Not only were all of the employees so welcoming, friendly, and in great moods, but they were amazing sandwich makers! Again, because I had not been here in years, I had some questions about available breads, new sauces, and new sandwiches. They had patience, accommodated every question or concern I had, and left me extremely satisfied with my experience. “Defrankos was our first stop on our 12 day vacation from Canada. We got off the flyaway and walked down a few blocks with all of our luggage in tow. The staff were incredibly friendly, they gave us such a warm welcome to California… but beyond that the food was AMAZING. We are currently sitting at the airport going over our trip and all 3 of us agreed the very best food we had on this trip were our 3 subs from Defrankos. ❤️

“I have been looking for quinoa all over LA. This place serves it and it is very good. The mix has just the right amount of dried sweet cranberries and a few chickpeas. It was perfect. I had a salad with tuna avocado and egg salad. I was able to sub the egg salad for tuna which was very nice of them. They gave me a fork full of a mayonnaise free tuna they had prepared on the way out which again was a great experience. This is the kind of place that you feel cares and you'd want to keep going back to. A+++“

It has a great menu mixed with Meat and Veggie options. The Mrs. and I split and highly recommend the Captain Carl and the Meatless Mike (I concur "best vegan meatball in America", and Our 3 y/o gives the grilled cheese 👍👍. Our 9y/o swears it was the best grilled cheese she ever had.“

I love the mama Chen salad and not so friend chicken sandwich , the soups are great…curried couscous is my absolute weakness and today for the first time I tried their Aqua Fresca (bc the employee gave me a free cup) and it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted!

“Overall great bang for buck. The bahn mi are huge and delicious. Bread is fresh and not too crunchy.

Downsides are the service is very unorganized. The ladies behind the counters are yelling and handing out special call in orders. Also, they have a secret menu thats not displayed anywhere. My order was forgotten and the order was wrong when I eventually got it. Also, the atmosphere isn't very welcoming. Its loud, hot, Dirty tables and floors. Its just a good fast food take out type place.

I'll still be back to try other things but definitely won't be eating it there.“

The sandwiches and soup are always solid and very tasteful here! There’s affordable options w/ their sandwich combos and the staff are generally courteous and professional.

But I wanted to leave a review to highlight Meagann who was very personable and professional in our interaction. I truly appreciate the energy and effort you put into your work that I observed today!

“The definition of a little hole in the wall, and I mean that in all the best ways. The food is delicious, affordable, fresh, and quick. It's a kind of a combination subs and a little bit of Korean, sometimes at the same time. Probably my favorite philly cheese steak in town. The bread is great. The teriyaki sub is delicious.

“The franchisee is a proud owner and has been there for 23 years. I hadn't been to a Quiznos and quite some time, it came up in conversation and I decided to hunt one down only to be surprised that there has been one in my neighborhood that I didn't even know was there. The food is great, Quiznos is a forgotten gem in the sandwich world. I also miss the Quiznos commercials with the spug monkeys. We love the subs! Because they are good to us. 😂“

The high quality of their food has never waivered! The buns are soft, yet chewy! The tomato salad in each sandwich is always fresh! Plus they give a generous portion of the protein! “I stopped by this Subway this morning to get my wife her chicken noodle soup. We were already in the plaza for my wife appointment at the clinic. So when she went to her appointment, I came to this Subway to get her soup. I came in the morning so they were not busy at all. When I walked inside, I didn't see any worker so I looked at their menu. Once I started looking, a lady came from the back and greeted me. I asked her if they have any soup and she told me that they had chicken noodle soup or broccoli soup. My wife likes both but she prefer chicken noodle so I just asked for 2 orders of it. The lady asked me if I wanted cracker as well and I confirm that it came with the soup which she said it does so there no extra cost. My wife ate her soup at home and liked it.

Vegetarian options: You can customize your sandwich or salad here so I highly recommend this place for vegetarian.

“I love coming to this Mendocino Farms location! I love their gluten free salads. I'm gluten intolerant so this is very important. They have the most delicious, creative, yummy and filling salads around the valley. I come once a week at least and never disappointed! All the staff are really nice and Arthur the manager is super friendly and accommodating! It seems like managers nowadays are not that friendly and it is so refreshing to have a restaurant to go to that makes you feel like your business is appreciated!“
