“I went to KFC a few nights ago and they were really busy so my order took a bit longer than expected.. a few customers had been complaining about wait times and incorrect orders. The gentleman at the register was very professional as far as fixing any issues they were having. He even told me that the wings that were originally prepared for me wasn't in the best condition and offered to fix me a fresh batch. For some people that may be looked at as a bad experience but I was impressed by the way the young man kept his cool and handled everything with a smile and remained professional in an industry where nights like that may have some workers ready to quit.. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him in this review because he really stepped up when the store needed him to. This was Saturday night around 7pm if it helps his boss identify him.“

A little pricey for fast food, but what isn't nowadays?Definitely going back! I love that you can choose the spice level, anywhere from zero to 10. Parking at this location during lunch was a hassle. “Raising Cane’s is one of my favorite fast food locations in SD! The Cane sauce alone is what I come for. Delicious with the chicken tenders. However both the sweet tea and lemonade are also delicious, and their Texas toast is amazing as well! I’m not the biggest fan of coleslaw, so I just order extra fries instead. Only downside is that you have to pick up your order near the cash register when you dine in, but it is fast food after all ?.“

“Came for lunch here. They have a great staff that is very customer service oriented. They were helpful when we had questions about ordering, and they recommended some great options. We tried the salads that were on the commercials. They put a lot of chicken in the salads and the toppings are fresh. I noticed that they still have catering offered at this location. There are several ads in the store that mention catering. There is also a whole display set up to advertise catering. The dining area is clean and well maintained, which makes for a good experience. I would definitely come back to this location.“
“Long, long overdue review. Everytime I come here, everyone is friendly and efficient. The order is always spot on accurate and they never forget things like utensils or the extra dressing I ask for. I actually meant to give this review a few weeks ago, even told the employee at the window that I'd be leaving a stellar review but I lag. While I can't speak for the ambience (as I always go through the drive through), I'm sure everything is clean, organized and welcoming inside as well. Again, excellent service, excellent speed and accuracy.“
“I don't normally eat chicken sandwiches however I was craving one and decided to order chick-fil-a on ubereats however was out of a delivery range as I just moved downtown San Diego, I ordered here instead and I can tell you all, I will never order or eat from chick-fil-a again after ordering here and eating the food! “Got fried zucchini and it comes with ranch. This is one of my favorite items on their menu, my favorite fried zucchini for sure. The lady who helped me was really nice and patiently helped take my order. I sat outside, this is the only location that has outside seating in east county and it was nice to do that on a sunny day. There was a sewer smell outside, so I wasn't going to sit out there at first, but it went away by the time my order was ready.“
“Every time I go to Chick-fil-A the food is hot and fresh. There's plenty of staff around and they seem happy as a result. The lobby is always clean even when there's a huge line or a lot of customers. I always get my food in time. The owner of the location even came up to greet my family on a few different occasions. You won't find quality and service like this anywhere else.“
“I do deliveries, and a lot of times I'll come into this location and nobody really even will acknowledge me. There are a couple that do, and today I have to give a huge shout out to Jasmine, she Not only was acknowledging of everybody that was standing there, she did it with a beautiful smile and was kind to everybody. She took her job very seriously and has wonderful customer service and I just think people like her need to be recognized and it's that level of kindness that we should all aspire to. I know people get busy, and I know a lot of places are understaffed, and that it isn't like it used to be. “This place is located inside Seafood City. The lady assisting us was kind and helpful. She was patient since we weren't that familiar with their menu. I've been to another location before, but it's been a long time.It's a Filipino fast food chain from the Philippines. Their menu looks different from what I remember. This place is known for their burger steaks (which are like hamburger patties with gravy and mushrooms). We like ordering rice for their side.We also like their spaghetti (it's sweeter that traditional spaghetti). “Came here due to flight cancellation at San Diego International Airport. Long long day figuring out where to sleep for the night. So then we made the trek to this Chick Fil A from the hotel close by. The staff here was very quick and efficient. Diana brought our food and milkshake to us and went absolutely above and beyond with her service. She deserves a raise and much more!!! Wish every Chick Fil A was like this one in level of service.“

“We order form here a few times a week. The food is excellent but the employees need to be way more careful with the drinks. Everytime, our drinks are covered in soda, dripping down the sides and the lids are overflowing. I do feel that employees shouldn’t have long nails when handling food. A female employee accidentally stabbed my drink with her beautiful long nail and she still gave it to me. It was literally pouring out. Other than that, everything’s good.“
