“I heard great things about this place and they exceed my expectations! You can order and pay on a screen or at the counter, food was fast, hot and SO GOOD! I brought two friends, we each got something different but all left satisfied. I got the half lemon and garlic chicken. The plate is HUGE could easily share with two people. I’m already looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.“

Stopped here before flying out for dinner and the food was amazing. We got the beef stew with black lime and a chicken shawarma dish. Both so flavorful and generous portions! Their rice is amazing!! We also got their house drinks, the mint cooler and orange blossom sekanjebin. Very aromatic and refreshing. It was nice to have a good meal on the flight for a snack. Very cute and homey ambiance and cute branding. They have cool totes I dunno if they sell them but the stickers they have on the cups would be great merch!!

“Came to Carousel with a party of 9. Our table was waiting on arrival and the staff was fantastic especially given our time constraints. We let them know we had to be out the door in 90 minutes for a show and they ensured we were fed a feast with time to spare. We did the family style - Hollywood Feast which was a lot of fun. The Hollywood Feast will leave you with days of leftovers which we are now enjoying. Would recommend family style for large groups. All the food was great, everyone agreed the chicken stood out as superb, very juicy and tender. Definitely coming back.“

“mann i love this place! this my second day in a row! i literally come here every other week either for the atmosphere, i love the staff they always on the grind everytime i walk in, & this the only location that play all the R&B slaps 🔥 immediately a vibe! The manager my boiii! He the coolest individual with dope energy everytime he see me its always love. I come here usually to get my favorite medi-plate “salmon fillet” w/brown rice, or my other favorite salmon Alfredo pasta! They both my top tops of all time here! You can’t sleep on the dessert or the falafel wrap!

Today I’m gettin the Kale Salmon Salad w/ brown rice! “Fantastic food with lots of gluten free options. We had dinner here prior to a show at the Belasco. The steak fries were so good and so much food I could not finish. Inside there are 3 tables and a counter with seating for 6. Lots more tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk with shade of an awning.“

“One of my favorite spots in LA!

I’m always craving their mazeh plate (especially in the sweltering summer, it’s so refreshing and tasty). I swear their smashed olives made the world stop the first time I tried them. Im OBSESSED with their torshi! I legit think about it several times a week.

Honestly everything is good- chicken, potatoes, sandwiches. Barbari bread is out of this world and I always get a few extra slices.

Great beverages too- albaloo spritz and Al’s Palmer are yummy and refreshing.

They have several desserts I’ve been meaning to try but the ferni and sholezard are too good I can’t not order them lol.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and the perfect casual spot to catch up with friends.“

It is clean with authentically middle-eastern ambiance and music, with plenty of seating. Don’t let the condition of the surrounding neighborhood scare you off. It’s worth the trip! Plus the worker was friendly and brought us out a baklava.“

In fact, It is a good restaurant (5 Star) with excellent, well made, good ambiance, and delicious food and a vast array of dishes on the menu. “The family and I decided to stop by and grab Mediterranean food and my husband brought me by his spot he has been going to for 1 yeah or+ years. Upon entering you get greeted by the sweetest owner and staff. The menu is quite extensive and has variety of things from kabob plates to wraps; then burgers and vegetarian options. I ended up getting the lamb and beef kabob plate with hummus and rice. I also got a side of falafel and some fries to share with the family. The hubby got the beef kabob plate and we shared with the girls. Portions were quite filling and more then enough for our family , hummus was so good. Everything is fresh and house made to the sauces that come with it. The garlic being some of my favorite. This family owned place serves really good food and made sure the family was fed and happy. Definitely recommend and absolutely coming back.“

“This is probably my best middle east restaurant in Los Angeles. Today I prefer to eat boiled lamb with rice . I checked near me i found Yemen Kitchen. I placed an order lamb khabsa togo and some boiled vegetables and fried chicken. Food was really cooked well and delicious. I would like to eat there . They have a good taste in their foods .“
