“I've been going here every since it opened up, and it is my go-to for halal pizza! Ingredients are fresh, bread/crust is delicious, and the owners are very friendly. Plus, there burger and pasta options are good, as well. Highly recommend!“
“So far the best Chicken Tikka Masala in the area, I hope their taste stays consistent. I am so tired of having sweet chicken tikka masala from other well rated restaurants and Im very happy to have found this place. Their other dishes were awesome too, extra spicy request is actually spicy and thats a big plus.“
“First place I ate at when visiting San Francisco from Toronto. Great Experience!!We got the family taco plate and the barbacoa ones had me licking my fingers. The service was awesome, they kept checking up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Would suggest if you’re looking for Halal Mexican food.Dietary restrictions: Halal“
“The food here is amazing! Super delicious and flavorful. I got the spicy sausage sandwich and my husband got the goulash and both were fantastic. I love the cozy vibes of the restaurant and the staff is super friendly. I’m definitely coming back here and highly recommend!“
“My salads are perfect every time!?Love this place and the service is excellent. The staff specifically at the Santa Clara location is always super friendly and accommodating ✨?Dietary restrictions: Make your own salad allows you to accommodate your diet restrictions“
“The food at Mercy Mediterranean is amazing! While browsing the website of the recently opened downtown food hall, we stumbled upon this gem and promptly placed our order. We ordered the Chicken Garlic Gyro and Lamb Gyro. Our favorite dish was the Chicken Garlic Gyro. Our order was packed with flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce. This is definitely a satisfying meal for gyro lovers. The service was amazing and the employees are helpful and catering towards their guests.“
“I tried The Good Salad for the first time and OMG it was absolutely delicious! I tried the Pesto Ceezar and the dressing on it is insanely good. They also give a decent amount of food. The food is really good quality and I'm so happy I found my new salad spot!!!“
“Amazing food! Ordered pani puri and Afghani soya chaap. The pani puri has three waters and the spicy water was the best. Careful, if your spice tolerance is low, coz this was Indian spicy. The Afghani chaap was yummy and exactly how we get in India. Super yummy food, keep it up!Vegetarian options: Soya chaap is really yummy and a great vegetarian option!“
“Ordered a large order for takeout and the owner was extremely accommodating and had phenomenal communication! The food was fantastic, wrapped well so it wouldn't spill in transport. The falafel was phenomenal, even some of my coworkers who don't like falafel in general said it was good! I would highly recommend going!Vegetarian options: Falafel is fantastic!“
“Pros: Food was delicious and was a surprisingly hearty portion for the price ($26.05 after tax + tip). I ordered a bento box from Azuma with chicken katsu, pork gyoza and a California roll. Food came with a side salad, miso soup, and rice as well.Cons: The food did however take a long time to come out and the kiosk system is confusing as only 2 of them have all the options and the other 3 each only have one food location each. When I order food again, I’ll probably see if I can order it before walking over instead.Other notes: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options from many of the cloud kitchens which was nice to see for others.Although I took my meal to go, there was plenty of open seating despite how busy it was at noon.“
“Lipsmackingly yummy, down to earth and minimal fuss executed perfectly! This was a vegetarian heaven in a somewhat meat-heavy area for restaurant options at superbly reasonable fare. The entire dish and all aspects screamed unique and exciting flavors which worked together really well and was a plentiful portion which left me with zero complaints. The falafel was also grilled perfectly, crispy yet light and fluffy left me drooling for more, the salad and grilled veggies were seasoned with some awesome spiced, all topped with crunchy and peppery baked pita chips.I can't wait to return and cannot recommend the Veggie Shawarma with Grilled Veggies and Grilled Falafel enough!“
“This is place is locked in as the Shawarma go-to spot. The fries and falafels are a must have!! Staff are always happy and energized. The restaurant is kind of small and loud, it's perfect for a quick bite or grab and go. Keep the quality and I'll keep coming back.“
“Chicken is crispy, well seasoned, and juicy. Fries are also well seasoned & v tasty. employees are super nice. quickly became & continues to be one of my fave lunch spotsVegetarian options: there's a vegetarian chickpea+potato pattyParking: right behind the restaurant“
