“Great place to get some authentic Italian food. Ended up going there by chance, and we couldn't be happier. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was great. Our daughter had a great time interacting with the staff, who were also very friendly.“
“The experience is good. Very nice restaurant and open kitchen that you can actually walking in. Not many option of food. For the price, they should have all the food options available. But it kind of sad when they out of the beef Wellington at 1 PM.“
“Haven't been any pizza restaurants in peninsula, south and east bay with more value in a pizza than what is offered at Krusti. Since we moved to San Jose, we had been visiting this place likely once a month for the following few years, and every time retuned with the taste of great food, hospitality from the family (who runs the shop), and overall good vibe (barakah). We have moved out to a further neighborhood, but still happily drive 30 minutes to get the best pizza experience at Krusti. The service is always great, with sincere check-ins on the taste of the food served. The restroom is super clean with a handheld washer, which is often not the practice in many popular big chain restaurants.“
“What a super cute and quaint place to indulge in good food and good wine! We met the owner, Michele, when he was originally at Tasting House down the street. When you talk to him, his passion for wine totally shines through. We first came a few weeks after the establishment opened, but recently came back to have a full dinner, which I didn’t even know they served until I looked online. OMG, everything was good. And Michele’s recommendations are always so good.I have a feeling when the weather shapes up and it’s warm out, this place is going to be booked solid. It’s a small place but offers a few tables outdoors, weather permitting.Love love love this place and will definitely be back again!Note, there’s lots of parking around the area (on the street and random lots). Also, the photo of the meatballs, there were actually 8-10 but I took photos after we ate more than half.“
“Trattoria 360 is definitely a 5 star restaurant. The food is so authentic and beautifully plated. My husband and I had the lobster bisque and the beet salad. Both appetizers were incredible. My main dish was Pescado with black squid pasta. OMG ? so delicious. My husband had the house special fish that evening and he told me it was AMAZING. As for dessert, we had the most delicious tiramisu. Our waiter was Kevin. He is so knowledgeable and so helpful. Make sure you ask for him. I highly recommend this restaurant! ❤️“
“Orchestria will be added to our frequently visited restaurants. Plenty of parking surrounding restaurant. Nostalgic home feel with a unique musical experience. Drinks are limited to wine and non alcoholic drinks but there is something for everyone. Fun place to go with out of town guests or music appreciation friends. Food is plentiful too.“
“I recently dined at Luigi's Pizza and Pasta on two separate visits and was thoroughly impressed with their offerings. During my first visit, I tried their chicken Alfredo carbonara, and during my second visit, I sampled their lasagna. Both dishes were exceptionally delicious, with generous portions and reasonable prices considering the quality and flavor. I would highly recommend Luigi's to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine at a great value.“
“Been going here for years, arancini is great. The prices have gone up a little over the years, but the quality is still great. Heck, most of the staff is the same too. Even after not going for a few months you can still be recognized and the guys can make a pretty good guess of what you're asking for even if you can't be heard above the lunch crowd. Fortunately they always have enough people working the counter that you can be out in a couple of minutes.Parking: very large number of spots behind the restaurant. Just need to walk around the corner.Wheelchair accessibility: This store is so cramped, there wouldn't be any room to maneuver a wheelchair, especially during lunch.“
“Loved the food specially the vodka sauce pasta. It had an amazing flavor. We ordered the following items: vegetarian pizza, mushroom ravioli, vodka sauce gnocchi and tiramisu and pistachio dessert. They also had the spicy pepper. Everything was top notch.“
“I was so lucky to get a spontaneous spot here to eat dinner last night. We sat outside in this lovely, warm and cozy space. The food was outstanding! An excellent beet salad to start with, followed by this amazing artichoke appetizer. Best prepared artichoke I've ever had in my life! For my entree I had Bowl of Soul, which was like a fish stew with plenty of prawns and tender pieces of fish that I suspect might have been sea bass or cod? In any case, it was delicious! My dining partner had the Dungeness crab pasta. I had a little taste and I was blown away. If you're looking for some fine dining and an elevated experience, don't hesitate to come to Asa. I'm looking forward to going back!“
