“My friends & I had time to kill before our flight and saw this place on google maps so we set off on a walk to find this place. We got there just at the right time because a line started to form.

Worth the wait and it looked like they were using ceremonial grade matcha! (which is why the drink may take a while - it requires precise steps, for those that don’t know). There was also only one person working when we got there - we probably waited a total of 10 mins for 5 drinks (which makes sense since whisking probably takes about a min or so & the other min is probably for preparing the drink).

Each of us got a flavored matcha (I got strawberry) & my husband got regular matcha. After tasting both, I much prefer the regular matcha!

Overall, glad we made the 15 min trek in the cold for this place - the matcha made us happy!“

“Sure as the sun rises every day, this place is likely to have a line out the door. It’s nice to see some familiar faces working behind the counter nowadays and they seem to have things dialed in a little better than in the past. The flavor selection is interesting and their rotational flavors change often enough you will find something new to love every time you go in. Parking can be a nightmare on pearl but you can park in the neighborhood and hike over.

My only gripe (and warranting a 1 star penalty) is the absence of their best flavor from their core menu. In a savage and deeply personal attack against me, the chief cow decided some years back to discontinue PB&J due to “slow sales”. Apparently eating a double scoop every day for three years for lunch wasn’t enough to maintain the product mix numbers system wide so they broke my heart and tanked it. I’m only half joking but management if you’re reading this know that wound still hurts. Bad.“

I’m always fond of pistachio, but I noticed they had lavender poppyseed so of course I wanted to try that. She suggested I pair the two together and that could not have been a better choice!!“

“Good ice cream with some flavors such as salted butterscotch which are not common, but are delicious. They do cups or various types of cones and do have milk shakes.

Service can be slow if there are a lot of customers such as the family of five that were ahead of me. That's not a server issue and there was a place to sit while I waited. They are fast and friendly when they get to you.

Parking can be hard to find especially at meal times.“

“Was here from Chicago and a friend recommended this spot! Hands down the most authentic creamery I have been to. Great service and an awesome menu! My favorite things were the agua de pepino. The pepiguate, omg my mouth just watered typing it. My kids had the Dubai strawberries which were the perfect combo of strawberries, chocolate and kitifi. They also had the fresas con crema, I think they were better than the ones I’ve purchased in Mexico! If you’re ever in the neighborhood, this place is a must stop! I will post photos shortly!“
