“Had appetizers, and drinks at the bar. It was packed, but service did not waver. When evrryone in our party had arrived, we asked to move into the dining room. After closing out our tab, we were graciously moved into the dining room where we ordered the deviled eggs and pondered which bottle of wine we would drink. We arrived around 4 and spent the time catching up, eating, drinking, and enjoying the atmosphere till about 8 p.m. We didn't get rushed along nor did we get any sideway glances for being at the table so long. The places was a great place to spend time with family and relax after a week of working.

Vegetarian options: There is enough options here to make a meal. Salads, baked potatoes, and a jalapeño popper type dish that can be vegetarian if request the bacon kept off the dish. They offer broccolini, cauliflower, and other fried vegetables. These looked very good as they passed by our table to others ables around us.“

The staff was very friendly and the manager even took the time to answer all our questions about the 5 acre farm on the property that suppliesd the kitchen with the vegetables picked just that morning for most of the gourmet dishes cooked up for the day. “Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. My favorite is the bison burger, if you haven’t tried bison ever, I would ask anyone reading this to give it a shot, it tastes just like regular beef but it’s better, at least at this restaurant anyway.“

“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

“Omg the food here is sooooooo good!!!! All the sandwiches have amazing flavors. The bread is so freaking fresh. Gosh I eat from here too often honestly. I love the tomatillos in the California sandwhich . The pastrami is perfect everytime. The turkey with cranberry tastes like holidays <3 the cookies are so yummy. The salads are perfect. We must have hit the bartender at a bad moment because when we arrived he didn't seem too keen on our arrival. When I asked what beer was new or something he could recommend, he kind of blew me off. I had the French dip and the bf had the mushroom ravioli, the frech dip would 100% be my last meal and the bf said this is the best italian dish he has ever had beside a italian place he went to in Dubai. I asked the server to heat it up a lil and I couldn't eat more then a few bites because, like you know, I was full of the best french dip on planet earth... the service was excellent. We were there for a business happy hour meeting and had jalapeno sliders yet I will be back for those and other menu options including the tacos which looked fantastic.Our server at the bar was great. Knowledgeable on all the beer offerings on tap which there are many. Clean and friendly place that I recommend and will return to.“