“Title: Authentic New York Slice Oasis in SunnyvaleMy recent visit to this hidden gem in Sunnyvale transported me straight to the bustling streets of New York City. Ryan, our gracious host, curated an unforgettable experience, guiding us through their mouthwatering menu with expertise.Upon Ryan's recommendation, we indulged in their Margherita pizza and ricotta pizza with garlic base, and let me tell you, they were culinary masterpieces. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, reminiscent of the finest pizzerias in NY.The beverage selection was equally impressive, with a delightful array of fountain drinks and a solid lineup of craft beers on tap, catering to every palate. What truly stole the show, however, was the authenticity of the pizza itself. The perfect blend of crispy crust, gooey cheese, and flavorful toppings embodied the essence of New York-style pizza, leaving us craving for more. The ambiance of the restaurant was the cherry on top, evoking the gritty charm of a New York subway, complete with bustling energy and urban vibes. But what truly set this experience apart was the hospitality. In a heartwarming gesture, Ryan surprised my wife and me with a fresh batch of cannolis, handcrafted especially for us as it was our first time visiting and coincidentally my wife's birthday. Such personalized service is rare to find, especially at a pizza joint, and it left a lasting impression. In conclusion, our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 10 out of 10 stars. Whether you're a pizza aficionado or simply craving a slice of the Big Apple in Sunnyvale, this place is an absolute must-visit.“
“My meal was excellent. I ordered the chicken marsala dressed with mushrooms and steamed vegetables. The portion of food, in my opinion, was just right. While you wait, you're offered two complimentary pieces of warm bread. The environment is cozy, and the staff was friendly. Before I left, the chef came out to chat with the customers. Nice guy, extremely funny. Prices are fair compared to every other inflated restaurant. I recommend giving this place a try.“
“This is the real Italian restaurant in all of San Francisco Bay, very good service by professional and Italian waiters, an excellent menu of real excellent Italian cuisine, a real treat and Italian music. The owner himself came to our table several times, which was very warm and friendly, maintaining a pleasant conversation. It really is a quality restaurant that I highly recommend, as a couple, with family or for an event, I will come back very often. The only point to raise is that it is very noisy, the room has canteen acoustics and lacks warmth on the other side because it is very difficult to hear each other. It's a shame that the enclosed terrace was closed, I think it's more welcoming for a couple's dinner. Well done Aldo, it's excellent.“
“This is my go-to place when the family wants something fast and delicious. Our usual order consists of the gourmet veggie pizza and bbq chicken pizza. Every time, the quality is consistent and toppings are generous. Service is great whenever I pick up my order.“
“A real gem. Gluten free and wonderful. I bring guests there all the time who love the food and are very surprised that it was completely gluten free. Tonight my son and I both has super flavorful and unusual Caesar salads, followed by tasty scallops and risotto for me and the always yummy chicken parm for my son. We shared our favorite lemon ricotta cheesecake. Oh and their Paloma tequila cocktail is a winner too! Such a great small restaurant vibe. One of a kind!“
“Love this place! Chili paneer pizza with a side of masala sauce is the best; and we can never pass up the desi bread. Really hits the Indian food craving with the added bonus of being quick, easy, and convenient. Perfect Friday night food. Also fantastic that they are open very late. After 830pm, no matter the day of the week, it can be tough to find a place to eat in Sunnyvale. Not much is open after 9 and service tends to get poor when you walk in a place in the last 30mins of being open. Not here tho, their service is always fantastic! They are very friendly and seem to take pride in what they do. I am honestly amazed this is technically just a pizza place as every single one of their employees has acted as if they are working in a 5 star restaurant. We've been here at least 10x in 6 months and have never once experienced an error or dissatisfaction. Keep up the great work management and team!! A++“
“We had so much fun and really enjoyed our meal. Our reservation was for 8 pm and we were seated promptly. We had the family style meal option, as there were about 15 of us in our group. The portions were generous and they were promptly refilled, and the food was delicious. Our server Ashley took great care of us and made sure everything was fantastic. Our plates and glasses were never empty. Thank you for everything Ashley! ❤.Can't wait to visit again.“
