“Just got home from visiting my cousin in Colorado. This place is beautiful, and the food very good. I am not a tea person, but I was a little disappointed that they were out of the chocolate orange tea, because I really wanted to try it. Instead I ended up with a huckleberry tea, which was good. My cousin ordered one of the wellness teas.
We had dinner plans, so we just had something light. We ordered 3 appetizers to share. We had Char Siu Bao, Indian Samosas, and a rolled eggplant dish. They were all delicious.
Next time I visit my cousin, we will definitely go back for a real meal.“

“Best Christmas decorations EVER! My wife and I rarely eat at Czech/German beer gardens like this since my wife doesn’t eat pork (and I don’t get kisses for a week if I eat any), but after a joyfully exhausting day of meandering around Pearl Street on New Year’s Day, we passed this place on the way back to our car and our jaws dropped when we peered through the window. We didn’t care if the food was any good (though we figured it must be because the place was packed), as we were more than willing to pay just for the atmosphere!

The food ended up being outstanding, as was the service (props to Moira and the bartender for taking great care of us) and the beer. I was going to order a Paulaner Hefeweizen, then noticed the Honey Bite that adds some cider and Bjorn’s Colorado honey to the Hefeweizen. Highly recommended!

This is our new favorite spot in Boulder. Check it out, even if you aren’t in town during the holiday season to enjoy their amazing decorations.

On a side note, they have an awesome banquet hall in the back of the building that has its own bar and stage area. I'm really tempted to talk my colleagues into driving up to Boulder for our next work party!“

Especially the location in South Boulder is what makes me love this café the barista and people who work there are always so kind and I really really enjoy their menu. I especially LOVE their seasonal strawberry Matcha latte as well as their avocado toast. I like to add some smoked salmon on my avocado toast to add some protein and they always are really open to any modifications. As a gluten-free person, I am really impressed by their gluten-free bread as it tastes delicious and absolutely fabulous. I love the different seating opportunities and the general vibe of this café. Definitely a must visit if you’re in Boulder, Colorado.🐞⭐️😽“

Tennessee was our host/server for the evening, and he was absolutely WONDERFUL - attentive and so much fun. The staff all went above and beyond to make the day stress free and so very special. They had so many great drink options, and everyone was able to find something they liked. I would absolutely recommend working with Upslope for any event. “PERFECT New Year's Eve at Cafe Aion. While the 4 course NYE special was very enticing we decided to have the WEDNESDAY paella and bottle of Spanish wine special. Such an inviting and warm staff and ambience. While many Boulder dining restaurants set time limits and hefty upfront cancel fees within 24 hours of dining, Cafe Aion shines above them all with a true Spanish cafe feel.“

Salads were excellent as were the charcuterie options.

“Asher is a happy little brewery in Boulder that might get overlooked. It is an unassuming and super friendly. They had 10 beers on for my stop plus some seltzers. Beers included: green kolsch, coffee kolsch, cherry blonde, amber, rasberry wheat, pale ale, juicy Ipa, hazy ipa, plus a few others. Everyone was friendly and wanted to know where you are from....but clearly had had a lot of local supporters. I plan to stop again when I am in th area.“

We enjoyed the coffee cakes (the banana nut flavor was our favorite) and there was a diaper changing station available in the restroom for our baby, which was extremely helpful. It was a little hard to find tables for the four of us, but we were able to make do.“
