“Came here with a reservation and needed to wait about 5 minutes to get seated. I was sat at the bar in the back which could see into the open part of the kitchen which was fun to watch preparation and plating. I really enjoyed the pancake with mountain yam. I thought the lettuce/greens basket was fresh with good variety. Service was very friendly.“

“Every meal is delicious!Carnivores must try this! ! It was a great meal. The boss Andy is very kind and seems to be a gourmet. He also pays great attention to the quality of the meat. He grills the meat at the table to avoid being screwed up if we grill it ourselves?“

“Went back today and all I can say is that it’s better than last time! You gotta try the Porchetta nachos - they are “hella” tasty! I had the shrimp po’ boy and loved it. Ask for extra sauce on the side if you want it New Orleans style. Fantastic! We also got two Reuben’s and let Johnny customize them for us. And the chicken sandwich! Ah, a delight.I had doubts about the margarita but that seemed to disappear very quickly.I’d share a picture but we ate it all so fast.“

“Came here for a 13-person birthday dinner and they were able to accommodate really well. I even brought in my own baked cake and they were able to store and later serve it!Their hits are definitely the galbi, I also liked their pork belly, japchae, steamed egg.One of the better kbbq joints in SF!“

“We heard good things about Brothers so we decided to check it out, and as we came with four people, we went with the four people tasting menu. The 4 person tasting menu had kalbi, bulgogi, your choice of spicy pork or chicken, japchae, and spicy tofu soup. It also came with rice and banchan, which had a pretty good variety. There's a few points that makes Brothers a solid KBBQ place. The quality of the meats was pretty high quality, but that is to be expected considering the tasting menu was ~$36 per person. The portions are also solid as we were all feeling full after. The service was also quite good as they refilled our banchan quite quickly. Overall, I would say that Brothers is a solid choice for KBBQ in the city and would be happy to come back here again“

“Great experience! Haven’t had Chamorro food outside of Guam so it was a pleasant surprise. Love the vibe of the place and the quality of the food. Only thing was they asked if we wanted chili and it ended up being four dollars without informing us there was a charge.“

“Cute place. Went for lunch and it was very quiet. Nice and relaxing. A decent amount of tables inside. And it’s very bright and airy. The Kung pao chicken wasn’t spicy at all. It tasted very good though, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The Shanghai soup dumplings had great flavor. And are on the small side, you can eat them in one bite. The shrimp tempura was very crispy. The vegetable pot stickers had lots of veggies packed in like corn and spinach. The bubble tea I got just tasted like milk. It was pretty large though and I got double boba and the cheese foam. The boba was super fresh and very good.I liked that they had a bathroom but the toilet water was brown and all on the inside of the toilet was brown and it grossed me out.Though overall I def recommend!“

“Okay I only stopped in a few shots and a couple glasses of wine deep for a slice of pizza late night but honestly that slice hit so hard, delicious with a nice oily gristle to it and the perfect size to fold in half and go to town. The guys working here were friendly too. Thanks “

“I did catering here and I'm glad that they open early on a Saturday as well as their online system, was smooth convenient to use. Kalua pork was too dry. If I knew, I would have opted for either crispy shrimp or chicken katsu. I wished that they had pork katsu so I would have ordered pork katsu and get a variety of chicken, beef and pork. BBQ chicken was nicely flavored and tender as well as their BBQ short ribs. They tried to be healthy with cabbage on the bottom and broccoli on each corner. I ate the veggies with the abundant meat. Macaroni salad was on point. Spam musubi and lumpias were added and nice starters. Portions are generous.Recommended spot - especially when feeding a village party!“

“Loved my experience here. I was craving a Sizzling Bibimbap with beef and Manna was closed. Decided to give this place a try and I'm so happy I did. I would highly recommend! Although there were several other tables I was seated right away. Service was quick & efficient. My Bibimbop came out sizzling hot!! I was so impressed because it stayed sizzling for a while even when I started eating it. The rice at the bottom was perfectly crispy without being over-burnt. It was absolutely delicious! Price was also very reasonable. Total came out to $22 with tip. I will definitely be coming back and trying other things on their menu like their stuffed mushrooms.“

