“Great experience here. Left one of their competitors - Texas after poor service and management, walked out after a wait. Was promptly greeted and seated, fast, courteous, attentive service. Even the manager checked to see how everything was. I had ten Prime Rib, it was great! Highly recommend Outback vs their competitor. Will be coming here from now on.“

Big fat ZERO for the manager who was too busy flirting with the hostesses to care that guests who were told the wait was 20 minutes were still waiting after 50 minutes and we would have gone elsewhere if they gave a crap and told us it would be a long wait. So... Once we finally got seated after almost an hour's wait, Philip saved the night with great service and attentiveness. (It was a birthday for my friend, and I told the hoelstesses, but the front desk didn't tell the server about the birthday so no birthday dessert for my friend) 😞
The hostess service and manager really could have been better. At one point there was a group of 5 or 6 employees (including the manager) at the front hostess station with a CROWD of waiting guests. It was not a good look because it looked like they were loafing around while guests were waiting and waiting and waiting. They didn't offer us an alternative seating location (outside) after we had been waiting double the time they said the wait was. Not sure I'll be back for a little while ... They wasted my time and I didn't like the lack of care or communication.“

The Kaiser location has reopened after being shuttered from fire and kept closed through the pandemic.
Spunky Steer never recovered and it looks like the Dollar Tree is done. They have a lot of empty shelf space now.“

“We came to eat here because we had a gift card and discount code. Last time we came was the same. This location has been poor on service to us. The table that was seated after we ordered got their food before us. Server was attentive to us as he was to other tables.“

“Went in at opening time. Quick service. Steak was cooked the way I wanted it. Chili soup was great. Erica kept my drink glass full and checked on me at appropriate times. Bus girl picked up my empty plates quickly. It was a very good experience.“

“Everything was good but I was was and am worried that they didn't have my Open Table reservation in their system.. Fortunately I had the confirmation on my phone to show them and was able to get a table but it doesn't give me confidence in their system nor in Open Table.“
