“Best Mexican food out the in my opinion. Premium ingredients are incredibly rare for Mexican food and sharkeys uses the best. Wild caught, organic, and grass-fed. The salsas are delicious and chips come with each meal. Prices are comparable to most other restaurants and the flavors and overall dining experience is far superior. Highly recommend this spot for lunch or dinner. Outstanding in all categories.“
“We found a healthy eating treasure in Burbank called Tocaya Modern Mexican. It's a clean cafeteria-like atmosphere in which you can order from your table using a QR code or walk up and order from the cashier. My son called it a new age type business where cash is unacceptable. The food is clean, old-world, and fresh with classic flavors. I enjoyed the Baja fish tacos; the hot sauce brought the flavor out. The corn bowl was excellent, too. The strawberry basil drink was refreshing, along with the sangria. The service was perfect. We will be returning.Vegetarian options: Excellent Variety“
“Very busy café for the “in-crowd” in the Los Feliz area with plentiful indoor and outdoor seating.Upon staff recommendation, I tried the chocolate chip bread pudding- which was absolutely massive and delicious! Not the best bargain at $10, but I’d say it was worth it and probably could have been shared with another person. There is also a bar in the room adjacent to the coffee shop/bakery, which was also very busy.Neat place to get delicious food and drinks, get some work done, or just sit and people watch.“
“My fiancé and I have put Mazal in our rotation of FAVORITE places. It's not just the food, but since it's yelp..... THE FOOD: I'm new to the vegetarian lifestyle, and started reluctantly under doctor's orders. Mazal has been a revelation! Tal and his staff prepare vegetarian dishes that taste amazing because they were always intended to be vegetarian! Fresh fennel salad, hearty beats with cumin, silky humus and baba ganoush. And mushrooms so perfectly grilled that they taste - dare I say - MEATY, like a mushroom should! So yes, the food is supurb. But that's not the reason we come back. Nor is it the reason we decided to celebrate our recent engagement with them. Mazal feels like a home. The decor is warm, the patio is beautiful and spacious, and Hanni, Tal, and the rest of the staff are kind and welcoming. So, I suggest you come for the food, stay for the people, and come back for both.“
“Had a lovely brunch here for Easter - it's a La carte which is different than the usual Easter brunches we have gone too but the food was great - we had shrimp w grits special. My parents loved the salmon and the country fried steak. The pasta for the kids is fresh so it does take longer. The ambience is great as they had live music and the spot is so pretty all wicker chairs and lush green.“
“Portions are very large so keep that in mind when ordering. The crab curry was delicious - you can get it de-shelled too which is quite helpful! The spice level is crazy spicy so a medium is whoa, hot. Moo ping (pork skewers) was too much pork for my boyfriend lol, which is never a thing!“
“"Sippin from your cup 'til it runneth over..." I heard JT performed at the Wiltern last night for free so I had his music on repeat in my head all day today during work. So of course I had to stop by here as soon as I saw the store name. I did NOT expect to find the best donuts I've ever had in my life. Period. I walked in and was greeted warmly and decided to just order the Original Sin and their version of classic milk. They were so nice and gave me another donut for free which was the Obrama. Everything was so scrumptious. I loved that the donuts weren't too big. The quality of the donut is so good that it only needs to be a smaller size to have the same effect as something larger. The outer texture and the crispness reminded me of the blueberry m&m donuts that they sell in OC where people line up for hours to buy. The donuts here taste better because the inside texture is a lot lighter and isn't as dense so you don't feel disgustingly full afterwards with regrets. I cannot wait to come back and get some for my family and friends. I wanted to test it out myself first prior to sharing with others. Yum! Also their classic milk was soooooo good and complimented the donuts so perfectly.“
“Pretty awesome and amazing entrance setup in their cafe when it comes to those delectable patisserie section. We got in a bit before our reservation time and were seated ( get a reservation before hopping in there) right away. Jessica was our host and walked us through the options and answered our questions around the popular options, patisserie section etc and we placed our order. We got the Tartufo Pizza ( it looks big but is good for 2-3 hungry folks) along with the Louie salad ( pretty amazing) and a couple of coffees. The pizza was delicious and is a very unique concept with a floating egg yolk spread carefully on the top. The salad was great as well and added as just the perfect side to the pizza.Once done with our main course, we were ready for the desert and ordered a Chocolate and Hazelnut Beignet along with an Almond, Psitachio, Cherry cake ( you would want to witness its presentation for a while before you devour it ).All in all a great experience though when paying the bill I was rushed a bit into signing the EMV chip reader machine and the tips there start from 25% at a default ( so take your time and pay unless you intend to pay 25% in tips) on top of which there is also a surcharge fees of 5% that is already charged to the bill.PS: Shoutout to Bailey as well who was helping us on our table alongside Jessica as well and catered to our requests so very well.Cheers!!!“
