“We have been working with Haute Chefs LA for at least 9 years!
Haute Chefs are always the first on my list when I have to cater a dinner or event.

Their prices are incredibly reasonable for everything you get, but lets be honest, we're here to talk about their food. Their food is always delicious and portions VERY generous. Their presentation is also something you can't forget about, we eat with our eyes first.

They have also become very conscientious of people's dietary needs over the years that I never have trouble finding gluten-free or vegan options on their menu for those with dietary restrictions.

I was going to list some of my personal favorites, but then the list got very long. However, you can't go wrong with their roasted cauliflower, steak & shrimp. Their charcuterie & cheese board is also very beautiful and delicious with the freshest in-season fruits. Their menu has something for everyone, and they are willing to take any other adjustment should you need them for one reason or another.

“Yummm. Hijo De Su Madre has the highest rating out of any vegan restaurant within 20 miles of LA, and I see why. It's definitely worth coming out of your way for if you love vegan businesses. I tried the Yucatan sampler platter, and everything was delicious. What really stood out to me was the Longaniza con Papa taco, which is among the most satisfying tacos I've ever had. The potatoes on it were perfect. Another highlight was the pumpkin seed dip. The quality of all the ingredients is great. And if you love a light dessert, try the Crema De Coco. It's not too sweet, the fruit on top is super fresh, and the consistency of the custard is really enjoyable. Plus, the service here is amazing. And the food was ready very quickly. I had the tri tip with Mac and cheese, greens, cornbread and a cucumber/onion salad with a side of Suela’s signature Hennessy sauce. “Hands down this was the BEST sit down meal we have had on our 3 1/2 week USA holiday (San Fran, Las Vegas, Anaheim and LA) My son and I had the Braised Short ribs with garlic mashed potato, carrots and a red wine gravy. They arrived at my event with a team of people, the food presentation was beautiful and they kept to the schedule perfectly and as planned. They are the non-vinegar type which I much prefer, firm with plenty of rich olive oil. Then the Sea Bass entrée. Two full filets traditionally seasoned, a large salad, and potatoes.
