“These people are incredible and the Gelato is better than 99% of the Gelato I had in Italy. They opened during Covid and SURVIVED if that tells you anything. Both of them are wonderful humans and the Gelato is extraordinary. Plus they saved dogs from food markets overseas. Doesn't get much better. Please check them out.“

“We went to Bacio di Latte in Brentwood and honestly, we won’t be going anywhere else. Mario, Denise, and Rosa were absolutely amazing — so warm, welcoming, and kind. They made us feel right at home and truly turned our visit into such a special night. Their energy and hospitality stood out just as much as the gelato.“

“Stopped by this ice cream shop on a beautiful saturday evening. Had a cool old school vibe to it with a jukebox. We sampled various flavors (hibiscus sorbet, pistachio, mint chip, chocolate, coconut). I went with the coconut on a cone. It was good! I would definitely come back and try other flavors.“

“When I tell you this is literally the best ice cream you could get, I’m being so fr. I don’t even have a sweet tooth but this place is amazing.
1000/10 - girl at the window was fab, didn’t mind us both trying a bunch of samples and was very chill n friendly. I went with my fiance (who is not vegan or dairy-free and very picky) and he agreed it was insanely good, we both got split scoops because it was so hard to narrow down to just 2 flavors. We each got a combo and shared - he did salted caramel/chocolate Oreo, and I did a hojicha/coffee.
You genuinely can’t go wrong with any of the flavors, but I think my favorite if I had to pick would be the hojicha just because it has such a unique flavor profile and I don’t normally see it anywhere.

“I am usually not the type to write a review, but the service that Sebastian provided was top tier. Sebastian allowed us to sample some products and provided some creative suggestions when it came to combination like a peanut butter and jelly like option when it came to gelato. He was extremely patient with me as I made chose a flavor or gelato to take home and even promoted the points system when imputing our phone number before purchasing it. His service alone is 5 stars alone and the products that were sold were extremely delicious as well, I am looking forward to trying more flavors and running into him again for more suggestions he comes across of.“

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!“

“Delicious and creamy gelato. I got the dark chocolate and pistachio scoops on a pistachio filled waffle bowl. The gelato wasn't too sweet and the staff let us try a lot of different flavors. I really liked the hazelnut flavor too. Hit the spot after a ramen dinner.“

“TBH i was just sad stumbled upon this ice cream place and it had to be the lord to bring me to this angel, i sampled flavors with Chevy and honestly i dont remember how they tasted they weren't as memorable as she was man, she lifted my spirits that day with her smile her kind words and most of all her bright personality! I know it was the man above who drew me into Salt & Straw that day to be blessed hy the lovely chevy, she will always be a memory of an Angel from that day?.“

“The Pricing of the is much lower than most places, you get the toppings for free with no cost extra. You get a lot of ice cream for $13 which you get 12oz for that much. Good choices of exterior to look a bit fancy at cheap for what it looks like“

“This is my first time at salt and straw and it was so good ! What was even better was the customer service. They let me try whatever I wanted and never made me feel rushed. It’s so hard to find service like this and whoever trained these employees is doing the damn thing! 10/10 would recommend, and while your there, grab a waffle cone! They’re fresh!“

“I’ve had ice cream/gelato/granita/dondurma and a pile of other frozen desserts on 6 continents. This is my absolute favorite on the planet. While I never order strawberry anywhere else, here it is so full of fresh strawberry flavor that I never pass it up (and this flavor is dairy-free, you’d never know!). All the flavors are fresh and delicious but my favorites are the strawberry, banana sundae, Dubai chocolate and ashta.“

I had no idea it was vegan until I saw the reviews on here! I recommend pairing the Calamansi with the Matcha—it tastes like a matcha lemonade. Other than that, the ice cream was absolutely amazing.

Only street parking in Larchmont, so I wish you all the best.

A long line formed right after we arrived, but we noticed it was moving efficiently while we enjoyed our ice cream.
ATMOSPHERE
All outdoor seating, which is covered. Probably the most aesthetically pleasing architecture for an ice cream shop in LA.“

“One of my favourite gelato store in LA, I came back a lot of times and it’s been my 10th time or so back here, I love their rich gelato taste and would definitely recommend you to go visit here, they have a wide range of flavors you can choose, for example you have 14 types of chocolate gelato you can choose, so you can have a bit more fun choosing what you want, really recommend it! The people working there are also very nice and friendly and they provide tables and chairs for you to sit inside or outside.“

“First time coming to this place and let me say that whoever thought of putting an ice cream shop next to a pizzeria is a genius! Anyways I tried the Chocolate Gooey Brownie and the Salted, Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Out of the 2 I would get the Salted,Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough again. The Chocolate Gooey Brownie is very choclatey and a bit boring. Salted, Malted is the way to go along with a waffle cone. Prices are reasonable, portions are fine, good ice cream but I probably would pick other spots just because of their variety. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.“

“This shop has so many yummy items. Some are snacks from Thailand while others they make fresh in house. I can't get enough of the bbq pork skewers that they put out around lunch time. Another favor is the coconut jelly. There are a lot of desserts I'm not familiar with so I like trying them all. Nothing disappoints if you're a fan of coconut.“

The service was fantastic from the man working there and you can even have free samples to ensure you like your flavour before committing to a flavour. “We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be.I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was.The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. We were so pleased with the cake. It was great. We also had some ice cream while we were there and it too was wonderful.We especially loved the service from the B&R. It was just perfection.Have a great time eating some ice cream.“