“The Chicken Kabab at Falafel Flame Sunnyvale not only impresses with its culinary excellence but is also complemented by outstanding staff services. The attentive and knowledgeable team enhances the dining experience, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring that each guest feels welcome. From the moment diners step into the cozy, inviting atmosphere, they are greeted with warmth, making Falafel Flame an exemplary choice for those seeking authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. The kabab itself—a masterpiece of tender, marinated chicken grilled to perfection—along with the harmonious sides, underscores the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. Overall, Falafel Flame stands out as a must-visit destination, promising not just a meal but a memorable culinary journey supported by exceptional service.“
“Lovely delicious food.Tgere is different varieties in Veg and Non vegetarian foods. You can't ever seen the topping options here.If your select Chicken Tikka bowl ,there is 10 out of seven fillings option .North Indian perfect taste good.even we can select spicy options also .paneer Tikka bowl and chicken curry bowl is very tasty and samosas cost wise affordable price.worth for it.“
“Yummy food here! We came to this place while visiting Amato's. Our daughter doesn't like cheese stake sandwiches but loves pizza. This place has a variety of pizzas and other goodies. The place looks clean and the staff is friendly. There's also plenty of parking as there is a parking lot. Price is reasonable for what you get. The food is delicious! You'll be coming back here to try some of their other pizza mash ups. They have several different types of pizzas. You'll be wanting to try more than one. I would recommend this place! It's delicious!“
“I had the chicken masala with rice and it came with a potato and I believe Greek salad? Something like that it was an entree at lunch and it was outstanding. I've driven by this place a million times and never stopped and my car was getting repaired across the street and I finally made it inside and was not disappointed. The gentleman that runs the place is very very nice. The food was enough to fill me up which you don't see often sometimes these days. I would recommend it absolutely.“
“Excellent experience with Via Mia! We ordered delivery for 6 family-sized pizzas for a student event, and each one was a hit -- the flavoring was great, and our students loved the variety of halal options! We had barely any pizza leftover. Also had great customer service experience; they were very patient with the large order and delivery radius, and the delivery person themselves was very kind in offering to help carry the large order to the venue (even though parking was difficult). Overall great service and food -- will definitely be recommending to others and ordering from here again for future events.“
“Yesterday was a mess for us. With our flight cancel, power is out...etc. We were looking for some comfort dinner after a whole day's work. We were friendly greeted by the server named Jamal. After knowing it was our first time to Kripsy Krunchy Chickent, Jamal introduced us the various type of combo they have, and recommended us to try the biscuits. The biscuits was one of the best biscuits I had ever, so puffy, buttery and warm. Jamal was also super helpful in giving us recommendation on the dipping sauce. After a day of exhausting chaos, being served by Jamal definitely light up our day.“
“The food was good and the service was great but I was expecting more for the shawerma this type of shawerma should be advertised as grilled chicken in a pan with shawerma seasoning because this is a pan cooked. Shawerma should be in a skewer. But overall good “
“Ordered pick-up on Uber only to discover we ordered from the wrong location! The cashier called the other store and cooked us our order; no penalty. This is the kind of kindness and generosity I would never expect, especially on a platform order. Thank you!Oh, and the food is good too.“
“I go here basically every day, and usually get the rice bowl with brown rice, BBQ chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and kale. On occasion I’ll get the fries bowl, which is really good; crispy and fresh. It’s healthy, tasty, quick, and affordable food on campus. I would definitely recommend “
“This place has it all. I ride my bike past here all the time and wanted to try out the "not chicken". So I went in and asked about it, the the young guy kind of went bluescreen when I asked about it, but fortunately there was a lady working there who looked a bit more management level and was able to explain to me that it's cauliflower, and not really vegetarian, as the batter has egg in it etc. OK fine, dandy, I like cauliflower. What I was really hoping was that they'd come up with some sort of patty; I had in my mind some sort of thing halfway between falafel and surimi, but chicken-y.Nope. it's just cauliflower. And if you've wondered when we'd come to a time when a cauliflower sandwich would be $10, well, we've arrived at the time.I got the "nuggets" and they're pretty large, battered and deep fried cauliflower florets. Good and greasy too! I had grease actually falling into the dipping sauce. Grease all over ... well ... everything. My only regret is they're not doing this with zucchini or broccoli because I love those vegetables but then I guess it'd be more vegetable-y than chicken-y...This place has it all, though. Sticky floors? Check! High prices? Check! (Everyplace has high prices now.) Noise? Check! The soundtrack of this place is a