I honestly could eat the cheese and fries and mushroom pasta alone as they are wonderful complimentary dishes. I haven't found a place like this in a really long time. “Was absolutely craving a sweet treat and was about to order from Levain Bakery only to find this neighborhood hidden gem in a swanky gas station, of all places. The service is excellent, they answered all my questions and explained their menu. I created my own sandwich with some recommendations from Johnathan who was awesome. The kale salad was fantastic and the grilled vegetables were a hit!!! Quin and Teresa were lovely to work with, professional, and accomodating. “This is the kind of resturant where the whole staff care about what they are doing. As a result, the atmosphere is welcoming, the vibes cozy, and the food delicious. It's a perfect spot for a lingering date night. The best part of the night was when Chef Genet herself brought out her famous Dorowat for our party. It's earthy and deeply flavorful, a real treat. The vegetable dishes were my favorites, they all tasted very fresh and bright. A few words of caution, finding parking in the area can be tricky. The space is a little dark and echoy, so guests with vision or hearing problems may struggle.“
“I was looking for vegan food in the area and stumbled upon this location. Their menu is huge. From vegan sushi, to pasta, Mexican dishes, breakfast, desserts, they have it all. I ordered nachos to start. Probably one of the best tasting nachos I've tried. We also ordered arrabbiata pasta, cauliflower steak and potatoes, white truffle pizza and chicken flautas. The drinks here are amazing and they serve alcohol. I didn't have room for dessert but this is not a place you come once. I have to make another trip to experience this again since their menu is so huge. They don't compromise flavor either. I'm kept forgetting the food was vegan. From the cheese to the meat, nothing was compromised. We had the sweetest waiter ever, Chris. He was so patient with us as it was our first time. Also, the ambiance of the place is adorable. Felt like a cozy cottage. An nice escape from the city especially after a long crazy day at Universal Studios, which is not too far. I will be back again! 10/10“

“The Landmark is the ultimate banquet hall in LA. It is based on a large property in Mission Hills with huge open air parking lot and a big green garden. Entering into the building, you enter the beautiful hallway area with lounge sofas, a bar that you can use for tea/coffee or alcohol, and the beautiful grand piano by the long windows. On the right side, the big doors get you into the magnificent hall where the party is going to be. You are welcome to use the hall however l you desire to design it for youe special occasion. Some prefer to have the curtains open, some prefer to hire a vendor for their specific desired design. Menu is 10/10. Our two small scoops came out to around $15 a bit pricey but I think it's worth it.“
“This will be the third time we have used Nana's Kitchen. So clearly, we love what they do. The food is fantastic, a step up from your normal taco caterer, and we loved the passed appetizers while the guests were arriving. They set up a beautiful buffet spread and used gorgeous bowls. Everything was fresh and delicous. They homemade the tortillas and served delicious guacomole, again homemade. The servers were ontime, self sufficant and cleaned up after themselves. They boxed up all of the leftovers for us which was really nice.The only negative I could find, and you just need to know, is that beyond the food/catering fee (minimum of $650 for 40 people) they charge a travel fee, a convenience fee to use a credit card, and a 18% service fee which is NOT gratuity. So ontop of the food, you will need to expect to pay about 40 % more on the charges (your own tip to the servers, their 18% service fee and travel fee and of course tax). They are transparent about it, but something you should know. With that being said, I would still use them again.“
“It’s been one of those weeks. You know the kind. Your running behind on everything and another day has just gotten away from you. Problem is, it’s a very special day today. It’s your wife’s birthday and you just have to make it special. Even during this time when we’re all staying at home. We can’t have a nice dinner at a restaurant and no time to plan a menu for take out. WHAT TO DO? I called my ace in the hole, The Sequestered Chef and said “just surprise us”. WOW did he come through. Some things were not even on his regular menu!. It was all amazing. Special salad, brisket, mashed potatoes with a hint of horseradish, amazing glazed carrots and a special desert. Chef Alex comes to the rescue once again. When I say, Troy was on the phone with me for about 30 minutes until we worked out the right package for my 60th birthday party, he was very patient and the rest is history. The service was superb from beginning to end, with little to no supervision. They came in found the perfect space for set-up and it was on and popping. The food was amazing and the staff were very professional and interactive with the guests. There were nothing but compliments for Troy and his team! Highly recommend! Job well done!“

So I got a crepe with sweet cream cheese, Strawberries , blueberry , granola, coconut flakes, dulce de leches, and condensed milk o an I couldn't forget the powdered sugar. My son ordered a crepe w/ peaches , sweet cream cheese, granola, dulce de leches, cinnamon powder sugar. He also order a funnel cake w/ strawberry , banana , dulce de leches and powder sugar. However there was a recent remodel that made it less fun than before. They took away this play boat which was super fun for the 0-5 year olds.“
