I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. “Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“Great macarons that I didn't feel were priced outrageously (they're never cheap anywhere). They all came individually packaged. We got an assortment of them to try, and they were all great. The standout for me was the smores (?) one, that was covered in shaved chocolate. It was fantastic. The oreo cheesecake was a close runner up, for me. Overall, highly recommended. It was a great little treat for us on our way home from Disneyland.“

“The workers are always nice and ice cream is good. A good selection of flavors to choose from this is also a good location to if you're making a quick stop. Quality if the ice cream taste great, nice and cold kept at a perfect temperature whether on a cold or hot day. 5 stars“

Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery in Huntington Beach today and had a great experience. Nikki took care of me, super friendly and chill. “Recently I ordered a themed cake for a special little girls first birthday. Lupe, Joe, and Rosie always make sure they offer quality (delicious!) custom cakes and bakery items from cookies to cupcakes and more. I always get our specialty, custom cakes from here and all of my guests and friends look forward to it. They are my favorite bakery in OC, but I bring their creations with me across the country. That usually ends with someone wishing they lived, or never left, Orange County. #bestOCbakery2018“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Me my friend ate on the seats outside that we had to wipe up ourselves. For the price I paid at least the tables outside should be clean.“
