“We make our reservations for the Blue River Bistro every trip before we even set foot in Breckenridge. It never disappoints! Always excellent with a wide variety of options. You can't go wrong. My wife had the short rib, and I had the risotto with chicken. Phenomenal!“

“The food was amazing. Burgers are well seasoned, chill awesome flavor. The Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken was the best taste have ever tasted. My server “Dan” was so nice and welcoming. Dan made us happy the rest of the day and always puts a smile on everyone’s face.“

“Blue Moose Restaurant absolutely lived up to the hype. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the food was delicious across the board.
The breakfast enchiladas with chorizo were outstanding — easily a highlight of the meal and something I’d order again without hesitation.
There was a bit of a wait, but that was expected and completely understandable given how popular this place is. The staff handled the crowd well and kept things moving while staying friendly.
This will without question be our first stop the next time we’re back in Breckenridge. Highly recommended.“

“The food here is the best restaurant on the mountain. The upstairs noodle bowl is delicious. If you are expecting it to be traditional ramen, you may be left confused or disappointed. It's a wonderful hodgepodge of different Asian styles. The broth is more of a Vietnamese pho broth, plenty of veggies and 3 proteins to choose from, and the noodles themselves are an attempt at ramen noodle. They are a little too soft, but still make for a scrumptious lunch nonetheless.“

“My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here coming from the Keystone Lodge and Spa. I ordered the venison, and my girlfriend ordered the salmon, and both dishes were exceptional! For drinks, I ordered a Ranch 75 (basically a French 75) and the Paper Plane, the bar has the classics nailed! Catrina made the night special, and Mike talked to us about the history of the Lodge. Overall, this was an amazing spot to spend our anniversary!“
