An excellent place to go for breakfast sandwiches everyday, along with their coffees. It's not fast food so you will actually have to wait for your order to be made fresh. “I have been looking for somewhere (not downtown) to get a freaking pastrami sandwich. This place saved me. The Pastrami on Rye is big and tasty. Other sandwiches like the Roast Beef could be a little thicker but the meat and cheese is fresh.“

The cashier gave me some bacon on the side for my service dog which was very thoughtful (it was a to go order, my dog doesn't eat while on duty in public so he got it when we were home). “Aerial and Marcus were terrific, I was so undecided I looked at the menu for 10 minutes trying to decide what I wanted. But they were so patient and my Phili cheesesteak Sub was incredible. “I went in today and ordered 14 sandwiches during their lunch rush. Instead of getting upset, they made my sandwiches and were extremely friendly, given the circumstances I put them in. The manager there is highly professional and courteous to her customers. Thanks, ladies apologies for slowing down your lunch rush.“

“I haven't eaten at Subway for many years because the quality and service were slipping. They have certainly made some improvements. I ordered a club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon and had them toast it and ordered the cheese I wanted and toppings I wanted rather than going with the preset menu listing. I had lunch for $10 and it was good. So good that in fact, I've eaten there several times now and plan on continuing to get lunch there. The prices are much higher than pre pandemic, but that is the new norm, and the sandwich was good. They carry Lay's brand chips for the win. Don't expect real bodega/deli sandwiches here, it's still a national chain and still run by a huge corporation which puts profits over product, but they have made some changes for the better and I will come back as long as the quality and prices remain consistent, and the staff is friendly and act like they take pride in their work and care about the product. The last time I was there, the artist, (do they still call them sandwich artists?) anyway, the artist that made my sandwich made a comment on how nice my sandwich looked when she finished adding the sweet onion dressing. She was right, it did look yummy and the fact she even noticed, showed me she cared. Not just about my sandwich, but about her job as a sandwich maker. I will go back just for that. That customer service and little extra touch made a difference in how I view Subway now and why I have been back several times even though I have many other options right in the same neighborhood.“

I used to consider them one of the most expensive fast food places, but things have changed so much, recently, that I would say they're right on a normal range, now.“

“Awful experience. Ordered online. Showed up at the time indicated and then waited another 40 minutes for an employee to begin making my two sandwiches only for the employee to misplace them in another customers bag and give it away. Thinking I was confused and querying about my order, the employee says my order has just gone out and must have been stolen. The employee then does not offer to do anything until I ask for a refund because I was done waiting 50 minutes after my order was supposed to be complete. Frustration was for dinner tonight.

UPDATE (24 May 25): After this experience, the owner of the store contacted me and expressed his strong desire to correct the issue. I [hesitantly] went back to this store for the first time and was pleasantly surprised all around. The staff appeared much better trained and my experience was much smoother. I have updated my rating to reflect this significant improvement and the owner's clear desire to provide a positive experience.“