combination of various bits of machinery doing, uh, necessary things no doubt, and Boomer music. And I mean classic Boomer music. I mean, I'm on the young end of Boomer myself and it's the same music I heard when I was a little boomster in the mid-70s, riding with my Mom in our Chrysler Town & Country wagon, listening to the AM radio. Older Boomers will probably associate the music with their high school or young adult days, which is pretty much the aim - kinda like how supermarkets when I was a little-little used to play 1940s Big Band music because people in their 50s and 60s were the biggest spenders. The whines and clanks kind of drowned out the vintage tunes, though, as the grease kind of drowned my appetite in long-chain hydrocarbons.I didn't finish my cauliflower, although I made good inroads on the breading, and due to the greasiness and the huge wad of napkins I was given, I felt like I'd accomplished something, as one is supposed to when one goes to a fast-food restaurant. Ideally, you've created a small mountain of greasy paper goods and plastic bits.So check it out. Dave's Not Chicken. It's not chicken. It's not vegetarian. It's ... cauliflower.“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying the non-chicken slider sandwich at this establishment, and it was nothing short of delightful. The sandwich was flavorful and satisfying, a perfect option for those looking for a delicious plant-based meal. The fries were a standout as well; cooked to golden perfection, they were the ideal complement to the slider. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customers was evident, and it made a lasting impression. In summary, the food and service at this restaurant are both top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal accompanied by outstanding hospitality.“
“Great chicken sandwiches. Tried the medium and hot spice levels. For me, the medium is tasty, but a little like, “where’s the ‘hot’ in Dave’s Hot Chicken?” The hot is like, “oh, there it is.” They’re both good. Perfect for me would be something right in between. For now, I’ll switch back and forth depending on sweaty I feel like getting.Definitely recommend.“
“I Love love there food it's delicious! I wish they delivered though. Everything they make is delicious! You gotta try if you haven't. It reminds me of my mother's cooking so good ? love the store too! They have everything you can think of! ??“
“I was wowed at SAJJ! The food flavor, the AMOUNT of food they give you, and the variety of sides available are amazing and delicious! I get my daily veggie intake thanks to them. The price is reasonable for what you get. The staff are happy to add extra when asked. The place looks clean. The flavor of everything is AMAZING. You won’t regret it! (Don’t forget to ask for extra cilantro sauce!)“
“Without fail I will come back to this restaurant anytime I’m in the area. The chicken sandwich is absolutely incredible, the fries are exciting and delicious, and the chai is one of the best I’ve ever had. They also have a wide menu of curries and other dishes so there is something for everyone. Don’t let the rougher exterior fool you, this place is absolutely one of the best in the area.Parking: The parking lot always has space, but be advised it is a rough gravel lot. Drive slowly!Kid-friendliness: The seating is benches and chairs, I didn’t see any booths which might be better for younger kids. The menu is also less kid friendly, but they have some plain chicken options for kids.“
“Paid pilgrimage to this fried chicken place. The 3 piece plate is great. I have 2 spicy, 1 original. With fries. It was great for fried chicken. They didn't go bad quick like other brands.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking is right outside of this joint.“
“This is my favorite spot for Indian food. My wife loves it too. We've had a la carte and the buffet. My wife first tried it at work- her indian coworkers ordered it for a team lunch. The buffet is really good. There is a wide selection and the food is fresh. They always refill the food promptly. My favorite is the tikka masala. My wife loves the butter chicken. There is also some indian dessert, but we've never tried it.When ordering a la carte, we typically order the lamb curry, orka and onions, and naan. There are two sizes so be sure to clarify which one you want. The price is fairly expensive compared to other places but its worth it. I brought food over to my mom's house for sunday dinner and everyone loved it. There is plenty of seating- booths and tables. The place is fairly clean. The bathroom is super small so make sure you go before coming in- its not the cleanest bathroom.“
“We met up for dinner, it was 6pm on a Thursday so parking was available, there is a lot at the end of the strip of businesses with plenty of room. We are seated and given a menu, once you decide on your meals, place an order at the cashier. We got chicken tikka, salmon tikka, lamb kebab, garlic naan, roti, fried potato in a sauce, salty lassi, butter chicken, and halwa. Our favorites were garlic naan, halwa and lamb kebab. The chicken tikka was nice, cooked well, not overdry. Salmon a bit fishy. The food came out fast and we were well fed. There wasn't much interaction unless you were ordering food and they brought your dishes. Pick up your own plates and untensils at the counter. Also available was chai but it was already sweetened.“