“We had a family event at Campo the day after Thanksgiving and it was great! We had plenty of time for a game and enjoyed 5 different pizzas including a gluten free one. The food was good, the atmosphere was great and we had an amazing time. Definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was great“
“We had a special occasion dinner here, which was lovely. Great food and friendly staff. Some of the dishes were really special and beautiful to the eye even before first bite. I would totally recommend this place for special event, date night or just when you feel like something little “
“Just stopped in as we were looking at properties and needed to kill sometime. Greta food and good beer selection from the small first sample. The lobster bisque was fantastic and they have pliny the elder on tap. Also, the person running the shop was very friendly and helpful. For the atmosphere, it might not be for everyone, but it is the right feel for me, it is a place for the area and has the laid back feeling I would expect of a mountain community. Will be becoming a regular.“
“Super spot. So lucky to have found this gem just around my neighbourhood. It has become our favourite date night or 'I don't feel like cooking' joint. They cook the pizza to perfection, well done and crisp, with a pungent olive oil taste present in the dough; even when reheated the next day! I absolutely love their pesto. The staff is very cordial, and they really sell the 'Sicilian' experience. Attention to details = amazing, they put out mini personal fireplaces by the tables. So cozy. Love it.Vegetarian options: They are able to accommodate for vegetarians. The pesto gnocchi and vegetable pizza are super!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and a private party room.“
“LOVE Dolce Sicilia! Over the years, I've had their cookies, gelatos, and espressos from here... It's always fantastic. I love to share assorted cookies with family and friends and their gelato is hand made fresh in the shop. But what compelled me to write a review is their limoncello cake. It is so light yet decadent and not overly sweet. We enjoyed this on Mother's Day and it will now be a go-to cake for celebrations. Looking forward to trying their pastas!“
“Pizza Express prepared a meal for my team of 70 players and they were fantastic! They prepared individual pasta meals of Spaghetti -N- Meatballs and Chicken Alfredo. They also provided Bread Sticks and Salad. They delivered everything to the school, on time and gave us utensils as well. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks Again Pizza Express!!!“
“I am so happy I discovered this place. It is definitely a hidden gem, and super underrated. With how delicious these pastries work, I would imagine that they would be packed or sold out all the time. The pastries are made fresh, as you order them. So the pastries are not sitting out premade, like you usually see at a bakery. These are made to order. The service was quick, and I felt like I was back in Italy. The café is very cute and quaint, and definitely gives me Italian vibes. I didn't ask further, but it seems like it's a family run business, so always a great idea to support. This should definitely be on a must try list for best Italian pastries in the Bay Area“
“It's challenging in California to find a pizza that reminds me of NYC, here they make a delicious pie with "color"! NO BLONDE CALIFORNIA PIZZA!!! The grilled octopus appetizer was delightful, tasty good size on top of arugula...WELL DONE.Tiramisu is delicious. They also have a very nice, albeit small wine selection. We'll be back!!“
“Great family restaurant. Amazing pizza, excellent and creative pasta. Craft beers. And the staff is always friendly. Al and Diana make us feel like we’re eating in their home. And they do so much for the community, its great to have a chance to give back through their RAP and other donation programs!“
“Nice waitresses and waiters. Had a great birthday night there. They are so sweet to offer a free tiramisu with candle for birthday. Thanks a lot :)P.S. Remember to make a reservation or you'll have to sit at the bar or outside.P.P.S. The tips they recommend on receipt is actually based on After-Tax amount, appreciating the nice service doesn't mean will pay tips for tax.“
“Wonderful and modern food truck. Was walking around the city looking for a healthy meal. I approached Carlos and asked for his help to make me something healthy and clean. He prepared me a phenomenal Colombian dish with chicken. Highly recommend stopping by“
“This is my family's third time here. We are always welcomed warmly and Tyler has always greeted my kids with enthusiasm and a smile. We are definitely new regulars here for laundry day. We love the food, the service and price, they make us feel like family. God bless this “
“This unassuming place was such a refreshing treat! The ambience was absolutely lovely.Mains were average but desserts were outstanding. We got the tiramisu and triple chocolate mousse going by all the reviews here. The chocolate mousse was impeccable. Will be coming back for more of the mousse for sure :)“
