“Went here because I saw there were good reviews and there is a good reason. I tried the Tri Tip, Chicken shawarma and chicken breast. All three excellent. I'd say Trip Tip was the best of the three. Also, grabbed a baklava and it was one of the best I've had.“

“Sure, you've got your choice of loncheras and street-side comals and trompos along foothill, but sometimes you want to rest your tuff in some real air conditioning and enjoy an expanded and seasonal menus. The dining room is clean and new, and can easily see everything is made fresh to order in the kitchen. Don't let In n' Out next door confuse you- parking is pretty easy. Most importantly, the food is terrific, probably the best counter order Mexican in Crescenta valley.“

We’re visiting from Switzerland and were absolutely blown away! This restaurant is a true highlight for anyone who eats plant-based. Finally a place where vegans aren’t just an afterthought with one or two token dishes on the side of the menu, but are truly at the center.

The selection is huge, creative, and incredibly delicious. Every single dish tasted like it was made with love. We (my wife, two kids and me) enjoyed the variety of vegan meals to the fullest. It’s rare to feel this welcomed and seen as a family with special dietary choices.

A big thank-you also to our wonderful server, who was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. We not only felt nourished by the food, but also by the energy of the place.

Each herb contributes distinct flavor characteristics but the ratio to achieve a balance of acidity/tangy. sweetness, and aromatic complexity is reportedly very hard to get right . “My brother and I had the most amazing night of superb jazz and food this past Sunday, entertained by Betty Bryant and ensemble. Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! “Visiting from out of town, and happened to have dinner here. I liked that the place was easy to find, and had lots of parking. The service was top notch! Very attentive, quick, and friendly! Hubby had the lime and chili ramen and really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful. I had the yakisoba noodles with pork. The pork was lovely and well cooked. Very tender! But, for me, the sauce on the noodles was really heavy on vinegar. I was expecting/wanting a more savory/umami flavor. They were way too sour for my taste. I’m certain that there would have been a lot of other menu items I would have enjoyed! I wish I’d tried their miso ramen instead of the yakisoba.“
