Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. “Let me tell you from personal experience. this is the best Baskin-Robbins to visit if you’re a professional driver with a sweet tooth. My visit today was at 1 PM and the sweet girl that made my order was named Victoria. She was friendly and professional, greeted me when I walked up to the counter, and answered all the questions I had. Victoria made me a photo worthy Oreo type sundae with hot fudge and marshmallow and jamocha ice cream, all layered in the cup perfectly. “Great place to get ice cream. Always friendly and willing to help.Had an issue with a milkshake today, feel it had a much lower amount than normal. Normally it's to the brim, not sure why it was so low. Perhaps the ice cream was melted more than normal. No issue, both of the workers working the afternoon shift were attentive, understood my concerns and worked out a remedy for me. Very much appreciated! So be sure to stop by and get some ice cream from here!“

Which were not fresh I return the waffle cone and they were gracious enough to return what I pay for it.Nice customer service.“

“We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be.I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was.The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. “Hoy por primera vez tuve la oportunidad de comer un desayuno en Americas Bakery y la comida en general está bien….pero me parecen que no está representado bien la comida Salvadoreña; comí tamales con plátanos crema queso chorizo y casamiento y café, el casamiento estaba super cargado de ajo y cebolla lo cual hace que no se pueda saborear bien lo que conozco casamiento además parece que el agregaron frijoles licuados y eso no se acostumbra en El Salvador, la crema parece crema mejicana muy aguada y poco simple, el queso era molido como el que se usa para spaghettis no el típico trozo que sirven en cuanto al tamal la medida está bien pero está falto de verduras no le vi ni la aceituna ni el garbanzo chile verde ni nada de lo que recuerdo en un tamal salvadoreño si tenía bastante recaudo y el café lo siento pero yo sé que hay café mucho mejor que el tienen…precio pues es el promedio actual casi veinte dólares por persona…creo que tienen mucho espacio para mejorar, si no el cliente que pruebe sus comidas por primera vez posiblemente también sea su ultima vez.“

“This Ben & Jerry’s location in the Sherman Oaks mall is hands down one of the best! The employee working there gave amazing customer service and made the whole experience even better. “Great place to read, work, have a coffee and or pastry. They have a great espresso machine and a lot of options ranging from cakes to macaroons to cookies and chocolates. There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating, very stylish and comfortable, good coffee and friendly service.“

“Stopped by with my partner recently after a late lunch at Dave's and got a couple of cones with a few toppings each. The ice cream was delicious and the staff was totally friendly and up for questions, they asked if we wanted samples as well which we declined. Their ice cream ice on the pricey side, something around 8 or 9 dollars each, but it was A LOT in a big crunchy waffle cone, as I say often; you get what you pay for.

I do wish they had had pretzel pieces to mix in. Seems like an easy win.

The staff even looked all around when I came back a half hour or so later concerned I dropped my debit card.

If I still had a local one in SLO I would be inclined to stop by after the good experience here.“
