“I ordered the chicken nuggets. I'm disappointed because the so-called nuggets are more like popcorn chicken since they are so darn small. You're better off just getting regular chicken since the nuggets are so small. They are definitely not the size they appear on the commercial. Ugh! Since KFC no longer sells wings, I really hoped for more. Sadly I didn't get it. ?“

“Nice people work here. I went to the starbucks down the street from this restaurant and they were rude and didn't let me use the restroom. Therefore, I came here to use the restroom and surprisingly, they were so nice to open the door for me with a smile. I ended up buying my coffee from here instead. I also like their ice coffees.“

“Interesting thing about several local Carl's is I have seen several times that they don't have something. This visit and visits to a few other locations is soda machines out of one or more flavors. This time it was out of several including Coke and Cherry Coke. Other locations often stop serving some items in the evening even though they are Open Late.“

“Sunday nights. 4am. I’m hungry and tired. I come here after work and who am I greeted by? The friendliest, happiest dude ever. I don’t know his name but he’s Latino and he legit is super friendly and helpful. That guy deserves a raise, or a gold medal or something. I have no idea how he keeps himself so happy but whatever it is, he’s awesome. I wish I knew his name. The food is always warm and decently fresh tasting, I only eat fast food after work if I’m starving but when I do eat it, I make sure to come to this dude. I hope all his wishes come true. “When you offer food this cheap specially in a area like Westwood all I expect is the food to be average and I'll be happy but falafel Inc. Is waaay above average. Everything is so fresh from the crispy falafel to the pickled onions. U can get a fries and a loaded pita for under 12 bucks in 5-10min. They also have their soy shawarma which packs a lot of spices so if you're looking for subtle flavor go for the falafel.
Only problem I have about this place is the tables and chairs outside. I had the same ones from ikea and they are horrible. They're not stable, the sauce cups fall through the gaps, and the table is barely big enough to keep your food. It's almost like they don't want you to dine in. If they switch out the seating for better/ more comfortable ones that'd be great.

“I have to leave a comment on excellent customer service from Elbi! I came in today 6/6 ordered food, but I only had a large bill 🤦‍♂️ Elbi took care of the change delay with no problem and lightning fast. She was polite and professional, something you just don't see in fast food much these days.

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

“The team at Carl’s Jr. UCLA, led by Monica and staff, has been amazing! I ran a summer camp at UCLA, and every day we bring more than 50 kids for lunch during the busy rush. Monica and Victor have gone above and beyond. They were accommodating to last-minute changes, patiently helping our younger campers order on their own, and handling every request or spill with kindness and professionalism. “Had the California Double Cheeseburger combo. Was under nine dollars and the burger tasted great, just the silver dollar sized patties inside of a bun 3/4 of an inch bigger all the way around makes you feel ripped off. When I dine in, which I did, I try to pick the best deal. They changed the whole menu in the place now. There is no value at Carl's now either. Started with them before the inflation. The 2 for 5 everywhere else gets was 2 for 5.99 and in very small print on the sign. Just an example. Carl's Jr. Always used to have something cheap. Now the best you can get there is the big carl and the California double. Combos both under 10 bucks. Both with small drink and fries. The rest of the menu..pffft. Can go sit in a restaurant like olive garden and eat unlimited soup and salad cheaper. Carl's did away with green burrito. The salad bar. The 99 cent famous star. And the staff. Took 25 minutes to get our food. They need something on that menu thats cheap. The 2 for 6 they advertise on TV. I havent checked but ill bet its two for 6.99 here. Silver dollar size chicken patty and hamburger patty. They both used to be in the number 13 combo. Under 9 bucks. Also had a cookie. No value anymore. Had a shake afterwards. 2 for 7.99. Can buy a half gallon of ice cream and make 6 shakes the size of the 2 I got for 2.99.“

“I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! “Today is August 17, 2022, I came back because I had to try the steak bowl with all veggies and I had a can of BUBLY grapefruit flavored. Aleksandra, Sadee, Corrina and The rest of the staff are a lot of fun we spent a lot of time asking them about which pole I should try. I finally settled on the ribeye steak bowl with no rice… I had to have the garlic Serano sauce which Karina made clear was her favorite and turned out to be mine too but I had to add a couple packets of hot sauce the grapefruit drink I was enjoying was perfect with the spicy flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! the store is kept very clean! Waba Wednesday means two chicken bowls for $12.99!“

I had a double hickory burger with cheese and it was good, it comes with a chilli dog sauce, is not really strong and combines well with the burger. I would say that the patties are house made not frozen but I’m not sure and I didn’t ask. The fries are just normal but good and non of the food was very salty which is good tha way it is and you always can add some more if you like.“

The entrance to their parking lot was kinda roundabout but not too bad, the building is newly renovated. The dining area is kept clean and presentable. Everything about this place seemed new except for the menu signs, odd contrast.

“Our furbabies love the "pup meals" at In-n-Out. We went yesterday for our furbabies 12th birthday and had a HUGE order for their birthday party with family. Mia helped us out at the drive-thru. She saw our furbabies in the car and we told her it was their birthday and told her what we were doing. She was so amazing!! She was patient with us and our order. As we drove thru to pick up our food, she came to the window and said "hi, it’s me again" and handed us 1 of our bags, which was the food for the furbabies. Inside the bag, was a hand written note on a napkin that said "Happy Birthday". We were so touch that she went above and beyond to make our babies birthday special that we told the other employees that she needed a raise! One of our babies has a heart condition that he wasn’t suppose to be with us anymore so this gesture was so special and made our day!! Thank you again Mia!!!!!“
