“First of all, Great customer service, and they are quick with the drinks.

All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.

My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.

I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.

Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.

I highly recommend.“

“Yum yum is right! This particular location actually has very fresh donuts and they taste so good.
I have not had much luck with fresh donuts from other yum yum locations nor have I had such great service at others locations as I had at this location. This is my new go-to for good donuts. They have a wide variety here unlike the other locations that I've been to.“

“This is hands down one of my favorite kbbq spots. The food is great, no frills, just good meat and sides. My favorite thing about this place has to be the service. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday, and there was no wait! We had three different servers attending to us this evening, and they checked in on us constantly, making sure we had everything we wanted. And they're fast and so friendly! Another great bonus is that the overhead vents are so strong, I never feel gross and oily after eating here like I do with other kbbq spots.“

“today Oct 9 I came to Starbucks at 9pm to grab a caramel frap and a large from this location. I usually don’t come here but it was open late at night. I was served very wonderfully and respectful by a worker named Lesley. I hope she stays working here as her energy is amazing. God bless you Lesley“

“friendly cashier & great ambiance. boba is soft and chewy but its not sweet. as someone who worked at a boba shop, it really needs to be mixed with sugar prior serving :) also thai tea needs a little more sweetness! loved the chocolate banana smoothie tho! could taste that it was made with natural ingredients, not flavoring! would be back again.“

“Fantastic Bánh mì - pork and pâté Just $4.75. The baguette was perfect. Crusty outside soft in the middle. The vegetables on the sandwich were so fresh and crunchy. Mayo is included on the sandwich, but there was so little I hardly noticed. This sandwich did not need anything else. I’m going back to try the rest of them. 9-10 varieties Bánh mì. 10 inch roll. I ate half in the Am and half at lunch. Again, just $4.75!“