“The place is gorgeous, especially if you love a nice terrace. The food... Is it because it's the only middle Eastern gluten free place, or is it because the ingredients are fresh, or is it because the preparation is perfect, or maybe it's all the small details... I think it's all of the above, one of the best middle Eastern places in LA, and the best gluten free one :) enjoy their manahish!“
“let me start by saying this is the BEST vegan Ethiopian food i've ever had. i have frequented a lot of Ethiopian restaurants and the veggie platter combos just don't compare to Berbere. the atmosphere is so calming and refreshing and the ambiance is amazing. the staff were quick and efficient as well as attentive without being annoying. the food was served fresh AND hot and the flavors will excite a party in your tummy!! i went here with my mom and we shared everything. to start i ordered the et tacos and let me tell you the reviews for the tacos were right on the money. i never thought id like a taco that wasn't traditional but these made me rethink tacos as a whole. the flavors were so powerful and delicious. honestly it's just best if you're reading this to just try them. no amount of words can describe the flavors. for the main dish, we ordered the eat the rainbow with red lentils, yellow garbanzo beans, purple cabbage and potatoes, and kale. although i loved everything the KALE was the star of the show. it really surprised me how freaking delicious it was. i mean it was tangy but also seasoned just right. cooked to perfection if i do say so myself. to drink we both ordered the blackberry (could've been blueberry not sure?) mint lemonade and it was refreshing. i didn't feel guilty drinking it at all. for dessert i ordered the sublime confection and it was superb!! it's an interesting dessert to describe but it had banana and chocolate and ice cream and that was enough for me to order. the banana was not overwhelming either. i ended off dinner with a hot cacao and i burned my tongue so badly but it was so good i didn't even mind it. the cacao was so rich and thick. it was a nice treat to end a wonderful dinner. all in all our experience here was everything and more. i cannot wait to go back soon because it's right near my job two blocks away. side note: it is on the pricier side but i promise you won't feel robbed or cheated the portions AND the flavors are worth every damn penny. berbere is a 10000/10.“
“If you go to these places you will have the GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND PRIVILEGE to TASTE the Best PASTRY products, do not worry about the lines, 90% order to go, the service is very fast, ask for Tasting Type, 1 out of 1 You will not regret it, they are the best cakes, desserts, cookies, cakes, coffee and others that each one is richer than the other, excellent quality raw materials result in a product with a very pleasant texture and unmatched flavors. This was my first visit and it is already on my weekly agenda. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. We will be back soonParking: Be patient as the cars leave quickly.Kid-friendliness: Yes, there are tables and manyWheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is ample space for wheelchairs.“
“This was a first time dining experience in Cali…I recommend the restaurant 100%! They were a busy place indeed. The staff is so friendly, and we came in with a reservation and showed early. The hostess checked in with each person waiting to be seated multiple times-you don’t see that very much in most places. A good vibe inside and the atmosphere is nice also. Even though we were early, we still did have to wait almost 15min beyond our rez to be seated but, we were delighted when they offered to bring us an appetizer because they were sorry we had to wait so long. Awesome tasting food and they serve breakfast and lunch as well daily.“
“ou won't miss the meat" at this "go-to for high-end vegan" and vegetarian dining, a "phenomenal" "late-night find" on Melrose offering "inspired" "comfort food" and "creative" Vegan cafés abound in health-conscious L.A., but Crossroads Kitchen, which opened in 2013, sets itself apart by turning plant-based dining into a white tablecloth affair. Crossroads is a high-end vegan restaurant for carnivores. Plant-based chef to the stars Tal Ronnen—he counts Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres as clients.“
