“RH Yountville is absolutely stunning. The atmosphere alone is worth a visit, dining under sparkling chandeliers, surrounded by olive trees, with a fountain at the center makes it feel something out of a dream. The service was excellent from start to finish attentive, friendly and never rushed.

The food was impressive. The burger was cooked with fresh toppings, and the French dip was flavorful and satisfying with a rich au jus.

Overall this is a beautiful spot with a good service and really good food. I recommend anyone looking for a rememberable meal in Yountville.“

“We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my son’s birthday at RH Restaurant, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter, James, went above and beyond—he gave us excellent suggestions for wine and food, and even took the time to capture special moments in photos for us.

The restaurant itself is stunning, with indoor and outdoor olive trees, fountains, and breathtaking chandeliers that add so much charm. The atmosphere was both elegant and comfortable, with a relaxing seating area.

For our meal, we enjoyed fish, lobster, and a ribeye steak, all cooked to perfection. And I have to highlight the cookies - they’re filled with rich milk and dark chocolate. I highly recommend trying them.“

“Their focus is the Hotel Yountville and don't offer dinner, but I was happy with breakfast both days we ate there. Cute environment with fireplace and plenty of seating. The "open kitchen" concept feels a little too close for me, but you definitely know your food is on the way.Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were always present and on top of helping us with water, coffee and our food.“

“Ate there for the first time yesterday and can't wait to go back. We're vegetarian but had no trouble finding incredible offerings. The mushroom/leek risotto was the best I've had. The sweet corn tamale appetizers were surprising and flavorful, and the grilled avocado tostados fabulous! On beautiful grounds with fresh produce growing beside the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. Just a great experience!“

“5 stars for the ambiance & staff members!!! 2 stars for the finger foods, sorry they were cute and looked good but didn’t taste that great. My friends and I had a lovely time on the 4 course tea train for my birthday. It was all of our first times ever riding the wine train and we enjoyed it, however for the price you pay, you really don’t get your moneys worth (soup, salad, finger/cucumber sandwiches, desserts)and we didn’t even stop to get off the train. Also there really isn’t much to look at fields, a couple stores, construction sites, trailer parks, and few wineries). It’s definitely OVERPRICED! I would do it again if it becomes cheaper though. Maybe offer unlimited wine along with the tea, better food, and something for people celebrating their birthdays. I’m so happy my cousin bought along decorations (vines, rose pedals, 36 lights) to make our area extra cute !!!“

“An amazing gem—truly a contender for a Michelin star. The hospitality stood out right away: the team prepared a personalized card for our visit and even allowed us to split a wine flight, with several thoughtfully curated options available.

The decor of the place itself was cozy - it felt like you were walking through rooms of a house with beautiful furnishings in each. Loved the wood we sat on and its quality. The main dining area had a great view into a massive kitchen that definitely meant serious business.

The meal itself was outstanding and remarkably filling, with what felt like nearly 20 courses. Highlights for me were the venison, beautifully presented on a deer antler, and the quail, cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert was another delightful surprise, with multiple courses to end the evening, including one paired with fresh honeycomb. Each dish showcased not only exceptional flavor but also creative and memorable presentation.

My only regret was not arriving early enough to try their famous fried chicken at the bar, which requires a separate reservation. Definitely something I’ll come back for next time.“

“The Sante' at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn was delightful. There doesn't seem to be a strict dress code so you may see very casual attire or you may see a more dressy attire. We like to go there on special occasions so we dress a little better to enjoy the experience. The waitstaff are casual but professional. The menu did not list the items I saw on their website, so I was a little disappointed but what I did order was delicious! The Branzino fish was great. My husband shared it with me as we had ordered the Charcuterie platter and it filled us up. We ordered a split bottle of wine at $30.00 and one martini at $21.00. “We dined here on a late Sunday night, got lucky to be seated and served even after they closed. I ordered the lemon ricotta and spinach ravioli. The flavor was delicious, if only the mushroom were left from the equation (in my opinion of course) the combination while different and unique, was overwhelming and I felt the ravioli had enough going on and would have rated it 10/10 if not paired this way. “Sonoma Grille is an upscale but affordable restaurant with parking (a bonus in Sonoma). The wine list is reasonable and the menu is varied. If you are fortunate to be there on rack of lamb special day and like lamb, do order it! The restaurant has a full bar with a talented bartender. The patio is the place to be when the weather is warm.“

“Some friends and I came here one early (7am) morning to have breakfast after a canceled reservation..... it was amazing. Miguel was our server, who was very informative and attentive. We started out with Bloody Mary's and micheladas, which was Miguel's own mix. They were delicious! I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict, and it was wonderful. None of us had anything we did not like. The atmosphere was pleasant, the decor was well done. We will definitely be coming here again in the future.

Parking: They do offer valet service, but if you can find street parking, it is free for the first two hours. We arrived so early in the morning that street parking was plentiful.“

“Haven't been to Compline since before Covid and it is still serving great food and wine. Had the fried chicken and my friend had the burger. Fried chicken was dark brown so looked burnt but it wasn't. The boneless pieces were so tasty and the gravy and mustard greens were excellent. My friend loved the burger and commented on how brioche like the bun was. Had an excellent red Burgundy (Rollin) and was priced well at $75. Highly recommend.“
