“Gabbi is the best! Food, drinks, and atmosphere are excellent. The enchiladas and margs are delicious— especially the Pineapple Mezcal Margarita. The cocktail of the month (Coconut and Rose Margarita) is also amazing!!! Highly recommend.“

“This place is great. It was our second time eating here and I felt the need to write a review because the tacos are great. We're fresh off a trip to CDMX and haven't been able to taper back on our taco consumption yet even while back in the States. The tacos are fantastic, especially at this price point. Three tacos for $15 is a steal for the quality and care. Three tacos is more than enough food too. They are filled to the brim with quality meats and ingredients and you can mix and match. Support our local neighborhood restaurant and give it this place a try!“

“We went as a family and I can’t recommend Colima enough! Delicious, authentic food, kind, efficient service, and great margaritas and Palomas! They were set up so that my kids were welcome and I didn’t feel self conscious that they were interrupting other guests. We will be back without the kids to sit at the bar. I am coming back for a marg and queso!“

The atmosphere is usually a 5/5, but this summer, there have been A/C issues and they have been using a mobile swamp cooler. It's great on milder days (temps < 90). But with temps consistently in the 90s-100s this summer, the swamp cooler has struggled to keep things comfortable. Hoping the owner invests in repairing the HVAC soon.“

“This is the kind of place you accidentally find and then wish you had back home. 🌮 A little food truck with big flavor! The tripa tacos were the highlight of my day!! I loved them so much I literally turned back and ordered 2 more. The brisket was tender, the steak and al pastor were bursting with flavor, and the tortillas were perfectly smothered in grasita for that authentic street taco experience. The green salsa was fresh and flavorful, while the red brought the heat. If you’re in Littleton, do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret it!!“

“My husband and I love this place! The shredded beef burritos are excellent and we always get them smothered in green chili and the green chili is fabulous! The owners are a husband and wife team and they are always very happy to see us and come by and let us know that they are happy to see us. Also, the margaritas are great. We recommend coming here and we will be back!“

“This is one of my favorite places to get street style tacos. The portion size is awesome and they definitely do not skimp. And they also use double tortillas. My favorite to get here is definitely their barbacoa and the al pastor. Meat is super tender and filled with flavor. I also like that they put grilled onions instead of raw onions if you want them. Their salsa bar is also really good and my favorite is their green salsa. Only thing I feel that is missing is a little more cilantro but other than that no complaints. Really like that it's a family owned and the owners are really great people and super friendly! Definitely a must try if you're in the area or even if you're not in the area I would drive here for these tacos. I would say a solid 3-4 and you're going to go home full!“

“This is a very humble and unassuming little store front eatery. Please do not forego for this reason. Once you step inside you will be greeted by a lovely couple of ladies. One of them an elder lady who is so loving and so happy and excited you are there. I highly recommend the traditional breakfast with two eggs, refried black beans, cheese and sour cream to complement the fried plantains. This takes me to my childhood instantaneously. Eating here feels like eating at my grandmother's home sitting at a table in the kitchen, very nostalgic for me. These ladies are amazing hosts and love what they do. “First off, their queso fundido is amazing! The flavors were so savory and the portion was perfect!

I had their queso birria, and the meat was extremely tender, and the consomme was some of the best I've had in the Denver area! Will be back!“

Who ever is in the kitchen as well as Janeth needs a raise! The taco was pretty much perfect- hot, the veggies crisp while still being cooked thoroughly and just enough sauce to have everything wet without the tortilla breaking. (Would I have liked more curry sauce- yes- but I’m a sauce-a-holic 😂). Five stars overall!“