“Yummy food here! We came to this place while visiting Amato's. Our daughter doesn't like cheese stake sandwiches but loves pizza. This place has a variety of pizzas and other goodies. The place looks clean and the staff is friendly. There's also plenty of parking as there is a parking lot. Price is reasonable for what you get. The food is delicious! You'll be coming back here to try some of their other pizza mash ups. They have several different types of pizzas. You'll be wanting to try more than one. I would recommend this place! It's delicious!“
“Nice atmosphere and ambiance, great service, and delicious food. We had Cheesy Garlic Bread, as an appetizer. Then, Spaghetti Puttanesca and Chicken Broccoli Mushroom Fettuccini for our entrees, both excellent. We took some Tiramisu home, too full to enjoy it there, soaked with rum & Kahlua, yum.“
“Best fettuccine I’ve ever had! It comes with chicken and sun dried tomatoes. The gnocchi & Brie + garlic dip was also amazing. Service was decent and the outside seating with the fireplace lit is the best spot to sit! Will be coming back. Make sure to make a reservation.“
“Enjoyed a lovely dinner here with coworkers! Parking in downtown Mt View is kinda nuts but the garage is close so def park there. Bread is fresh and a plenty! We had the bouillabaisse, beef and mash, pizza, ravioli and all was amazing. Service was also super friendly and a great overall atmosphere!“
“Excellent experience with Via Mia! We ordered delivery for 6 family-sized pizzas for a student event, and each one was a hit -- the flavoring was great, and our students loved the variety of halal options! We had barely any pizza leftover. Also had great customer service experience; they were very patient with the large order and delivery radius, and the delivery person themselves was very kind in offering to help carry the large order to the venue (even though parking was difficult). Overall great service and food -- will definitely be recommending to others and ordering from here again for future events.“
“We were craving a carbonara but we tried plenty of other items on the menu as well. We must have been hungry because we ordered a garlic shrimp and a bruschetta for appetizers. Then a risoto, bolognese, tortellini and a medium pizza Pompeii. For dessert we shared a limoncello tartufo. Service was great. The style was more of an old school Italian, nice sauces, perfectly cooked pastas. The pizza bread was thick kind and the toppings tasty. Our favorites would be the tortellini and bolognese but the rest were equally nice. The dessert was divine and I am usually not a fan of lemon. Bread is served with dinner with butter and a nice dipping sauce.“
“Great customer service. And willingness to accommodate customers based on your own personal preferences. Food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. Warming place good environment. Family friendly place, totally worth it. Very much recommended. I was invited by my boss the first time I came to this place I loved the food, and service that made me come back to enjoy dinner knowing that I would be welcomed and treated with dignity. Apart from that their food itself it’s yummy. Definitely. Food, and service on point. All employees super helpful and friendly at all times.“
“While the noise level was a little high the setting was great and you could tell this place had a very “local” customer base. The staff was very friendly and efficient, our waiter was terrific and - had a couple of nice chats with him. We found the prices were a little higher than some comparable restaurants, but the food was excellent. When you've had authentic Italian food in Italy it's hard to find comparable offerings here in the states. Vito's ranks right up there in its food. It was a nice way to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary and we'll definitely be going back!“
“I ordered through Ben’s and they have the best chicken/pork bowl ever because of the chipotle sauce. Whenever I come down from Sacramento, I always have to stop by and order from this place.Parking: The parking has plenty of parking, however there can be a lot of cars there.“
“It's a small Indian pizza shop located in Sunnyvale and Fremont. We tried their Sunnyvale location. The ambiance is alright, nothing special, but the food was pretty good!! We got their half n half- butter paneer and Tandoori paneer pizza. Honestly, I couldn't tell much difference in both, but taste wise, it was really good. The crust was great and flavors were balanced.“
