“I love this unique little bar/restaurant. The menu is limited, but everything I have eaten there is very good. The service is always prompt and friendly. My favorite area is the "garden room." I don't know that they call it that, but it has lots of plants and lots of natural light. A visit to Central City would not be complete without a meal or two at the Face Bar.”

“Omg DELICIOUS! Came down from Cheyenne to visit the Hot Springs and LOVED finding a hot dog joint, its one of my favorite things. Staff was friendly, food was out quick, and shoutout to the new guy on his first day! Will absolutely come down this way for Conrads again.”

“Oh my gosh! We were delighted by this hidden gem in Idaho Springs. My wife and I were wishing we could have access to a restaurant like this closer to our home. The food was outstanding, we both felt this was the best Thai/SE Asian food we’ve eaten. We ordered veg spring rolls, Green Curry Chicken and Chicken Laab. The food was fresh and the flavors were just perfect. Thank you! Will definitely make the effort to stop here on our trips to the mountains.”

“We enjoyed Clear Creek Cidery! Our waiter was very nice! Not sure of his name, but he greeted us when we walked in. He seated us and asked us how we were. He made sure we had everything we needed and even made sure my daughter was happy! He checked on us several times and made sure we were satisfied! The lady that was helping clean tables was very sweet as well! She was refilling drinks and even brought my daughter paper and crayons to draw with. Their on tap cider was very good! I tried the hard apple! My daughter’s chicken strip kids meal was very fresh! My husband loved the salmon appetizer! Everything is made fresh and homemade and you can really tell they value their business and customers! We loved this place and plan to go back when we visit Idaho Springs again!!”

“The locals watering hole. Low key atmosphere. Nice big fireplace and cute little patio. Stiff drinks! More of a tavern than a bar and grill, food menu is just light bar snacks mostly. The hot pretzel and chips and chili con queso hit the spot tho!”

“We stopped here on our cross country honeymoon, and decided on impulse to stop at the brewery. The food was so good, great portions, vibe was fun. The best part was our server Christian. He was such a delight and it truly made our experience. He was quick to make conversation with us and very interesting to talk to. He told us a bit about the area and gave us a few recommendations. If you get a chance to stop here definitely ask for Christian. You won’t regret it!”

“The batista made my drink wrong, and then gave me a blank stair when i mentioned it then slowly started to remake another, by which time I was already walking away, and told him to not bother. It's not the usual service i get, so i suspect i will revise this at a later time.”