We got kinchi fried rice with chicken and spicy sauce boneless fried chicken. The spicy sauce was more sweet and less spicy and I wish it were the other way around but overall food was decent.“

“Been coming here for a while now and Purple Rice has become a go-to spot for a warm and comforting meal. Definitely one of the better Korean restaurants in the city, their soft tofu soup ranks with some of my favorites from LA's Koreatown. Solid sides and appetizers, the wings and the pancakes really stand out. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance and all the tables should be able to accommodate folks in wheelchairs“

“Food: 4.3/5 best bang for your buck here! i can tell that this hole in the wall is a place where lots of blue collar workers come in and out of to pick up a quick and filling lunch for a great price. we got the Loco Moco and the Teriyaki Mixed Plate Lunch and they both hit the spot. the char on the Teriyaki Mixed Plate was delicious and plentiful. the loco moco was good but the gravy tends to make the entire plate soggy so if they had dividers in their to go containers that would be ideal. both plates were hefty big boys that were able to feed us for two meals because we couldn't finish it on the first round. the worker was nice enough to move the table and let me see their drink selection because he saw I was leaning and squinting towards them to read the labels haha. overall, a great meal for a great price in SF(coming from a broke college student)“

“Update: NOTE that there’s two menus. The paper menu do not contain any item for grilling at table. You have to scan QR code for that.Vegetarian options: Tofu soup and also kimchi fried rice. Their vegan tofu soup is on the plain side tho.“

“Incredibly delicious roasted meats, al-dente wanton noodles, flavorful soup and generous portions! There are no menus hanging on the walls so it may feel intimidating at first. The staff don't seem to speak english either, but if you talk to the friendly lady and ask for the menu, she speaks basic english and you just have to point to the item you want. I recommend the roasted duck noodles. Would definitely go out of my way to come back to Kam PO Kitchen!“

“Chef Li's is a great place to go for a quick bite or even a family dinner. The place is like a typical Chinese take out restaurant with options running from roasted pig to roasted duck or soy sauce chicken and everything in between. I usually order ahead of schedule and ordering 3 entrees takes about 15 minutes, 20 at most. They are very efficient and I never get wrong orders.“

“The food is great and we enjoyed everything we ordered. The dishes are large, tasty, and of good quality. I am.only giving 3 stars for atmosphere because the resto was super cold and although it was crowded and we were not near the door, we were COLD. Quite simply, they don't use any heating. So be warned.“

“SF restaurant week is a great way to try new places and Gyu-Kaku was a great find. Very friendly and attentive staff, and as first timers, we loved the fact that we cook our main dishes on our personal hibachi. Didn't wait long for our server to take our order and he explained the process. Drinks came out right away and our order came a reasonable time after. Meat lovers paradise. We ordered a fixed price lunch special and next time, I want to try the seafood. Got out of town guests? Bring them here for a memorable experience!“

“We were in SF for personal business and needed place to stop for dinner. Due to parking issue, we were checking out places. A usually Italian place around the corner from this place did not have table for us, so we decided to check out Camp. At first, we thought it was Korean BBQ. As it turns out, it's more Japanese then Korean. It was quite slow in term of customers so we had a little reservation but since we are already in, why not. The service was excellence. Server was really attentive to our needs. We were a bit surprised with the cost of the items on the menu and expected really small portion to the actual size. Food quality was top notch and we ended really enjoyed the dinner there. Cool place and great quality BBQ food choices.“

“This place is a great bang for your buck. Considering that it's relatively close to SF, I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were for the HUGE portion size.I ordered the fried shrimp and island white fish combo which came with around 3 breaded shrimp, 2 pieces of breaded fish, 2 scoops of white rice, veggies (steamed cabbage), and 1 scoop of macaroni salad. The food itself is delicious, especially with the sweet Hawaiian sauce they give on the side. I wish the cabbage was a little more exciting (maybe add a Hawaiian touch), but I love cabbage so I ate it!If you're looking for a filling meal before heading to SF, go here! Food was out in under 5 minutes and there was plenty of room to sit down and eat.“
