The texture is soft and chewy on the inside while being nice and crunchy on the outside. We also really like the croissants with filling—my personal favorite is the passion fruit cream croissant. Other notable pastries are the almond croissant, pain au chocolat, and the savory cubano ham and cheese pastry. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The staff is always so friendly. We are regulars for a reason! One of the best bakeries in town.“

You can basically mix match pair anything you'd like or that you can think of. Hands down THE BEST BAKERY...PERIOD!! No other bakery stands in comparison. “The Flour Shop Colorado provided the dessert for my son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The chocolate chip cookie cake and other assorted cookies were a hit with all of our guests.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! I will be back every time I'm in Denver. I was nervous about the area as I was driving, I'm from out of town and not sure but please don't let that stop you. It's not a concern it just doesn't look like a fancy pastry place. But it has the heart, the love, and warmth and amazing food at an amazing price with such a kind lady. I ordered 3 things and my total was only 9 dollars and a little change. So tasty. Their pastries feel like elevated versions of childhood favorites, especially the Twix-inspired bars that somehow manage to be both nostalgic and insanely refined. And the streusel—easily some of the best I’ve ever had—was buttery, crisp, and packed with flavor, adding the perfect texture to every bite. “Ammonia reminds me of the Greek bakery in Chicago near where I was born 78 years ago. Its plain, unpretentious interior and hearing people speak Greek while enjoying their pastries and coffee give it a very warm charm for me. And they have the best spanakopita and yalaktaboureko.“

“Clean facility can see everything being created! The croissants were flaky. The fruit tarts were a little dry. The layered crepe cake was delicious. Enjoyed the local art that is available to purchase in the hallway. Parking is in back. Snow removal is very bad and very slick!“

“My husband and I wanted to grab a bite to eat before hitting the Oakwell Beer Spa, and this was about the only option. However, it was a good one! We had Italian sandwiches that were loaded with fresh deli meats and veggies on fresh bread. We also had pistachio matchas that were really nice and well-balanced - not overly grassy like matcha can be sometimes. Thankfully it was a pleasant day becuase the only seating was outdoors. I didn't get a picture of the food since I was using my lap as a table, so I apologize for that. Very cute and yummy neighborhood café!“

“I live in Georgia and ordered a custom Nightmare before Christmas cake for my daughter's birthday. My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!“

“One of my favorites lunch stops after a hike in Boulder. I've tried just about the entire menu and you can't miss! It's all good! Everyone who works here is super friendly. My pie dropped out of the bottom of its paper bag on the way back to my car, and they gave me a replacement with a smile which I really appreciated. Shame to see such a delicious pie go uneaten, though. You can take home frozen pies and cook them in the oven, too!“
