Our waitress answered all my questions and I didn't feel like a burden. The made a change to all of the rolls we wanted by swapping out tempura or sauces that contained soy sauce.

The staff is efficient and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the sushi is on point. Before we moved up north, we used to always partake in sushi Sundays from Ooka. “This was our second time dining at KUMOYA and of all the sushi spots in the Denver/Boulder area, this is our favorite. The Omakase is a great value and you won't leave hungry. The nigiri was very good and the katsu sando was an excellent way to finish our meal. The few drinks we tried have also been delicious and Bar KUMO looks like a fun spot. The inside is very nice and it can be loud on busier nights, but my wife and I didn't have any trouble hearing each other in a booth. The center tables are slightly louder. Overall, amazing food, good ambiance, great value, and excellent service.“

“We love Kobe An and have been patrons going back 30 years since they were in Lakewood. Marco has done an amazing job with the new -er location and his staff is well trained. His newer sushi chefs are doing a fantastic job which leaves him free to focus more on the front of the house. We told him tonight that the sushi is the best it’s been in the 30 years we’ve been going to his restaurants. The hamachi and mussels were outstanding, as were the rolls and cocktails. The new Kobe An is the real deal.“

I ordered the bento box, and it was a nice sampler of what this place has to offer. The ratios were perfect, from the helpful serving of tempura to the precise amount of wasabi. Also, the best green tea I've ever had. Price, quality, and care are all the reasons why this restaurant hits every single mark. The food will fill you with joy that will carry you through the week.“

“Easy find an conveniently located. The sushi are so cheap, delicious, and well sized. Got 5 pieces of tempura sushi for around $7. They give you sauces at request and a good amount. The menu has amazing prices, especially in this economy. There's also drinks and snacks if you're interested.

My only true issue is the wait time. They only take an order or 2 every 5 to 10 minutes. I waited around 30 minutes for my order. I forgive this since there were only 2 workers and a decent number of customers. Bathrooms and tables are there while you wait. Clean inside.

If you're looking for cheap sushi- don't buy it for nearly twice the price at the target or Walgreens on either side. Get it fresher and tastier here.“

“I wanted to eat a bagel and drink some wine after going to the movies, so I saw some carnivorous plants instead. Since I was still hungry and thirsty I got a haircut. My hair was upgraded and I also drunk a bottle of wine. I got a tattoo afterwards. My leg looks fantastic and my bagel was also delicious, but something was missing. I got some sushi. It was brilliant but not as good as this bagel. I got a second one. That was missing. The second bagel.“
