“I can’t believe how good this place is. When I moved to LA I thought there would be more options for gluten free and other allergen free options, but I haven’t really seen hardly any, especially on the east side. You can tell how intentional the menu is, nothing has been an afterthought. The owner's creativity with ingredients and flavor pairings are outstanding while still being familiar. Their versions of “scallops” and “fried calamari” taste better than the real thing which was very impressive. They have board games and fun mocktails too. Great multipurpose atmosphere for possible events, and the owners have great hospitality. Parking wasn’t a problem either.“

“We had a dinner get together with family about 20 people… the food was great but Alejandra who waited for us was phenomenal. Can you imagine 20 of us, but we never had to ask for another drink, she automatically filled our glasses and she had a smile all the time. She was good in assisting our gluten free family members on what food items was available. We didn’t have to wait long for the food to be served. “Above average, I can say for everything. Add in and out, the only thing that is changing. Is there size of the hamburgers? Are getting smaller and also their fries. The smaller servings they're holding out on the food, but higher prices make me want to go and eat someplace else.“

“Where do I even begin? We have always had nothing but the very best experience at Hapa! Friendly customer service, and high-quality treats! Their banana pudding and chocolate pudding are my absolute favorites! Like they are DANGEROUSLY good!! I may or may not hide them from my kids! I also love their new brownie edges!! My mom‘s favorite is their sprinkle cookies, to the extent that she will make a special trip to Hapa anytime she’s in town to get herself some! At this point, I just have them ready and waiting for her! The variety of items and flavors that they provide is also incredible! 10 out of 10! Hundred percent recommend! As for their shop, they have done so much to update their storefront! It is so cute and inviting! Beautiful, clean displays and the perfect backdrop for that must-have selfie for socials! “The spicy beef noodle is highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The meat is really tender and juicy, the noodles are chewy, and the broth is fantastic! It’s also a big serving, so you must come with an empty stomach and a big appetite!

You can see the chef preparing the noodles and they are made fresh!

I also like the lamb skewers. The meat is tender and packed with flavor!

The staff are really friendly and accommodating as well. They’re very attentive and check on people if they need anything.“

“I’ve been to the DTLA Arts District location so many times, so I was shocked (in the best way) to discover this one so close to home. The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!“

“This CPK is always nice, clean and such a friendly atmosphere. Today wasn't the greatest day for me and these awesome ladies made it Better. Molly came and opened the door with a smile @ the take out section. She asked me how was my day on the spot. ( She could've just said hi and kept it pushing) So freaking pleasant. Her ora exudes flowery positive all over the place vibes. (Ppl appreciate that!!!) Ashley took my order Sweet & patient. She was loving on Thor while he was peeking on the side of the counter. Molly came to me with a very sweet Gesture while in the process of multi-tasking a little problem with a plate and took care of it immediately. Observing that let's me know that they take care of their coustomers. Another employee asked me if my puppy wanted water. I was in awwwww. Then out of no where a lady in blue approaches & while also loving on Thor, informed me that pets are allowed to eat in the out door area of the restaurant per Management. The kind lady Jackie was management!!! I can't say even due to having Thor with me I was getting special attention because of his 😍. I come in here I didn't know Molly's name @ the time but her positive vibes have not changed. Ms. Jackie helped me & Thor to the car, with my food (which she did not have to do) out of the kindness of her heart! And she gave me some special tips on my knee. LOL. I'm raving about the service, I haven't even talked about my meal. Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp & Butter cake. All was good. Once again Thank you so much ladies.“

“Follow the sign at Painter Avenue. Park your car at the first parking spot you see. Proceed down the driveway (look left) until you see the door in the fence. Walk to the left of the canopy and walk up the stairs to the "will call" office. Knock on the door until someone answers. They will walk you to the bakery where you can choose and pay for your bread. They take cash and cards. Excellent bread at great prices. I paid $5 for a large loaf of sourdough bread. Would definitely recommend!“

I had their matcha latte with whole milk and it was delicious. The right flavor and temperature. The place looks like a great spot to pull up a laptop and listen to some good music.

“This place came to the rescue!!! The wedding cake I had made fell over on the long drive. It was a disaster!! Other bakeries near the wedding venue were already closed and others needed at least 48 hour notice… the wedding was happening NOW. I called Sonora Bakery in my final desperate attempt, explained the situation, sent them a picture of the cake and within minutes, they got to work. The cake was delicious and the wedding was saved. Thank you Sonora Bakery…. You have a customer for life!“

As for drinks, there is a huge choice, I chose the Vietnamese Savory Coffee ☕️. The taste is surprising.

If you're going to go with any breads, I'd say stick to the Asian fillings like taro or red bean: those were best. I was not impressed by the chocolate stuff. The one thing you definitely have to get from this place is the egg tart. It's so good, I came before and after dim sum to get more.“

“This was such a cute little bakery in the Ghost Town area of the park. Items here are homemade. They have a lot of options from cookies to cakes and pastries. One of my favorite cookies that they were selling. Here were cute little Snoopy cookies.“

“I have been using their delivery service for 3 weeks now for my husband and I. The food is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve tried different meals and each one was delicious. The salsas are fresh with the perfect kick to it. All the food tasted fresh throughout the whole week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant!!!“