“I had been hearing a lot of good things about the food here so I finally made my way into Silverlake to check it out. As you are probably already aware, this is a take out or delivery restaurant. You cannot dine in here. You actually can't even enter the building. The front door is a two piece door and when they are open for business, the top part of the door will be open. You order from there and then wait on the sidewalk for your order to be ready. You can also call in an order in advance or use various delivery services. There was not anyone waiting to order when I got there so I was able to walk directly up to the door and immediately order. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my order to be prepared and in those 10 minutes they got very busy. Six people came up to pickup phone or delivery orders during that time and those pickups went very quickly. A line began to form to order during that time and when I left with my order there were 5 other people who had placed others and were now waiting for their orders to be prepared and an additional 7 other people waiting in line to place orders. They prepare their food quickly but keep in mind, they need to cook the food after you place your order. If there is already a line to place your order and people waiting for their food to finish cooking, all of that will add to the amount of time it will take before your order has been prepared. If you are in a hurry and need your order quickly, perhaps you should consider another restaurant such as a fast food restaurant. They do prepare the food as quickly as they can but keep in mind, you will wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes at a minimum and the more people you see standing around out front will add to that wait time. Is it worth the wait? Oh yes, it is worth it. I had the popcorn chicken, Summer Rolls and the Caramelized Pork. The Popcorn chicken and its dipping sauce was a real treat for the taste buds. The chicken is double fried but is not dry on the inside and the dipping sauce has the perfect bite of spices to it. The summer rolls are huge. Your choice of protein or vegetables only. They really could be a meal within themselves and the vegetables were very fresh with lots of vegetable crunch in every bite. The Caramelized Pork came with sticky rice and cooked with hard boiled eggs. It was as good as it sounds (which is very good). The portion sizes were very good with my order easily being enough for two people with some leftovers. Truly, the summer rolls are so large that you cannot help but have leftovers. Parking can be very tricky here. There are yellow painted loading zones in front of the restaurant and the mom & pop grocery store next door so if you are just picking up an order that had already been placed, you shouldn't have a problem. You may find yourself desperately looking for a place to park though. Keep that in mind but don't let that scare you off. You will be thankful for the effort you put in when you are finally home and enjoying the fruits of your troubles. BTW, I hear that their Bahn Mi sandwiches are so good. I look forward to trying that next time.“
“Went there for happy hour with some girlfriends. Not that impressed by their vegan food…I’m not a vegan so the faking meat really didn’t help me… but the margarita was really impressive! Smoky and citrus- infused. Love it! Very good price during happy hours too. Will come back again ?“
“Really tasty cookies and the service was amazing! We tried the chocolate chip, choc chip with brownie and pb, and caramel pretzel cookie--all super good. The cookies are priced fairly compared to other cookie/dessert shops. The red-haired worker made my Friday! Highly recommend.“
“Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream! Let me tell you it definitely hit the spot, one of the best ice creams I've tried I can see why it's one of their top flavors. I got the single scoop and it's a good amount of serving but I should have gotten a double scoop for sure! If you love chocolate ice cream and Oreos, then this is the perfect flavor for you. Although, there is a hint of coconut in the aftertaste in case you're not too huge on coconut. But the actual flavor overpowers it. We went late at night but the service was still good! You have to be careful not to miss the window it's right next to a small coffee shop. There's a few chairs around to sit after or you can walk around and see the other shops around. Very small space but great ice cream! I will definitely need to go back and try other flavors!“
“Immediately walking into the store you get this vibe of coziness that can't really be associated with anything else. The person running the restaurant was really sweet and understanding. He was able to make the food in a timely manner. I got the beef ribs and chicken adobo with a side of mushroom pasta and fries and cheese for me and my boyfriend. I honestly could eat the cheese and fries and mushroom pasta alone as they are wonderful complimentary dishes. I haven't found a place like this in a really long time. They do offer dine-in however I think the goal was to just order and eat in the comfort of your home. The menu is quite large and they have contactless ordering on their website as well which makes it super accessible!!! Slay.“
“Absolutely delightful service & chicken! Make sure to check the counter for info on their combos and bentos since those are good deals for lunch. The portions are great, so an 8 piece is enough for 2 lunches, especially if you’re pairing it with rice or a salad. Will definitely be back.“
“Very unique concept. I personally would prefer having a traditional wait staff but that's just my preference. The aroma of the grill was wonderful, but I wasn't impressed with my chicken skewer or my grilled pumpkin. The atmosphere is fun however and I can see how some people would love it, it was quite crowded! Try it out!“
