“I had been hearing about Boba tea and seeing it on Instagram,but never tried it until I got to California. I LOVE the mango flavor with the Tapioca pearls that look like blueberries! I asked for the most popular flavor and it did not disappoint! I will visit them again when I am in Cali!“

“The ponchiks were delicious! Especially the raspberry filled but the only bad thing was that they did not have my order ready on time. They had to submit the order once I got there so i ended up having to wait a while. Very inconvenient when you're on your lunch break.“

Every single thing we had was incredible, the best hk french toast and bolo bao I have ever had, and omg the scallion roll and dumplings. I don’t know what it is about this place but I’m still thinking about that meal days later. Also, the dining room made me feel like I was in a tvb serial from the early 90s which is the highest compliment.“

“Open Market catered a wedding reception I was coordinating in October, and they were wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the bride's favorites, and they were great. The food is delicious, and I'm working on getting my husband over there soon. They couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible during the planning, and they were straight pros at the reception. As a planner, I love caterers that are easy to work with and easy for my couple's to work with, and it was a great experience for everyone.

I had the avocado toast with two poached eggs and it was tasty. I added a sprinkle of pepper and it was set to go. Definitely interested in trying the rest of their menu.

Cold brew was also nice although not too memorable.“

“My husband and I came here for breakfast, and we were looking forward to trying espresso and croissants.

Overall, we’re very pleased with their croissant. We thought it was the best croissant we had tried while visiting LA for a short period of time.

Price-wise, it was okay. The waiting time also was decent. Great coffee and fresh, tasty, and great quality of croissant. We noticed they served everything on the go or for takeaway instead of in a proper cup or plate. Other than that, satisfied customers. Happy to recommend 🤗😀“

“Want to get connected with nature and have an amazing meal! This was just what er needed on our hike. The food was so fresh and delicious. You still can connect with nature while getting healthy food. Very kid workers, and it was nice that they provided water for free. If you are hiking, take the time to get more energy and good food!“

“Their matcha is definitely better than most if not all places in LA; the fragrance of the matcha tea flavour was nice and distinct thought not strong; still pretty creamy overall. The salted foam on the matcha spanner is delicious.
Their breakfast sliders were delicious, mostly because of the sauces and freshness.
Be prepared to wait in line 30-60+ mins on weekends, especially with the rhode collaboration happening this month. We waited just about an hour last weekend when the line ended right around the end of the block.“

“Most unusual brunch with chef driven latkes deep fried to look like rye bread. Pickled lox was purple along with crème fresh and capers. Very filling. . . Only thing was the outside chairs were metal and needed cushions. Find used hotel chairs. Otherwise it was great. Bravo“

Hollywood’s Sabor Y Cultura has a clear goal of wanting to bring together as many people as possible with the power of coffee, waffles, arts, and events. It’s really no wonder that Michael enjoys hosting his Outlaws Of Folk series here with its quirky color scheme, spacious floor plan, eye-catching artwork from local artists, and of course, a lovely staff that strives to make sure any patron is comfortable and having a great experience. Apart from the sheer kindness from shop owner Tyler to allow us to film Michael’s interview there, I was graced with a food and drink menu that had me torn on what exactly I wanted to order, in a good way. In the end, I just could not say ‘no’ to the sweet, fresh baked smell of waffles, and opted for a #foodporn worthy strawberry banana Belgian waffle and a dream-y sweet cloud coffee with Irish cream. “OMG This restaurant is a rare find!! The food, the service and the atmosphere are amazing! We had a shrimp wrap and chicken breast panini that were filled with so much more large shrimp and chicken breast than I’ve seen at any restaurant in LA! The baklava dessert was excellent. And the coffee was really delicious and served in unique coffee cups. The staff were super friendly and just the perfect amount of attentiveness. And the atmosphere was absolutely unique with greenery on the ceiling throughout with skylights interspersed. We will definitely make this a frequent restaurant stop!“

I recommended getting the black matcha it’s a roasted green tea and has a cream top that is so delicious.

If you want coffee their corn latte is unlike any other. A little sweet and savory it’s such a good pairing.

I also recommend their spinach pastry so cheesy and there’s so much spinach packed in.“

They offer additional seasonal activities like art classes, creative things to do in this space - would def love to support it more and the coffee is great here!