“Scopazzi's is the best. The staff is always great, the food is always great, and the atmosphere is one of the best the county has to offer, maybe the best, in fact. If you are coming from far away, it's worth it. Make the drive, have an amazing dinner or brunch or whatever you are in time for. Take your time, and enjoy the place.I'm going to take a moment for a criticism though, so you all don't think I'm just some kind of shill... Don't order the sausage with the Fettuccine Alfredo. The sausage is tasty, but you will pay $5 for literally six tiny pieces of sausage. You will think to yourself... What kind of sausage costs $1 per quarter inch? You will be pretty upset.Okay, that aside, everything is great. Thursday only for Lasagna, and I think Saturday only for the prime rib. Both are great. If you aren't there on either of those nights, the lamb is fantastic.Final warning: this is not a cheap restaurant. For most of us, it's a place for anniversaries, prom dates, and marriage proposals. Still, it's worth it. If you are looking for someplace really special, and have saved up a few coins for that, you will get what you pay for here and have an evening to remember.Kid-friendliness: We have gone there with a toddler, and they found us a quiet space away from the other diners. They did everything they could to accommodate us, but we're also rightly and justly sensitive to the other diners. They couldn't have done better with a difficult situation. I think they even made him something completely off the menu, just for his tiny picky toddler self.“
“This place was right my my job and my co worker and I decided to try it out and it was delicious, pretty good pasta, service was FANTASTIC but what really got us was the desserts. We both got the tiramisu and I've never had such amazing tiramisu in my LIFE“
“Tomato Thyme is a Willow Glen dinner staple. The vibe inside is warm and inviting. Each table comes with a jar of crayons and you can draw on the paper placemats. This can provide the table with a conversation starter or a fun round of tic tac toe with a sibling. We ordered the calamari appetizer, sole piccata and spaghetti alfredo. The calamari was light, crispy, and infused with garlic. The sole piccata did not disappoint! It was soft, savory, and melted in my mouth. The spaghetti alfredo could have used a little more pizzazz but it went down easily as well!“
“I was in town a few weeks ago when the 49ers were playing the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship game. On that Sunday morning, while waiting for my Uber outside the airport, I had a group of visiting Detroit Lions fans ask me, "Where is there to eat in the place (San Jose)?". I told them they had to the The Littlest Little Italy. I advised them to get a sandwich at Torino Panino, get a slice of Bibo's pizza next door, and enjoy their lunch outside on the back patio. I also suggested that they go with The Godfather sandwich and told them my lady friend always gets a Caprese Shaker. I went on to tell them that the service is always top-notch, all the food is great, and the overall vibe of the place is very cool. Why would I help out Detroit Lion fans? I would hope if I was in Detroit to see the Niners, that someone there would provide me with a great restaurant suggestion as well.“
“Quaint Historical Deli. We read about it in a book about the history of Italian’s in San Jose. We ordered a meatball sandwich and a 1908 Garlic Sausage sandwich. Both were delicious. The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful.“
“When you're craving a slice on a Sunday evening in San Jose, Pizza Bocca Lupo is the spot to hit. With its elegantly slender crust and an assortment of time-honored toppings, this establishment crafts a pie that is both authentic and sophisticated. Amidst the ebb and flow of the city's rhythm, when many doors close, Pizza Bocca Lupo remains a beacon of consistency and affordability. It rightfully claims its status as one of San Jose's premier pizzerias, delivering quality that elevates even the simplest of meals.“
“Do not snooze on joining this very active wine club. There are multiple tastings a week and frequent wine club events at very reasonable prices! The pizza is great here, and we're thrilled they've added pasta to the menu. The bar offers a good beer selection, a few liquor cocktails, and a mind-boggling wine list, plus the bottle shop options.Gratuity is built into the menu pricing. You can choose counter service (good for split checks) or opt for table service in the back.“
“We love this restaurant! My teenage daughter and I always order food from here, atleast once a month-sometimes twice a month, and it's always delicious, always consistent in taste, portion, ingredients, and freshness. And the guys and gals who work there are always pretty friendly and accommodating. We have no complaints and reccomend this food to anyone who wants delicious, consistent Italian food. Thanks Risotto's!“
“My family and I went to Bella Saratoga for a birthday dinner on Sunday evening. We had an amazing experience because Ben, our server took such good care of us ..making excellent food and drink suggestions and generally taking good care of our group. We ordered the carpaccio appetizer as well as the mushroom and polenta appetizer and the artichoke appetizer... all 3 were very tasty. I ordered the Sea bass special and thought it was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the other entrées that my family ordered included the lasagna, the short ribs, steak, and pasta with blue crab- everyone thought their food was delicious. I can't say enough about the quality of the food and friendly service at this local gem.“