“This is a solid spot for lunch, baked goods, and pantry items (sauces, dressings, cookies, etc.) The shakahuka can’t be missed, and the same goes for the Ho Barcelona sandwich. ? I’ve come through here many times throughout the years, and everything I’ve ordered has been from really good to great.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian sandwiches, quiches, and other lunch items.“
“Everything was on point: great coffee, classic Danish pastries and an amazing Princess Cake that was customized in minutes for our Easter gathering. The staff were gracious and so helpful. Our new goal is to try all the cakes, seems like a tasty and worthy project for 2024. You can order online too or by phone to have your cake ready for pickup.“
“4 of us had an excellent meal! Appetizers were creative and tasty!! Pizza and gnocchi dishes were best entrees. Matcha chocolate cake and lemon cheesecake were a wonderful way to end the dining experience!! Wait staff were friendly and had helpful suggestions. Hope to return to The Butcher's Daughter again and again!“
“Cute outdoor cafe with delicious scones and tea. My party had a variety of flavors and everyone enjoyed their choices. My favorites are the matcha white chocolate , ube coconut and chocolate chip. The options for vegetarian sandwiches and vegan/gluten free scones were yummy and appreciated.“
“The atmosphere or ambiance is excellent. It's a small community restaurant with excellent food. The only reason for the 4 is it was a bit cold inside.Vegetarian options: Almost all menu it's have a vegan and or vegetarian option.Parking: Street parking“
“Are you willing to work for your food? Are you willing to wait in a long line? If the answer is yes then please take the time to try Apollonia's. Their hours are strange and they are cash only in the restaurant but it's worth it.This is best thin slice pizza I have had in California. They also have incredible Detroit style slices. The pepperoni vodka slice is a must try.Very little parking.Parking: Very little parking. Small lot that is always full.“
“Baked Bar LA is the best part of my daily routine. Whether it’s stopping in for an espresso, or grabbing a delicious sandwich or baked good, this is my go to spot. The place is always clean, the service is excellent, and I love the vibe of the space! They do a great job welcoming everyone and are fantastic at everything they do!My personal favorite is the butter sandwich…! Mon Dieu, it’s SO good! Highly recommend :)“
“The gelato is expensive but really good. I tried a few before landing on pistachio and hazelnut. Got it in the house made vegan waffle cone which was tasty. $10 for a single scoop 2 flavors in waffle cone for reference. Really good natural flavors, worth a stop. The lady serving was very friendly too“
“By far the best Sangak bread in town! Ever since I tried their Sangak, I can’t eat any other Sangaks. The quality of their dishes is far superior compared to any other place in town. The owner is extremely friendly and their service is exceptional. Highly recommend it.“
“Food was amazing. Had the Cali scramble and the fried chicken and pancakes. The guy who greeted us at first was very nice. After that, the service was sub par. Food got there and we didn’t have silverware. Then the waitress never came back to check on us. I asked for a coffee refill and she forgot. Had to ask someone else afterwards.Maybe it was just of off day for them. Food wise, fantastic. Would definitely return.“
“Tiny little bakery, in little Tokyo specializing in Asian baked goods. It was packed so I didn't look at everything they had, but they had plenty of good looking sweet stuff to ruin your Hollywood diet. I just grabbed snacks to take on my travels. I snagged a bag of melon pan and it looks and taste just like anime told me it would. Also got a couple steamed buns, sadly they were sold out of anko, but I got pork and curry. Haven't tried those yet, but the melon pan got me excited for them.“
“Looking for a caffeine oasis in the heart of Hollywood? Look no further than Javista! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smiles of the friendly staff. The cozy ambiance makes it the perfect spot to catch up with friends or dive into your latest book. Their espresso drinks are expertly crafted, and the pastries and sandwiches are to die for! Javista has quickly become my go-to spot for a delightful coffee experience in Hollywood. Highly recommend giving it a try!“
“Was absolutely craving a sweet treat and was about to order from Levain Bakery only to find this neighborhood hidden gem in a swanky gas station, of all places. It was cheaper and tastes even better. Cookies were soft, chewy, and perfect size to share (or not). Another plus is that they’re open til midnight for those late night cravings.“
“We ordered a box of donuts: Maple Bacon, Old Fashion, Apple Fritter, and Basil Eggs Benedict and they were all amazing; soft, fresh and delicious; except the BEB which I can't review because we never got to it because we were too full. Total shame because it was the last one and it was huge. Totally my fault though, because I got greedy. The coffee was also good. The service was great. Friendly staff.FYI, since it's hard to judge scale via photos, the donuts are all quite large, especially the Basil Eggs Benedict, which was a monster.“
