“Ended up here on accident when the neighboring restaurant closed early. Score that they did because the service and sushi were top notch great. They have 2 locations in CO that we are going to try when we get home; we live in the area.
We shared 6 rolls. The yellowtail Jalapeños, spicy crispy tuna, titanic, hamachi kama, Shrek, and sunshine. Loved them all. The hamachi kama was really good and because it was a slightly smaller cut, they comped us 20% on it. Very honest and nice establishment. The server was super nice and rolls came out quickly due to it being slower in the late afternoon.
Definitely recommend overall, and definitely better than Haleiwa Joe's if you are in this area of the island. We felt the food was a lot better as we tried Joe's the night before, though the gardens and ambience of Joe's was very nice.“

“This place has been exemplary every time we come. The sushi chefs take great care in crafting the dishes and are extremely friendly. When we order hot tea, it never runs empty before we are offered another kettle of it. Even the California roll tastes terrific, and yet, it costs less than if you were to buy a roll off the shelf at the grocery store next door.“

“My daughter wrote on her school paper that Tokyo Joes a was her favorite restaurant when whe was in kindergarten (age 5). She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. The great healthy food, comfortable atmosphere and the memories we've shared at a Tokyo Joes, will keep us coming back!“

“I enjoyed my experience at the Joe's, I liked that it was made out of the knowing of it, like in a day dream. Where i was looking out of and what it was looking at, a California roll, wasn't separate their was no boundary between my self as the witness and the delicious snow shell crab california roll from Tokyo joes. And i have learned that fear and anxiety and family fights about frying pans at dinner can stem from the sense of incompleteness and separateness that arises out of overlooking the obviousness of the witness as ones own nature.“

“This place was one of the best food place that I went int Colorado. I went in during rainy day. They still welcomed me even if I was smelly and soaked with water. They served me warm soups and curry. The taste was just so delicious! I usually do not leave the comment, but this place is hard not to leave the comment. Anyway, great place and I think I will visit again if I have a chance to come to Colorado again.“

“Rock solid choice for Asian food in the area. I loved the sampler platter for two, great deal, great food. I always love getting options with the sauces as well, and that sampler had that. They give out a free pineapple dessert as stock per table, sliced and chopped with powdered sugar and some plum sugar powder on it, and that was a pleasant surprise.
Family owned and operated, nice charm and good atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!“

“It was my first time here and the staff was so nice! The ramen was just right especially on a cooler day. I got the miso ramen and my husband got the spicy miso ramen. The gyoza’s were delicious and the soup dumplings were perfect. Plus they gave out complimentary ice cream. Will definitely be back!“

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Great experience here! The food was really good, I got chicken katsu and diver scallops the two times I’ve gone. Sushi is really good, but what I’m most impressed about is the little outdoor dining area they have! They managed to make a zenful, relaxing atmosphere in the middle of a busy strip mall. I love the lights hanging and the water fall thing, it’s so nice! And I LOVED the mango mousse cake. I normally don’t like cake too much, but this one is delicious.“

“I love the place first time I ever went was from a uber eats order I had to drop off. Had my whole car smelling like heaven! I haven’t tried all the food but what u did try was the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. And feel in love with the spice. Need more deals tho! Needs a bigger bowl size with less of a price. I don’t know a Halloween deal.“

“Wow! The best kid-friendly service. We were brought little helper tools when she saw the kids were interested in learning to use chopsticks. She also offered to have our sushi rolls cut into thinner slices. So kind and helpful when a glass of water was spilled. We’ll be back!!“
