“I love it here!! I order the house chai with almond milk and their coffee, both are so delicious. The view is one of the best in terms of coffee shops in Boulder, and the cups are so cute!

Also, the atmosphere inside is great they have plenty of outlets, the music is pretty calm, and the plants inside look like they are all thriving.

“We recently rented out the Flatiron Park party room for our destination wedding reception. MacKenna, their event coordinator, was so helpful with planning. Tennessee was our host/server for the evening, and he was absolutely WONDERFUL - attentive and so much fun. The staff all went above and beyond to make the day stress free and so very special. They had so many great drink options, and everyone was able to find something they liked. I would absolutely recommend working with Upslope for any event. “This place is my go to for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Employees are always welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks are great, as well as the atmosphere. Clean design and lots of cool grateful dead memorabilia around the store.“

“Food: best chicken parm and handmade pasta I’ve ever had. I substituted pappardelle for penne and Arabiatta for Alfredo.
Salads were excellent as were the charcuterie options.

Service: we sat at the bar and loved hanging out with Jessica, the bartender.

“The laughing out is a wonderful coffee shop.
It’s a cool, hip place to hang out. They have events in the evening as far as music and poetry.
The service is great and the coffee or chai is fantastic! It’s its own place not a chain. It’s been in Boulder forever, we’ve been going for years and we love it.“

“Asher is a happy little brewery in Boulder that might get overlooked. It is an unassuming and super friendly. They had 10 beers on for my stop plus some seltzers. Beers included: green kolsch, coffee kolsch, cherry blonde, amber, rasberry wheat, pale ale, juicy Ipa, hazy ipa, plus a few others. Everyone was friendly and wanted to know where you are from....but clearly had had a lot of local supporters. I plan to stop again when I am in th area.“

“Got their lunch combo! A slice of my favorite, the Spicy Pig & a Caesar salad w/sparkling Pelegrino in a glass bottle. The slices are huge. The slice I got was a nice thin crust w/lots of spicy sausage & pepperoni. It had the right level of spice, cheese, & oil. The Caesar has a nice dressing. Convenient location. It’s easy to park. The staff is kind! The bathroom is clean. Open kitchen to see them put the pizzas in. I highly recommend them! There are vegetarian options & thicker crust in some styles available.“

“First time in Colorado and needed to find some good coffee. Google had a ton of suggestions, so I blindly picked here. SUCH good coffee. Had and iced Ethiopian blend as well as a single origin Hondorus espresso. Staff was super friendly and offered suggestions. Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area.

PS: Very large dining area, so it was easy to find a seat. Not always the case in cafes with good coffee!“