“The food is not only delicious but visually appealing and suited the atmosphere of a restaurant inside of an art museum. We started our meal with the cheese plate and tuna carpaccio both of which were an amazing first course. I then ordered the pan seared cod and my girlfriend ordered the octopus. Both were cooked to perfection and full of rich flavors and complimentary accoutrements. Finally to finish our meal we ordered a serving of ice cream which is always a good choice and the Cloud de Maron. The latter of which was not only visually stunning but also deliciously decadent. You can tell that folks in the kitchen really care by how perfectly cooked and meticulously plated everything is. The front of the house was no different. I never felt rushed and the staff was friendly and attentive. 10/10 will definitely return.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options are available and they are willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions if they are given advance notice.“
“I wish reviews had a tasting feature! There is nothing better than FRESH, TENDER, SILKY, and GOOEY MOCHI filled with RED or WHITE paste, strawberry, rainbow DANGO and blueberry! Perfect pairing with Hojicha ?.You don’t have to ✈️ all the way to Japan to appreciate DELECTABLE MOCHI!“
“Everything time you come down to Griffins Observatory you have to came to The Trails for there few goodies especially their lavender shortbread cookie! That's what we ordered and Avocado Sandwich. Their sandwiches are bountiful like you can see the picture I can explain it just few words you got to come here and try it. Service are very friendly and the environment is very cute and planted seating area.“
“Yet another yummy & memorable meal. Server Chris was a delight, help staff expedient. Tonight owner chef Suzanne was sadly gone & older man Host very very rude as he doesn't understand Fed & CA & LA Laws about clearly marked & bibbed Service Animals, esp a 10# tiny CavaPoo that is extremely well-behaved & lies quietly on floor as if not present. Refusing our OT resy nice Dining Room Table several times in an attempt to place us in the empty & barren & unwanted bar corner area was a BIG mistake...luckily he gave in as confronted on his wrongdoing. Missing owner chef Suzanne would have likely been upset with him too...“
“I had their Tiramisu cake slice. Kinda dry. Staff was more interested in having their own conversations than taking my order. I felt like I waited forever but probably was more like 5 minutes for them to finally take my order. I also had their chocolate chip cookies. Definitely delicious.“
“One of my favorite eateries in the world. I’m from France and this is one of the few places that is as indulgent as home with their baked goods. They made me a beautiful birthday cake years ago despite an unusual flavor request. Their biscuit-bun burger is delicious and the terrace is an awesome cozy spot to hang out. A must try if you’re in the area!“
“Solid American Restaurant serving up good burgers and drinks! They have a solid tap list for beer!House chips are crunchy and addicting.Their fries are crispy and solid with the aioli sauce!Burgers are supposedly American wagyu! It was a nice melt in your mouth patty. The toppings are something serious. Amazing bacon, pretty good mushrooms, delicious camerlized onions. It tasted even better in the toaster oven the next day.Service was good, they were busy waiting many tables. Donavan was helpful and attentive.Nice interior decoration. Good feelingI would come back again for the burger and beer!“
“Professional and super friendly! We got greeted as soon as we walked inside and got an introduction regarding the cupcakes they sell. They are absolutely delicious and you can genuinely TASTE every flavor in the cupcake. They make sure their customers can take their time choosing their order without rushing and are worth every cent. Although im not from LA, I will buy cupcakes whenever I come back!!“
“It was pretty good. Great outdoor seating area in the front. Fresh food but somewhat lacking in flavor. Had the shrimp tacos special and it was just okay. Hibiscus tea was very tasty and the highlight. There was a long line to order at lunch time and we were lucky to get a table. They bring the food or drinks to your table after you order. Staff barely uttered a word to me and could've been a bit friendlier. But hey it's on a nice block in WeHo so what do you expect?Vegetarian options: A few tasty salad and sandwich options, as well as sides that could work as a meal.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsParking: Had to park on the street a few blocks away mid-day on a weekday.Kid-friendliness: Not sure they will be super happy but could work for adventurous kids.“
