“The new owners in the past year are doing an amazing job. Some nights they’ve become so popular that they are having a little trouble keeping up but they will break their back to make it up to you. So far the food is very delicious and is my favorite in Evergreen. It’s just too bad they have the same name as a restaurant in Florida that keeps coming up on my web search. I wish they would change their name so everyone knows the difference. ?”

“Amazing Experience at Marshdale Burger Company! I just had a fantastic experience at Marshdale Burger Company, and I can't recommend it enough! Ordering was super easy, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and orderly the entire place was. There's plenty of open seating inside, which is always a plus. The real showstopper, though, is the phenomenal outside patio. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your meal. And speaking of meals, the burger I ordered was absolutely delicious! Honestly, after looking at the whole menu, I'm confident I'd devour it all. Highly recommend!”

“Just got festival, fried plantain and j*** chicken from Ricky. Was so excited to meet a fellow Jamaican out in Falcon and the food did not disappoint. easily the best festival I have had in YEARS, it was So crispy and the flavour was spot on, same for j*** chicken, the smokey flavour was great. The plantain was delicious and the twists Ricky puts on his food with his salsa and pumpkin rice were great too. I am so excited to have this again next time I'm in the area!! ??????”

“Found this place due to not being able to access another place. It was everything that I love in a locally owned and operated coffee shop. Great menu that is simple with a twist from the normal. Music not overpowering making it easy for me to work. Great view and ambiance. Excellent Service and personable people that treat you well even if they don't know you. I highly suggest them if you are in the area. A true gem to remember for any future trips through the area.”

“Great place to spend a summer afternoon! They were able to seat 9 of us on the patio with umbrellas and gorgeous views. Our server was fabulous and had great happy hour app suggestions. The beers and food were delicious. We had the best time!”

“The prices are great and the pizzas are ready to pick up pretty quickly. Only knock against them is that they struggle with special orders about one out of three times I order from them. E.g., I'll order olives on half of the pizza and jalapenos on the other half of the pizza and get a pizza with olives and jalapenos on one half of the pizza.”

“We dined in at Fountain. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Very generous portion and the BBQ sauce was so yummy. We loved the smoked potato salad. The decor is spot on with great pictures! We enjoyed everything about dining there today! We will definitely be back many times!”

“We got take out for the first time recently and were very happy! We tried the Thai red curry chicken (Thai hot), Pad See Ew chicken (medium) and the combination fried rice (mild). All of the dishes were fabulous, had great flavor and the spice levels were on point.”

“Home run again! Order right every time. Seafood is fresh and melts in your mouth. Personal favorite is spicy Tuna toll. My husband likes the 5 egg rolls for 6$. Their great! Sometimes you crave it and you just gotta have it. Ps. Sweet potato roll is amazing too.”

We made it in town during a tour and were short on time and we wanted something sweet and we ran into this place. This place ruined my donut expectations for the rest of my life.. Ugh so good!”

“We decided to grab a quick lunch here after spending time shopping.

The menu is not extensive but what we ate we were pleased with. We ordered their version of a BLT, served on a croissant. The highlights though were the pastries we had for dessert. AMAZING! Flaky and flavorful and so good we came back for two more to take home.

We didn't try coffee that day but we bought some to bring home for ourselves and friends. It's been received with positive comments.

We plan to return whenever we're in the area visiting family.”

“Fantastic little gem! We went in for pho on a rainy night and it was delicious. Very nice atmosphere, comfy booths. I had my 7 month old with me and they even brought her special cookies from the kitchen. Such a sweet staff, we'll definitely be back.”

“The food is really good and Amy is great! Anyone who says otherwise is just a priss..I have yet to find a place I feel more remembered and welcomed and real conversation while waiting for my food. If you know you know..the people who complain are the same people who snap their fingers at wait staff and treat people like peasants. The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is nice right across from the lake as well. Quit expecting to be pampered and cow tailed to. Be real.”

“We had a dinner for the entire wedding party at Bistro at Marshdale this past weekend. WOW! The food was amazing and the service was too. Alison guided us through the planning process from menu selection to table assignments. Alyssa took excellent care of us during the event. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend the Bistro at Marshdale.”

“I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Tuscany Tavern. As visitors from California and Florida, we were looking for a nice restaurant with good food while visiting Evergreen, Colorado. We were very pleased with the food, service, and ambiance of Tuscany Tavern. I totally enjoyed my pasta Arrabiata! We totally recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an excellent meal with great service. Our thanks to our server, Hudson, for his attentive service. We tried to get the Chef to come out so we could thank them personally but, not surprising, the kitchen was very busy.”

She is definitely one of them and I don't know, maybe she was an owner, but if not she treated the business like she was. She needs to be commended for her customer service!!”