“Extremely well made food with great quality of ingredients. Loved that green minty sweet and refreshing yogurt sauce. Incredibly tasty meats. I highly recommend for dine or takeout.Parking: Parking on the street was kind of crowded but there is a small parking lot for the business that was empty and available at the time.“
“This place is a great find. Burgers are tasty, hot and taste fresh. Service is fine, I don't expect much from quick-bite spots like this other than fresh, hot food and very basic service: quick order turn around and friendly vibes. Dining area is spacious, definitely set up for quick bites. I kept muttering to myself, "this is so good" - so there you have it lol 4.5/5 Suggestion: get a trash bin with a bigger hole, it's quite small and hard to get everything through the current one.“
“Had the roasted Lamb, as well as chicken and beef kabobs, and all of it was wonderful. The lamb was as tender as I have had anywhere in the bay area and Came in a great portion for the price of the dish. The chicken and beef were delicious and had just the right amount of seasoning remaining to flavor the rice.If you have not, definitely give this place a try if you're in the area.Dietary restrictions: Food served is Halal“
“Bay Area do need such authentic Indian food. What truly set this restaurant apart was its authenticity; the chefs have managed to capture the essence of traditional Maharashtrian cuisine without compromising on taste. The use of locally sourced ingredients added a layer of freshness that elevated the dish to new heights.Overall, my experience here was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm hospitality to the authentic flavors and perfect balance of spice and oil, this establishment has set a new standard for Maharashtrian cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or simply seeking a taste of authenticity, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to SURMAI.“
“Super tasty food. The steak and the pomegranate chicken are really good. The portions are pretty good size and there are many toppings to choose from.I wish the employees could smile and be a little nicer. That is what this place needs to be great.Vegetarian options: FalafelCauliflowerHummus“
“I've been coming here since it was in the old building. Consistent recipes, bursting with flavor. Food has actually gotten ever better. Rice is fluffy and they put the crispy rice on top. We always get a bunch of chicken and steak. Add some Shirazi salad with dressing on it. Great for a crowd. The grocery store attached is worth a wander and has things you can't find anywhere else. It's just a fun place to visit and locals are lucky to have it.“
“I went to the market today and found a Xinjiang food stall. I had no cash, so I borrowed five dollars and drank a bowl of mutton soup. The soup was amazing. The taste is incredibly authentic. Do you all know Xinjiang cuisine only kebabs? You have really misunderstood... Xinjiang's strips, big plate chicken, pepper and chicken, battered sheep's trotters, pulled slices...“
“This place is fire. Shawarma on the rocks is my go to and next is butter chicken. For sure gonna plan on trying some wraps next time I slide. 10/10 would bring out the homies here. Service is quick and fast got that extra sauce too when I ask. Good people good food“
“Did in fact like the burger, did not believe it to be fully reasonable for the price. The chicken tenders should have come with select sauce(Honey Mustard, BBQ, etc)so we had something to eat it with other than ketchup. Liked the juiciness of the burger, minus the fact you had to squeeze the burger to get it to fit causing all the juice to soak into the buns making it saucy. Overall really great, fresh food, but overpriced and not a well thought out eating experience.“
“Visiting San Jose for a quick trip and stumbled upon this place and I am so happy I did. The regular or chilly momo, chicken or cauliflower doesn’t matter they were all delicious. Now keep in mind these were not Nepali Momo they were with a twist of gravy and I truly enjoyed that. Spice level was perfect and service was excellent.Highly recommend the place, I will be back on my next trip.“
“I don't have pictures of food as I was very hungry I went to Union ave location Place is small but clean food is amazing, fresh and hot. I always order here the plater with chicken and beef kabab with rice . I have never got disappointed from food or customer service. You should give it try“
“This place serves really good, delicious momos. They only thing you need to make sure is that repeat your order and confirm before you pay. They charged for Veg chili momos and just served veg momos. This happened with me 2 times and I observed that with other customer as well.“
“The best Nepali / Indian restaurant. For Indian s living in Los Gatos, I’m glad we have got such an amazing restaurant to satisfy the Indian taste buds without having to take a long drive to Sunnyvale or Santa Clara. They serve the (hands down) the best crispy Gobj Munchurian. Service is good II k and presentation is nice.“