“Omg, when I opened the wrapper, it literally smelled like a bakery in my bedroom (i didn't want to share, hahaha)! I almost felt like I could taste them, the smell was so strong and intoxicating. The process to purchase them was different and super important to know. I just walked in, but they generally have you order ahead of time and then pick them up. This place isn't a bakery, it's their kitchen, and it doesn't seem like they make a surplus of cookies. Fortunately, they do make a few extras for people like myself who just read a bunch of reviews saying how good something is and jump up and go. They had like 6 cookies left when I got there, and I bought 1/2 of them. The chocolate chip is super thin but bursting with chocolate and is buttery. The peanut butter cookie was rich, but not too rich and moist. They were both a little too sweet for me, but I ate both of them all the way up (so clearly not TOO sweet huh) My only issue was with the chocolate decadence, it just didn't taste that good too me, but I'm not that into chocolate, I'll eat it, but this was just way too much, but duh... it is literally called chocolate decadence, so that's literally my fault (although the texture was a little strang to me). parking was absolutely awful, but it's LA where isn't parking awful. I'm so into convenience, and I'm spontaneous, so this concept of ordering ahead doesn't work for me, but it's worth it if the slightest inconvenience doesn't bother you like it bothers me!“
“Akasha was delightful!! It didn't look like much as you enter but walk through the bar and you've stepped into an open dining space with tables close enough to feel in community but private enough to chat! The food was delicious... we had the avo/beet salad and Caccio e Pepe along with the avo toast appetizer and the blueberry cobbler for dessert. Sitting to note, their happy hour is well worth showing up early for... we did dirty martinis for $10!! The service was on point- Kenny was a gracious host who made us feel cared for! Recommend highly and will be back!“
“A cookie store that seams to like to take things to the next level. They don't have your plain cookie choices. The chocolate chip option has 3 kinds of special chocolates. Some choices made with duck eggs, lots of vegan choices. Almost anything you can dream of they made a cookie out of it.All the cookies are hand made, hand mixed and custom made by actual bakers not machines. They are very large cookies, very soft and not dry.Even though they have cookie in the name they seam to be equally famous for their expresso, coffees and milk shakes. The milkshake come custom with pieces of their cookies crumbled inside which they go grab fresh from the back. They have a good selection of Gelato which was very good. And how can you beat Gelato and a cookie. There was indoor seating and outdoor seating as well. Staff seam very friendly and loved to talk about their baking process. They will tell you how everything is handmade and made fresh to order. Brag how everything is hand mixes so you don't get the machine melting to chocolate or leaving uneven mixes for the batter. The Staff does a good job talking up the cookies and the cookies live up to the hype.If you are staying in some of the higher end Beverly hills hotels you can ask the front desk if they have any of the cookies available, as they seam to be the go to cookie for the big hotels to display in their lobbies. If they have run out, stopping by the store is a must stop while in town.Parking: Lots of parking options. Closest is paid street parking. Depending on the time of day you can park right in front of the store. There is a parking garage about a block away with free 2 hour parking or a parking lot a block the other direction offers free parking for the grocery store but a good choice for a quick cookie stop.Kid-friendliness: Lots of cookie, Gelato, milkshake options. The milkshakes are real cookie pieces which kids seam to find extra exciting.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the entrance and easy to move around store“
“Was visiting my daughter who lives in the area. The food and service were great. Need more local craft beer options. Had the signature burger. Came hot and exactly as ordered. Family loved what they had to eat. Brussel sprouts were a favorite. Drinks were tasty as well. We will make a point to visit each time we're in town.“
“I was skeptical of this place at first, as it seemed from the outside to be the headquarters of social media influencers, but I'm glad I gave it a shot, because the food was delicious, and the music and ambience was very authentically French. The service wasn't the best, as I asked for water 3 times and never got it, but they were probably understaffed that day, so it's not enough to deter me from going back.“
“I love this delivery service for:- Prompt Customer Service- Good quality healthy food- New delicious options delivered daily- Flexible delivery plan- They reuse cooler bags and ice packs (love the leak-proof ice packs)- Recyclable food containers- Loyalty program - They promise to pick up the last bag if you wish to cancel the service (haven't tested)“
“5/5 Written from a former bakery owner. My family owned a bakery in Detroit for 40+ years and sold it during Covid in 2021. I know baking and so does Toluca Bakery. Excellent customer service. Family owned shop with the mom and son working when my friend and I went in. So much variety, and the price point is low for all you’re getting. This is a bakery making old school, classic recipes. They veganized so many items that you can’t find in most places. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious, concha’s super tasty, Tres Leches was chef’s kiss, turnover amazing, danish great, cupcakes yum, eclairs fantastic and empanadas scrumptious. Highly recommend. Plus for folks who like supporting small business, this is exactly that. It’s a win-win-win-win. Taste-options-price-family owned & operated. Get there!“
