“Food was excellent and the ambiance sitting outside was great. We had the pork chop, puréed herb potatoes, appetizer sashimi and olives. Everything was top notch, food and service. Pork chop was very moist and the sauce they serve with it brought the pork chop over the top. Pure heaven. I wish they would change their policy regarding happy hour and allow happy hour if you sit outside. We have a dog and since he cannot go inside the restaurant then allow us to have happy hour outside with our best friend. Most restaurants make this exception. We would certainly frequent your establishment much more often as we love happy hour.“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“We had a spectacular meal last night and our server Allison went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She recommended the Lobster sliders to start and a wonder white wine which we enjoyed throughout the meal. She spaced out each course so we had some time to savor the unique and wonderful flavors which we so appreciated. The albacore cerviche was one of the best cerviche I have ever had anywhere. And the boar ragu pasta was divine. But the Tikka Massala Chicken was the most delicious presentation of chicken imaginable. We also loved the desert Allison suggested which was an unusual take on peanut butter and whipped cream and fresh berries. Just a delightful way to end the perfect night. Can't wait to return and try more of their innovative dishes.“

“I have dined at Meteora many times before and it's usually been excellent however the night that we went, the timing of the courses was notably off and delayed. The couple next to us got there right before and another couple 2 tables down got there after us and they were both 2 entire courses ahead of us. The entire meal lasted 3 hours due to this. There was plenty of staff - we saw staff constantly circulating so I have no idea what happened. When I said something, they were apologetic and offered us more drinks on the house, which I did appreciate, however, I really wasn't planning on such a long dining experience and disliked that we were essentially forgotten for the first half of our time there.“

“Husband and I went to get a bite before a play at the Kirk Douglas. We had a reservation for a table but decided to sit at the bar. The service was fast and friendly. Wednesday is fun because bottles of wine are half off so it's a great deal. We had the tandoori chicken wings, brussel sprouts and the smashburger. Everything was delicious, perfectly seasoned and very fresh. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Asked the male server if we could sit at a table that had yet to be cleaned. To which he SNAPPED, if it's not cleaned it's not available find a seat at the other tables.

Hunter, the polite server said I'll clean up the table right away. Hunter had a great disposition, polite and professional. Another guest complained about the lack of service to the same server, his absence and had to look for him in the kitchen to express her dissatisfaction in the service to which he shrugged and then asked if she could have condiments brought to her table to which he signed and sarcastically repeated her request.

If you decide to dine here, ask for Hunter and NO ONE ELSE. If she's not available, please take your business elsewhere.“

“Food is always good, very relaxing fun place to eat. Just watch out on when you self check out the tipping system is not correct and was tipping on top of sales tax and the full total. I always tip 18% but what 18% should be was charging 22%.“

“One of the best meals I’ve had in LA. The food was exceptional and had so many amazing flavors. I went here on a date and the atmosphere was perfect. It is all outside but the heaters kept it toasty and it’s very picturesque. Our favorite things we got were the yams, and there was a delicious mussels special that was SO good. “We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. Ambiance - The best outdoor seating on the street. They constructed some type of canopy, so that you were fully outside, yet covered.

Service. — Very friendly and prompt. The hostess took our reservation, gave an accurate wait time estimate…and maintained friendly eye contact as we waited. And our server was quite friendly and helpful.

Food — That is the main reason this restaurant gets a rare 5-star personal rating. The three of us chose from a wide array of dishes. EACH was so delicious that we were compelled to share with the others. Adult daughter ordered the Salmon pizza, amd raved. Wife got the Fish Tacos, and the Brussels Sprouts. Loved them. I ordered their Tremendous Burger. This had to be the first time in over a decade that a burger’s picture and description were compelling enough for me to order them at a sit down restaurant. I actually forgot how good an Ole’ Fashioned cheeseburger could taste.

There are clearly many restaurant choices in L.A. If you are in the Larchmont area, definitely try Great White!

Only thing that sucked was finding parking, but we’re not from town, so parking could just be normal for locals?

Overall, you gotta try this place. The Vicky’s Breakfast is well balanced, the Pastrami was cooked perfectly and the roasted tomato and herb salad pairs with it so well to cut through that fat. The mushrooms were a sleeper in that plate ?‍? it was delicious! The chicken and waffles were great too, batter was light and crispy.“

Food SEEMED great— smelled great in the space. My friend loved his burger. The caesar “side” with kale, brussel sprouts, and pistachios was delicious. The szechuan noodles were. Well it was the beef that was the problem. I wasn’t expecting them to be stringing in that way and was very glad to have ordered the spiced up hoisin sauce on the side.

“This restaurant should be received as a welcome addition to Westwood. I understand it's been here just shy of three years, but this was the first time for me. I started with a cocktail: the Robert, named for a regular who had his share of Sidecars there. After a Caesar salad, I tried their cacio e pepe. It was well prepared, al dente and clearly fresh pasta. Their draft beer selection was surprisingly well curated, too. I appreciate the friendly and thoughtful service, something increasingly rare. We we're waiting in line to receive an escort back into the Pacific palisades following the fire! This line was at least 300 cars long. People had been waiting in it since early yesterday, desperately hoping to see if they still had a home following the mandatory evacuation. There was a lot of collective heartache going around, but also two gentleman from Farmshop, carrying baskets full of banana bread. They stopped by every car, giving each occupant a hearty slice of freshly baked banana bread. My family just inhaled this stuff! Taking a bite, all of us commented how much it tasted like the banana bread grandma use to make. I don't know if you were using the same recipe or you both baked that bread with love, but talk about soul food! It didn't just feed our bellies, it fed our hearts. A person doesn't easily forget the grace and goodness they're given when engulfed in grief, and Ill never forget the first time i took a bite of Farmshop's banana bread!!! Thank you! Thank you!
