“Didn't know they had more than one restaurant in the L.A. area. This is the second one we tried and it didn't disappoint, it was just as good as the first time and second times we visited the Koreatown location. The service, the food, everything is great.“

“Highly commendable service and absolutely stunning set menu! we went here for dinner last night for our Halloween date night! Their wagyu cuts are 100% top-grade and not just random "wagyu" that are below the marks. We tried their A5 and M9 meats, not to mention their salmon carpaccio that is to die for. Their sides are absolutely delicious and smart, one great example is their fried pork buns that is like a spin on soup dumplings. To top it off, you get premium ice cream in the end. Their salad is so good with yuzu and smokey salt, plus you get a chili mix too. They serve the meats fast plus your tablet menu is in front of you so you don't have to keep calling the staff to refill. I give them 9 stars! 🌟 🐄 🥩“

“Y'all... I can finally eat the greens!!! They make them with turkey instead of pork and I gobbled them things up. Almost went for more!
I got the chicken plate with 2 sides, mac and cheese and the greens. Comes with a slice of whole wheat bread. Chicken was a bit dry but the sauce helped it... until I ran out of the bbq sauce.
I got the hot and regular bbq sauces. The hot had a nice kick, very tangy. Both were sweet and thick. The cups weren't filled up all the way, which would probably be helpful. They were about half full and I had used both cups to dip the chicken, so halfway through eating the chicken, I was out of sauce. This is where the greens came in handy, to dip the chicken in the juices or eat the chicken with the greens to add some moisture.
Mac and cheese was good. Nice creamy cheesr sauce and soft noodles.
I will definitely go back, just know to order a few extra sides of bbq sauce!“

“I went here for the first time on a Monday evening. The service was really good and on point on this day. Staff was always checking on us, always making sure our stove was clean or removing finished dishes. I got us the Deluxe meal. The spicy baby octopus was good. The gyōza dumplings and egg rolls were really good. They have sushi as well. Their menu can be accessed by QR code or you can ask for a physical menu.“

“I can’t give enough stars. I ordered catering for my son’s 2nd birthday. I live in Las Vegas and I was able to order everything via email with Josh. I explained the sides I was going to have and the number of guests. He predicted my food exact! Everyone enjoyed the food! “Absolutely delicious! I decided to try this place today and I'm immediately reviewing to get people to support this local gem. I had the tofu vegetable combo plate and it was tasty as hell. The tofu was soft, the veggies had the perfect bite, and the brown sauce was well seasoned. The entire dish was warm and light enough that I almost cleaned my plate despite it being so satisfying. I'm happy I was able to bring some home for later and will be going back regularly now!“

“Delicious. No dine in available, but I recommend eating it asap. Chicken katsu curry, fried chicken, and the spam musubi were fantastic. The lady operating the register was very nice. “This is my first time going and I was lost I was looking for a standalone restaurant. This is inside a little mini mall atmosphere building I would have never found it if it hadn't been I was meeting a friend. By the way the food the barbecue is awesome it is unbelievably good The meat was just so tender and that barbecue sauce was absolute heaven on earth. I love the atmosphere. It was so nice and cool inside parking was a bit of a nightmare but it was worth it to have lunch at the pit and bull. Bathrooms provided an indoors very clean great atmosphere there's a lot of picnic tables set up where you can pick what restaurant food you want pizza or barbecue or there's a bakery in there that has the most awesome desserts I got a cherry pie and an apple pie They were $9 They were a little mini pies. All I can say is I highly highly did I mention highly recommend this place It is unreal awesome 👍🏽😎“

Had a group of 8 to try again. Roasted duck and BBQ pork 叉燒were savory. 雪菜鴨絲炆米 is not really recommended especially when you compare the roasted duck and the Duck Rice noodles (鴨絲炆米).
In general, still recommend you give it a try.

Ordered Togo last time, portion, price and taste were decent. Dine in this time. It's full house due the small size of this restaurant. Ordered Hong Kong style minced beef rice with sunny side up on the top. A bit dried and disappointed. Another Eggplant with shredded pork and bamboo slices. Taste good . Of course, best match with rice. Additional $1.95 for the HK style lemon tea with refills which is my favorite. Why not.
Definitely I will go back and try something else.

“Rodney's ribs are the Truth. I moved to Pasadena recently. I've had Q at Dreamland in Alabama, 12 Bones in North Carolina, Franklin's in Austin, Corky's in Memphis and Hecky's in Chicago, and this is some of the most righteously smoked meat I've ever had. Thank you, Rodney.“

“This place is an amazing dining experience. A great alternative to Korean bbq or hot pot, you order different skewers and let them cook in front of you, then enjoy. All the different meats and vegetables were delicious and offered lots of variety so there is something for everyone. The grill automatically twirls the kebobs giving an even cook, and the sauces and spices are very flavorful. Very helpful staff and clean interior.“

There are options to omit scallions and cilantro for people who don't like them. You can also call the servers from the tablet, otherwise they leave you alone. “Super awesome to see, South El Monte has so much Asian foods and they are all delicious. A lot of people in South El Monte love Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese cultures and so the businesses in the area thrive. I also enjoy getting Korean BBQ meats in the South El Monte City or a nice hot meal at the Daikokuya Japanese Ramen place on Garvey. I noticed that a lot of people in Korean Town over in Los Angeles were starting to purchase up commercial real estate and launch businesses in South El Monte. In a recent merger and acquisition of a major grocery store business chain in South El Monte, it had become Korean owned as well and started to add many awesome products such as canned boba drinks. South El Monte is one of the most vibrant, diverse, and sweet pockets of hidden gem Asian foods in California and the San Gabriel Valley. When I go to school on the East Coast, I really miss it.“

“I was driving down Whittier Boulevard. On the corner of Whittier Blvd and Rancho drive. I smelled some barbecue it caught my attention quick like. Luckily I hadn't had dinner yet so I stopped and got a $20 plate. It was stacked with meat. It had tri-tip, chicken, and ribs. Smoked to perfection. The plate included a side of Mac and Beans. I also had two tacos. All the meats are full of flavor, tender and juicy. If you're in the area and you enjoy barbecue I highly recommend this spot.“
