“I chanced on this place from a person I met at a bar downtown DHS. Looks kinda trashy from the outside but don't judge this book by its cover. The best Karaoke experience I've ever had and I do it a lot. A real stage, stage lighting, smoke machines and friggin A, an actual guitar player who looks like Mick Mars playing along if he knows the song and he seemed to know them all! I sang Black Keys, Deep Purple and The Who so right up his alley. Redd was impressed enough that he bought me a shot after I sang The Seeker, never had a DJ buy me a drink! Both the bartenders were super nice and drinks were really inexpensive so this place freaking rocks. Great crowd too, lots of really friendly locals. And also get this, the place has several pool tables, the longest shuffleboard I've ever seen and dog friendly too!“

“There is good food, there is great food, and once in a great while you hit that place that not only has great food, but amazing service, owner and staff. Those moments really hit, and this was one of those moments. Hint, they open at 4, get in line at least by 3:30.“

“Eight Desert Divas dined at Sí Bon Restaurant in Rancho Mirage on Thursday. We were celebrating one of our own lovely Diva's birthday. We made reservations ahead of time (thankfully) because they were VERY busy. It is a popular place. The service was excellent. The menu was great. They offer a summer menu which includes a three course dinner for $32. They also have a happy hour menu. I ordered the meat loaf dinner and it was delicious and plentiful. Others selected steak with fries, tacos, mussels, and a few other items. There were no complaints at all. They even brought out a birthday chocolate mousse with a candle and 8 individual spoons to honor our birthday girl. Our server was wonderful and he gave us separate checks (which we always appreciate). It was definitely a special night and we highly recommend Sí Bon. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. You won't be disappointed.“

One of my all time favorite photos is from a nice afternoon, poolside, several years ago when the kids were little... it was one of our most fun and peaceful afternoons as a family anywhere... the photos is of our daughter, asleep on my wonderful wife, my wonderful wife smiling at me, and our son was on the chair in between us, smiling as he was drinking a strawberry smoothie from Chuckwalla’s... such a blessing. We visited Southern California - Palm Desert, Yucaipa, and Malibu - for Spring Break 2021. This trip we had more activities off-property than usual, so we only got one nice long afternoon at the pool, and RebekahM made it a little extra special. The sun, the water, fun in the pool... and smoothies... such a joy. Before I had a chance to think about it, smoothies were en route from Chuckwalla... strawberry, banana, and alcohol-free pina colada. Rebekah delivered them to us with a big smile and infectiously positive attitude. Rebekah turned the fun up a notch with her dancing and smiling and laughing as she took our orders and delivered to the families around the pool... everyone was extra happy when she was around. Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs.

We opted for some fresh lighter bites .
Surprisingly vegan friendly & easily modified menu items . I ordered the watermelon salad omit the mozzarella.
Delicious ! I’m an iced tea junkie and the tea here was refreshing .

What stood out here was the service ——- the staff was on it and we had plenty of smiles checking in on us .

Just a warning ..The place stays busy nearly 7days a week .“

Stopped in for drinks and sushi while at the Marriott. Our serving staff and support were Gerardo, another Veronica, David, Ricky and Jennifer all amazing individuals. We have known Gerardo for years and he a terrific individual. The ambiance was upbeat and positive and the sushi quite good.
I often state that people and relationship far exceed the location or event and here at JW you get the best of both worlds. The music duo was good and the food, service and staff were simply amazing. Highly recommended.

What an amazing place to chill, enjoy a few drinks, grab some fresh sushi and listen to live music. Ricky was our server on Saturday night and was very efficient, professional and kind. We have been going to this spot for about 8 years and just thoroughly enjoy the vibe and ambiance. We started with Don Julio Blanco, club soda, 3 limes muddled and mint and then ordered the crunchy roll and jw roll. I also had a ceasar salad. The two entertainers were fantastic and played a wide range of rock and roll and country hits. The customer service and overall experience were simply therapeutic. Highly recommended.“

“Beautiful atmosphere!! Gorgeous interior and design. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The drinks and service were great! Fabulous DJ kept the music going and everyone was dancing! There is a lot of space and extra rooms to sit and hang out. There is also a back patio for the smokers. Had a great experience!“

“The “Red Steak” was a 10/10 perfectly season! If you pair it with the mussels you are in for an even bigger treat! Personally would skip the Jamba if you want an authentic jambalaya. It was personally too sweet but the shrimp were cooked perfectly! Overall DSRT CLUB is a must if you are in the area“

“Greta time, went on a Saturday night, karaoke started closer to 9:30pm. Karaoke was fun but the other reviews are right, the microphones either don't work or you could barely hear, some people were singing and it was as if the mics were completely off. Someone at the table near us was openly smoking weed and it just smelt burnt the entire time, no one told him anything. Overall good time, our waiter with the ponytail/ glasses was attentive and kind, hopefully the mics get replaced soon.“

“Absolutely loved this sushi spot — such a hidden gem in Palm Springs. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was great, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious.

I was especially happy to find a simple Philadelphia roll, which was exactly what I wanted. We also tried the shrimp tempura and a few items from their happy hour menu, including the happy hour tacos, and everything was so good.

If you haven’t been yet, definitely add this place to your list. Great food, great atmosphere, and such a nice spot for dinner or happy hour.“

“We’ve ordered from here several times. This is our go to place for excellent fresh high quality authentic Mexican food. Their chicken mole is outstanding, and the chicken fajitas are delicious. The fresh chips and salsa are top notch, fresh and delicious. I appreciate a full serving with rice and beans with each entree. And fresh tortillas. The price is an excellent value at about $18-$19 for each entree. You certainly get your moneys worth. We had margaritas at the bar. They were fantastic!

Easy parking, beautiful seating and a peaceful golf course view and not even busy for a Friday morning. The service was friendly and fast. “Had a fantastic experience at the Hideout yesterday. We couldn’t get a table at another restaurant for an hour so while we were waiting we walked around and saw a guitarist setting up at that Hideaway. They let us know that they opened at 11:00, but the waiter arranged for us to sit in the patio and got us drinks while we waited for a few minutes. The food was very good, my burger was the best burger I have ever had and it came out as ordered (no bun/no cheese). I chose a drink off the menu (Strawberry Mule) and ordered it as a mocktail, refreshing and delicious. The service was delightful and the music lovely. Definitely going back.“
