“I stopped at Bloom Carneros for lunch while my guests were out wine tasting, and it turned out to be a great find. I ordered the baby back ribs and overall the meal was very good. The kung pao sauce leaned a bit on the familiar side flavor-wise, but still paired nicely with the dish. The fries were extra crispy, which if that is your thing (and it definitely is mine), you will love them.
The staff was warm and friendly, and the whole spot has an interesting, almost hidden feel. It is the kind of place you might only know about if you are local or if someone told you to exit off Sonoma Highway. The outdoor area has a relaxed picnic-style vibe that really makes it stand out.
I look forward to stopping here again in the future and trying more of their menu.“

“Twice in the past 3 weeks we ate at the Sonoma Store and twice we were treated like we were special , by Rosi and Maria. The customer service is such a big part of the dining being an enjoyable time. The meals for the 3 of us were very good. Thank You both!!!“

“Just picked up dinner. Today, 4/22/25, pork picadillo stuffed poblano chili's, street corn salad with cotija tomatoes, romaine & creamy cilantro dressing.
OUTSTANDING! Delicious poblano chili flavor, quite mild.
I'll keep an eye out for when it comes around again!“
“WOW - a friend recommended this place for the playground with our young children. While the playground was incredible and made us feel less bad for dragging out kids wine tasting, the service was also SO GOOD! the food was great and well priced and the natural wines were wonderful. Highly highly recommend if you're traveling that way with kids!“

“I discovered Sonoma Valley Farmhouse by pointing at a list of Google suggestions and was very pleasantly surprised. The decor and atmosphere is casual. The food is sublime. My party got the beet and pear salad, Brussels sprouts, mussels, and spare ribs.“

“You get a chill vibe and good food here; a big plus is that most items are gluten free, something thar should be highlighted more prominently! Word to the wise: we ordered the Cesar salad with chicken, which said it is made with “local lettuces.” On the day we went, the lettuce was radicchio. Ugh, a whole salad with radicchio, not your typical Cesar. The chicken on it was perfectly cooked, the dressing not really a Cesar dressing, but unique and decent. But if you’re expecting endive or little gems with your Cesar, as most Cesar salads are made with, you’d be wise to ask what the “local lettuces” are, as the radicchio was an odd choice and fairly tough. Thankfully, the BLT with a gluten free bun was sublime and worth a trip back!“

“The Sante' at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn was delightful. There doesn't seem to be a strict dress code so you may see very casual attire or you may see a more dressy attire. We like to go there on special occasions so we dress a little better to enjoy the experience. The waitstaff are casual but professional. The menu did not list the items I saw on their website, so I was a little disappointed but what I did order was delicious! The Branzino fish was great. My husband shared it with me as we had ordered the Charcuterie platter and it filled us up. We ordered a split bottle of wine at $30.00 and one martini at $21.00. A little pricey but worth the elegant dining experience. JLS Santa Rosa, CA“

“We dined here on a late Sunday night, got lucky to be seated and served even after they closed. I ordered the lemon ricotta and spinach ravioli. The flavor was delicious, if only the mushroom were left from the equation (in my opinion of course) the combination while different and unique, was overwhelming and I felt the ravioli had enough going on and would have rated it 10/10 if not paired this way. I also had a salad with feta and apricot which was the perfect anti pasto. Here is a photo and mocktail that I couldn’t finish“

“An amazing gem—truly a contender for a Michelin star. The hospitality stood out right away: the team prepared a personalized card for our visit and even allowed us to split a wine flight, with several thoughtfully curated options available.
The decor of the place itself was cozy - it felt like you were walking through rooms of a house with beautiful furnishings in each. Loved the wood we sat on and its quality. The main dining area had a great view into a massive kitchen that definitely meant serious business.
The meal itself was outstanding and remarkably filling, with what felt like nearly 20 courses. Highlights for me were the venison, beautifully presented on a deer antler, and the quail, cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert was another delightful surprise, with multiple courses to end the evening, including one paired with fresh honeycomb. Each dish showcased not only exceptional flavor but also creative and memorable presentation.
My only regret was not arriving early enough to try their famous fried chicken at the bar, which requires a separate reservation. Definitely something I’ll come back for next time.“
