tell that the instructor enjoyed what he does and my wife had a great time. We will be back...especially for the line dancing.“
“I will be coming back! The music was a vibe walking in. We enjoyed some coffee. The carne asada and eggs hit the spot. My wife enjoyed the green chilaquiles, and is excited to try the mole chilaquiles next time. We also got pancakes to share and I do not regret it! Everything was perfect. Amazing service and the food was made with love.“
“Vanessa was amazing in explaining the menu. Came here yesterday for the first time. We took her recommendations and ordered the chicken pesto, the 5 cheese grilled sandwich for my son and the Mac n cheese with lobster!! Omg- my new favorite place. This definitely will be on my list of must try eatery for all my friends and family! From the first bite- I was already sold! They were all so delicious- I even tried my son's grilled cheese and it was so good!!! You guys need to try this place! What a gem!!I will be coming here from now on.“

“Always a great time at the scoreboard! This ketchy dive bar is exactly what you need! The food is really well Priced (check out happy hour) and I love to come for the events! They do Monday night Music Bingo and Tuesdays Trivia. The staff is great and the drinks are strong. They have 5$ cocktails before 6 on“
“Believe it or not a restaurant with three different cuisines that works. Felt like. A good old country breakfast and found this nearby. When I got there I changed my mind and ordered machaca and eggs with flour tortillas.Saw some delicious looking sausage and eggs go by. I am excited to try this place for lunch or dinner.“
“Cute atmosphere with exceptional service and delicious food. Great spot for brunch, and would heavily recommend if you've got the money to spare. It's a bit pricey, but the quality of the food is worth it! The ham was a bit tough and I would have preferred a sharper knife to cut it with, but it still tasted delicious and would absolutely go back.“
“Great breakfast!! The biscuit on this country Benedict was maybe one of the best I've ever had. It's SO big and good. AND they served this with three poached eggs rather than two. The biggest benedict portion I've ever had and super tasty!“
“Okay had not been in awhile it was the 2nd choice. Had a couple of adult beverages that were really tasty but the cocktail lacked the sophisticated flavor I was seeking and the beer cold and refreshing. The food was good full of flavor. The service was topnotch. From my perspective the only drawback was the style of music and the volume.“
“Some @sshole reviews here, I mean, it's Black Angus not a $500 for two steak house and for the price point, it's great! Level set on expectations for those thinking they are going to a Mastros! We ate here as we are local and was looking for something quick and nearby. Honestly, it felt really well run, I am sure powered by Latinos --- you can tell the hustle and care! Me encanta! The decor is old and if you been in a Black Angus in 1990s, well it hasn't changed since, but still, great price point and decent steaks!“
“It's a dive bar so it lacks ambiance as expected and the service is ok at best, but none of that really matters because what really makes this place spectacular are their crispy, juicy, flavorful buffalo wings. I don't know what they do to make them so delicious but if they told me their secret was rolling them on the ground in the back alley before dishing them out, I would still eat them. Wherever you're at in the county when you have a craving for wings, this place is worth the drive. Just don't eat them there. Order to-go and eat them in your car...unless you're in the mood to watch or be in a good old fashioned bar fight, then stick around.“
“Our experience dining was amazing, the food was perfect and was as advertised. The service was excellent, Stephanie and the manager were polite, helpful, and dutiful in their services. This is our local Dennys, and it has been for years. We keep coming back, and will continue to support the business as long as the food is good. Thank you to the manager who gave us discounts just for supporting the business, we couldnt be more grateful!“
