“I’m never disappointed when I go to Forge. AMAZING coffee and the most knowledgeable, creative and sweet owners you can imagine. And if you ah ent tried their seasonal lattes, you’re missing out BIG TIME! My favorite is the half sweet eggnog latte with a “zhuzh” (Robin’s official term) of gingerbread. Thank you for being AWESOME!“

“I ordered a fall drink and a hot Chocolate for my little brother. Ruby was our barista, she engaged in conversation with me and my 5 year old talking machine 😂. He ended up dropping his drink so I went back to get him another and she offered to get it for free. I paid for it anyways but she was truly amazing. I 100% recommend Ruby and this Starbucks!“

“LILY...is one of the kindest, caring barista employees who genuinely cares about the customers! I hardly ever make it up here north to this location in Monument, but I was very happy when I walked into the Starbucks after a very hard day to find Lily working. Lily is a dedicated and professional staff member. She exudes happiness no matter when you encounter her. Lily is quite an asset to this Starbucks location. My drinks are always made with extra care here. Lily is what "customer service" is supposed to be! 10 stars out of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ !! Way to go Lily!“

“Nice stop on my way south. I wanted a chai tea and cinnamon roll, neither of which were on the menu but surprise! available for sale! A few dishes looked good on the menu which I would’ve ordered had I been hungry for a meal. Lovely pre-birthday treat. ❤️“

“this place was phenomenal!!! the food, the service and the atmosphere were bar none! the restaurant was so beautiful and very clean! also spoke with the person in charge and she was so sweet and and warm hearted and at the same time she was hard at work and made sure she was back and forth greeting everyone who sat down and ate. all and all the place was an 11/10! Will go again soon and i can't wait to eat what else she has on the menu! my hats off to this place and it's individuals!“

“I RECOMMEND NOTHING ABOUT THIS MCDONALD'S WHILE THIS MANAGER IS THERE DAY MANAGER IS WORTHLESS, EXTREMELY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE'S DOING. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY ANYONE. REQUESTED HELP WITH THE SELF ORDER AND APPARENTLY THAT'S TOO MUCH FOR HER. I'M TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS MANAGER THAT I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MCDONALD'S WHILE SHE'S THE MANAGER.“
