“Ordered steak and eggs and coffee, everything was excellent, eggs well cooked, steak super tender. Lovely little outdoor plaza to eat in and food came out quickly. Chef was very friendly and checked on us after food came out

“Imagine an extremely clean place, where the food is excellent and the service is perfect?! It was incredible to find this place. The ladies treat everyone extremely well, it seems to be a family business that makes you feel at home.
I recommend it 100%. A million times better than those famous sandwich and salad shops. They deserve all the recognition❤️“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“Lemon Zest consistently delivers delicious food with the convenience of easy app ordering. Their new location on Reseda is beautifully designed, creating a great dining experience. The portions are generous, offering excellent value for the price. My two kids love the beef lule kebab plate—it’s big enough for them to share, with leftovers to spare. As someone who eats mostly vegan, I really appreciate the variety of plant-based options. I’ve tried the falafel plate, falafel wrap, veggie wrap, and several appetizers—all have been flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend!“

“One of the most light-filled coffee shops in the Valley with the happiest team of baristas I have ever encountered. The range of seating arrangements makes this my favorite place to get work done when I want to take a break from working from home. My go-to drinks are the hot chocolate and the red velvet lattes! 100/10, highly recommend 😊“
“This place is a diamond hidden in crunch gym. Ok I really bad on meal prep but here the food amazing and affordable. This is week two of me ording and I will definitely be my go to for meal prep the staff is amazing and friendly. “My favorite place to get coffee. Have a few specialty drinks I toggle between that are my favorites. They have some unique and delicious muffins and a chocolate chip cookie to die for. I think the cookie is gluten-free....but you wouldn't know. Its so tasty. Was so happy to find this gem 7 years ago and have been going there ever since“

“My coworker recommended this nice little cafe across the street from our workplace. Located on the first floor behind the North LA County Regional Center building, it was a delightful surprise! They have many tasty choices for breakfast and lunch. I had a small 12 oz latte w/ oat milk and a bagel with cream cheese and lox, and both were really good.The inside has enough seats for small groups of friends. There is also an excellent outdoor area for when the weather is warm. I had a great time here, and I'll definitely be a regular during working hours. If you're nearby, don't miss this hidden gem - you might like it too!“
“Today, I was in search of picking up a quick breakfast nearby. We had a delicious bacon, egg, & cheese croissant made to order as well as apple fritters with the right amount of crispness and apples AND a bear claw that ended up being stuffed with cinnamon apples. Nice people. Also locals sitting & eating when I arrived. A line formed a few times while there which showed that others were just as excited about this spot, but all quickly received their food & coffee.“

“A cute little sandwich shop with a mighty bite! I love all deli meats but a sucker for a yummy tuna wrap.I add sharp cheddar cheese, jalapeños and a zesty chipotle sauce and it’s delish!! I can eat this 2/3x a week for lunch no problem. The wrap is nice & filling loaded with tuna, avocado and veggies.I’m sure their other food items are great as well. Excellent service, fresh ingredients & more than fair prices. Must try!!!“

“Sunlife’s Million Dollar Smoothie continues to be one of my favorite things ever. I think they’ve brought the price down a little since Covid?? (Or I’m delusional. It’s still pricey for a smoothie but utterly worth it.
The young woman working the counter in the Calabasas store when I went in to grab it was super friendly, authentically so, and was running things with efficiency and kindness. Really impressed.
Will definitely return (it’s my favorite smoothie in the world, after all).“

“I recently visited Vanak restaurant, and it was a pleasant experience. The place is cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a casual meal. The staff was very friendly and quick to take our orders.
My son ordered Joojeh Kabsb, which was juicy and flavorful, served with a side of rice. I ordered Abgoosht, and I loved how fresh and well-seasoned it was. It reminded me my childhood traditional abgoosht places in Tehran.
The prices were reasonable, and the portions were just right. Overall, Vanak is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. I’ll definitely be back.“
