We had a lot of mistakes with our dinner but our server Jerimiah really made the experience enjoyable. Overall the experience turned out to be good because of him.”

“My (now husband) and I eloped in Golden. After our wedding, we made reservations at Indulge for dinner. The staff made the night special for us with flowers and wine waiting for us at our table. Everyone was so kind and congratulatory, I seriously cannot thank them enough. The food was absolutely delicious. The bread with basil butter was to die for. The ahi tuna guacamole was also some of the best ahi tuna I had during our trip. If we didn’t live in Wisconsin, I’d want to go to Indulge on a weekly basis. Next time we’re in Colorado, I know we’ll have to make a pit stop back to Indulge. Again, I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding night feel so special.”

“By far the best vegan breakfast burrito I’ve had. The filling mix contains lots of vegetables, usually root veggies, which can surprisingly be hard to find at restaurants. Some places just add potatoes to a tortilla and label it a burrito. They also have a delicious vegan green chile to try with it.”

“Hiked up to the Genesee Mountain and smelled this BBQ on my way up. Upon my return down the Genesee Mountain Trail we made our way to the restaurant. We were greated by a very friendly staff as well as the owner. Fantastic service. More importantly, THE FOOD! I started with the pork green chili. Fantastic. I then ordered baby back ribs that were the best I've had west of Kansas City. Sides I tried between me and my partner were all fantastic as well: mac and cheese, green beans, baked potato, and cole slaw. All amazing flavor and portions. My partner is vegetarian and we were very surprised by their options. She had the fried cod sandwich, but they also have a plant based burger, a BBQ jackfruit sandwich, and several salads and sides to chose from. I couldn't eat everything they had to offer (pulled pork, brisket, smoked sausage, turkey, baked beans, classic American BBQ options) but I did leave with a 1/4 chicken to take back to camp (Chief Hosa, highly recommend). Best idea I had all day because it was perfect after the short hike back to base. The pricing was amazing as well. For the quality and portion size it was perfect. Overall, I'd give this BBQ spot a 9.5/10 and that's only because I didn't have enough room to try all their BBQ options. But I will be back on my next Colorado trip to update!”

The Fourteener was perfect with their mountain milk (seriously one of the best specialty coffees I’ve ever had). We got the Avalanche with mountain milk as well and it was a bit too sweet so I’d recommend normal milk or oat milk for the Avalanche. We’ll be trying their second location very soon!”

We were politely and professionally served our many food and drink selections! When our pizza slices were served, my mouth dropped, because I have never seen slices of pizza so huge! I have not had a slice of pizza that was so good with just the right amount of tasty toppings on mine! We ordered chicken wings, half naked and half buffalo wing sauce. The chicken wings had been fried to perfection and was so good we could not make up our minds which type of chicken wings was the best, so we called it a pleasingly tie!”

The booth where we were seated was too cold, so my wife asked to be moved. The new location was still too cold so we needed to move again. My wife apologized and told the server that she wasn't trying to be difficult. It was because she was undergoing chemotherapy and she had poor temperature control. The third location was perfect and we had a very enjoyable meal. When the waiter brought us the bill, he told us, "Don't worry about it. It's been taken care of!" I opened the check and someone had put the entire amount on their own credit card! They refused to let us know who had been so kind!
