“This is fantastic Mexican food! We are local and eat here often both in the summer and after a long day of skiing! They have a great menu with all the things good that you expect from a long established Mexican restaurant. Last night our table loved the Vegetarian Chili Relleno/Enchilada combo and a Vegetarian Chimichanga. (Pic is of the Relleno/Enchilada)“

“The food was really good but the service was really bad. They somehow missed my dinner order even though I was the first in our party to order and then said they miss read it and put cold food on a very hot plate. They’re just lucky it tasted good, just not hot. Don’t expect the waitstaff to know what is on happy hour because what we ordered ended up not being and had to pay full price.“

“Kasey and her team truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
From our very first meeting through the wedding day itself, their attention to detail was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the way it was served in small batches—it never felt like a typical buffet, and everything stayed fresh and inviting. The butternut squash lasagna ended up being one of the biggest hits of the night, even among the most devoted meat lovers in our group!
The drinks were fantastic, and the staff brought such great energy and friendliness that they helped keep the celebration fun all night long.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice of The Saloon for our reception and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning an event.“

From the meats & cheeses, to the produce, especially the plantains, avacados, and array of various peppers ?❤ the employees there are so helpful and friendly, and the restaurant next door makes delicious quesadillas while you shop at the Market! So thick and ready in 10 minutes! This place is definitely Eagle County's best kept secret, tucked away behind the buildings on Hwy. 6. Don't blink or you'll miss it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Best tasting Mexican food I have had in a really really long time. I got the Crazy Donkey burrito with a side of Diablo sauce, rice and beans: and it was perfect! The guacamole was also some of the freshest and best. It was perfect! Look forward to returning to Vail and coming here again“
