“I stumbled upon Coucou on Resy and decided to check it out for happy hour and I’m so glad I did. I went with a friend who’s a chef (I’m a foodie myself), and we were both blown away. The apps and drinks were outstanding, with flavors and presentation that went far beyond what you typically expect at happy hour.

The happy hour menu is easily one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. For $33, you get three items, which is a fantastic deal. Portions are generous too, they definitely don’t skimp on the apps, making it perfect for two people to share.

Overall, top-notch food, great drinks, and unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be back!“

We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our dinner. The service was outstanding. All of the staff was great. This was our first visit and we are so happy that we found this place. “I recently tried the pizza at Bonaparte Bistro, and I have to say it was one of the best I've had in a while! From the first bite, it was clear that they use top-quality ingredients and a lot of care in crafting their pizzas. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right thickness – not too thin, not too doughy.

The sauce was rich and flavorful, with a hint of herbs that didn’t overpower the fresh tomato taste. They clearly know how to balance the sauce-to-cheese ratio, because every bite had the perfect amount of both. As for the toppings, they were fresh, generous, and well distributed.

The service was fantastic too—our pizza arrived hot and right on time, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s rare to find a place that nails every aspect, but really impressed me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a satisfying and delicious pizza experience!

Be prepared to spend as this is a refined establishment despite the garden atmosphere. Everything we purchased was delectable, and although it was simple they have great wine selection. “I love Simonette. The patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cocktail and breakfast, lunch, or brunch. I’ve been there twice now and I can highly recommend the burger on the menu - the fried egg on top completes it! And the mussels in the light cream sauce are wonderful - especially with fries. A friend of mine ordered the fried Bronzino - the complete fish including the head - and she said it was delicious. There are great cocktails available and several wines and Prosecco available by the glass. The onsite valet parking is a bit steep, but there are many nearby options for parking in downtown Culver City if you don’t mind walking a few blocks.“

A remarkably richly flavored duck breast, among the tenderest I’ve ever had. I had duck breast the next day at a Michelin-starred restaurant a mile or so to the south, and this was better. Yes, I like duck. Creative and beautifully prepared appetizers. Friendly and natural service.

“Wow, what a culinary delight! I stopped by The French Crepe and ordered the Nutella strawberries and banana crepe, and it was absolutely amazing! The crepe was cooked to perfection, and the filling was generous and delicious. The combination of the warm crepe, sweet Nutella, fresh strawberries, and ripe banana was heavenly.

Big shout out to Elvis, the friendly and skilled crepe master who made my dish. His enthusiasm and passion for crepes are contagious!
