“Solid Chinese restaurant. The salt and pepper chicken wings were so good. The fry on the outside is just perfectly crunchy while the inside is piping, hot and juicy and perfect amount of salt and spice.
Definitely the star of the show here.

“On arrival there was no wait except the host had difficulty finding us a table, even though there were multiple empty tables. Food came out very quick, fresh, hot. Waitress was helpful - if you are a member online you get free refillable edamame. It was a little expensive but totally worth it!“

“I have seen this place numerous times.Finally I told my Dad let's go check it out.Man we were totally happy with the food.The waiter Angie was so nice.She knew about everyone's name in that little diner.Wonderful customer service as well.I made a review on the restaurant check out my Instagram rickyboyelguardia619.I will definitely go back and the Chinese food is cheaper then Panda Imperial or Arizona not only that they serve Mexican Plates.I enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger it was a 10/10.Thank you again Angie for a wonderful experience at Manna Restaurant.I will forsure recommend this place to family and friends“

“Oh my gosh. I'm so glad I randomly decided to walk in here for lunch. The servings are enourmous, probably enough for 3 people. I only paid $12 for the almond chicken lunch special, and I had plenty to take home for later. Highly recommend trying this place out if you're in the area.“

“I’ve had the pork fried rice, the sweet & sour chicken and the salt and pepper wings and they were all fantastic! The food is well cooked. It’s well seasoned and they give you large portions for a reasonable price. Definitely my new favorite place for Chinese food.“

“We were there in Christmas Day as a family tradition and it was great! Food was delicious. They were extremely busy but the employees worked hard to make sure we had plenty of drinks and appetizers. I counted 15+ to go orders while we were there and our food took maybe 15 minutes to come out. Super fresh and a great experience. The wings were amazing too!“

“This place has been open for decades & is one of the best! Great lunch specials & always fresh food. Their wonton soup is a hit or miss, sometimes there’s not that many wontons, more broth than anything but it’s so delicious! Definitely recommend it!“

“Gone here a few times, their lunch specials are really good
Pictures is the BBQ pork, Crean cheese Wontons, and honey walnut shrimp.
On another occasion I tried their Broccoli beef and orange chicken
All of their dishes thus far have been great.
Everything is affordable and proportional to the ammount of food you get.
They are Cash Only though, but there is an ATM in the liquor store next door.
Staff has always been friendly, bathroom was clean“

“Great food and cooked at the moment!! I came here to SD for short vacations with my family, and we wanted something for dinner at the hotel, so drove here and great service and surprised that when I ordered food was cooked in that moment, great taste and portions for a very good price! Highly recommended!“

“Went to Bistro City to try their Salt-n-Pepper Wings. Unlike most places, they heavily spice the batter the wings are fried in. It was too spicy for my liking. I left the wings for my co-workers and they said the wings were really good. So if you like spicy, you will love the wings.
I also got some orange chicken. It was good, but nothing I would make a special trip to get.“

“Ying Li is an absolute gem! I can't get enough of their incredible Chinese food—it's simply delightful! The gizzard soup is a must-try, and the pineapple chicken in sweet-and-sour sauce is a flavor explosion. My partner is obsessed with the salt and pepper spicy shrimp—so good! The service is fantastic too; the friendly Chinese staff speaks fluent Spanish, which adds a unique touch. Plus, the restaurant is conveniently located by the border with plenty of parking. With such amazing food and prices that make you smile, I can’t wait to come back for more!“

“After eating here I can't help but ask, " where have you been all my life?"
The Oriental Cafe offers generous portions for generous prices and unless you've fasted the whole day you will be bringing home Leftovers.
The staff is friendly and efficient as they tend to the constant flow of customers that filled the humble establishment.
Some may take mark down this Cafe for its simplistic decor; but others, like myself, find it charming. And after trying their dishes, it only adds delight to find a nice whole in the wall that let's their dishes speak for themselves.
I recommend dining in because you will get a serving of their egg drop soup and it is absolutely worth trying. It's hearty flavor reminds you of the soup you wish you had on a cold day or when you're feeling under the weather.
This is an establishment that deserves its business and I am already planning on coming back and bringing more family to experience it themselves.“

“Good "Chinese" food here. I had the BBQ pork but I think I was expecting a different type of bbq flavor. The rice was good but somehow reminded me of stove-top- stuffing. The service was very friendly. If you're nearby, Great Happiness, is definitely worth the stop.P.S. Great Happiness only accepts cash.“

“What a true hidden gem in the heart of San Ysidro near the border. Hands down one of the best Chinese food restaurants I ever had in the area and in town.YuJing Chinese Restaurant is the real deal when it comes to authentic Chinese food.
I have been here several times now and I never had one bad meal. The staff is very caring and polite to help you with any questions on the menu.
I highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken wings that also comes with fried rice. Also the Mongolian beef and fried rice lunch combo is a must to try.
If you are a vegetarian, meat lover or seafood lover you are in for a real treat. The food portions are very generous. No matter what you are craving you can't go wrong with your food selections.
You have a large private parking lot for easy access for parking. I look forward to coming back again soon.“

“This place has been around for a few decades it is a unique Chinese food place .
Highly recommend the wonton soup
And the Chinese combination.
The interior of the place is not too eye appealing, the bathrooms should be better
but the owner doesn't want to invest in a nicer appealing bathroom.
As for prices they can be pricey but they have a lunch special if you are tight on a budget.
As for service depending on the day you go it could be anywhere from server to more servers on busier days.
As for parking it is free and there are plenty of spots to park. They are closed on Mondays..“

“Decided to give this place a try because there were a bunch of buy-one-get-one's on UberEats. Got the spicy orange chicken, broccoli beef, lo mein, cream cheese rangoons, and sweet & sour chicken (just an FYI, the sweet & sour chicken comes with the sauce already on the chicken). I really wasn't expecting much since there were no reviews and so many BOGO deals but I gotta say, Kim's outperforms other Chinese restaurants that are in the same price range. Hopefully they won't get rid of the BOGO deals anytime soon, cause I'll keep ordering as long as they are offered. I'm impressed!“

“Drove from the naval base and back, ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and barely sat down for 5 minutes before my order was complete. These traveled so well. I patiently waited 20 minutes before eating them at home and they stayed crunchy. Is considerably better than royal mandarin. Customer service was amazing.“

“Great Wall Express is my go-to spot for quick and tasty Chinese food! The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and everything is always fresh and hot. “Came in around 2pm for a quick lunch, pretty empty only 1 other person here. The lady serving the food was fast, ordered spicy orange chicken, garlic chicken, and fried rice. It was about $12 w/o the drink, but for the price it was amazing. Would highly recommend for a quick lunch“

I have been to quite a bit of Panda Express location. This one is amongst the fastest and on point. The work they put in during this peak hour was tremendous. Not to mention, there was always someone doing their job, whether it came to wiping tables, refilling napkins, and serving customers all things were getting done. Great job!
The only thing suggestion I would ask for is more outdoor seating. I sat on the inside, but it was loud.
