I like to get out and try new places but yet I always find myself coming back to VB2 for amazing food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. It’s my favorite place to take friends that have never tried it. “Went tonight for the first time with my family after the tree lighting and it was a great experience. Music was soft, place was busy but not overcrowded, all the people were nice patrons and staff, and the food was good. I personally enjoyed the beef stew noodle soup dish and will definitely be back for more of that for sure.

Kid-friendliness: My wife and my two young children and myself attended. There were other families with young children we got to meet and greet throughout our dining experience and the staff incredibly kind and nice to our family especially our babies.“

“I brought my parents to eat here. My dad loves pho! Their service was great. The food arrived quickly. The food was delicious. We had grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, and BBQ pork and wonton pho. (can you tell we love grilled pork?) the pork was delicious! The sandwiches were not dry. We completely enjoyed our meal and had a very nice time together. I would highly recommend this place for both dining in and takeout.“

“Best Banh Mi sandwiches in the east bay for me. Been to a lot of places in the bay area and for me this is the spot. $8 for a sandwich. They are not like other spots that charge you for a different meat/flavor banh mi. I try to come here at least 3 times a month when I'm passing by because I don't live in Concord.“
