“We were there for our first time with a wedding party that included 27 people. The food was hot & delicious & Andrew was our waiter & he was excellent! For a party of that size the food came out amazingly fast! Thank y’all for a wonderful experience!”
“We walked into Izakaya Cabin and felt like we were right back in Hokkaido. Authentic atmosphere for sure. We had a reservation, and the host seated us at a great table in the sushi loft that matched our reservation. Our server, Olivia, provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere despite some challenges at some of her other tables. Great menu tour, and the specials from her as well. Drinks were amazing, Sake flight was top notch and included one of my all time favorites - Pearls of simplicity - (a sake I have given as a gift to a mentor from Sapporo), and the shave ice cocktails are unique and well done. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience.”
“We were in town on our annual ski trip and looking for the Last Steep, but noticed the Hideout took its' place. It was a bit hectic upon arrival with no hostess, but once seated we enjoyed the new decor. Food was good though we missed the Last Steep menu, but service was excellent amidst the chaos. I never really write reviews, but our server Carrie (sp?) was super personable and attentive. We haven't always had the best service in Crested Butte, but she really made our dining experience. My old fashioned from the bar was excellent as well.”
“THE spot for an afternoon beer on the rooftop patio. Best seats on the street.Get some food too. They offer Himalayn food and the Veggie Momos (fried) are oh so good! Tasted great as leftovers too :)”
“I live in the Roaring Fork valley, not too far from Crested butte in the non winter months. Our friends who visted CB made sure they told us about Secret Stash and the Crack fries. I happen to be doing a project in CB and had to stop in. Excellent pizza and the Crack fries rock. The place has an odd but good vibe. I saw some people mention the loud music and they could play some better stuff from the 70's and 80' but when you're on the Crack fries, I barely noticed the bad music.”
“The guy running the front is an absolute delight providing wonderful service. The chicken strips are hand cut and fried fresh, super good! Get the slap sauce or be square”
“THE best meal we had in Crested Butte this trip! Grounded in the owner’s great-grandmother’s sourdough starter (named “Trisha”, because OF COURSE), this woman-owned gem is deliciousness at every turn. From the sourdough with black garlic butter to the house-made pasta to the flatbreads and finally bread pudding, everything was PERFECTION - well balanced, indulgent, DELICIOUS. And the wait staff were awesome too (thanks, Abby!). Don’t miss this spot!”
“The Dogwood is a special place. The owners and staff work extremely hard to continually elevate the experience. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they offer and are highly skilled and take pride in every cocktail served. Places like The Dogwood are few and far between and I can’t say enough great things about it!”
“The hummus and pita on the happy hour was delicious. The Paradise Punch was also very good. My husband had the pulled pork pita on the happy hour menu and a blonde ale which were also delicious. Will come back.”
“The experience was beyond exceptional. Nick was one of the best servers I’ve ever had - he curated a full chefs tasting menu for our group and was right on the money with every dish we were served. The scallops and bread pudding were absolutely mind blowing and a must order for any diners. Thank you for letting us shut it downnnn! Will 10/10 be back!”
“I been eating pizza at Mikeys since the first day it opened and when we’re in town it’s our go to for pizza. Another thing I like about it is no gimmicks and hard working crews. Thanks Mikey.”
“Perfect lunch sandwiches. The Dom was delish and we created a turkey with avocado and Swiss that was divine. Sweet and kind service totally loving atmosphere ♥️ HIGHLY ”
“Really fun atmosphere with great food and drinks. Love that they have live music and their pizza is super good! Only complaint is the staff seem to pay more attention to themselves than the customers. I get it's fun to catch up with locals/your friends, but the out of towners are the ones spending money to support your business.”
“New location doesn't have dine in yet, but still so so worth it. The food here is delicious and given the amount you get I think it's pretty reasonably priced. Love this place. Highly recommended.”
“Some of the yummiest ice cream I’ve had! They have a nice unique selection along with some classics. The lavender honey is scrumptious. Highly recommend stopping by while in ”
“These are some of the best burgers I've ever had. We come back year after year and one of the highlights of our trip is Crested Butte Burger Company. Prices are good. Portions are great. Food tasted amazing. We love the double Heifer and ranch french fries. I highly recommend this restaurant and believe you'll love it too.”
“Food was good, classic American breakfast (although we didn’t have anything “special” to really judge). The staff were incredible and the decor is so cute and sweet. Caramel Frappuccino was awesome and the latter my bf had was bomb. Will return every time!Dietary restrictions: They had a moderate selection of dairy free items. Nothing crazy but all the basics :)”
“Great spot on the main area of Crested Butte! It is so cozy especially during the time we went in winter with it snowing. The service is friendly & quick. The coffee and smoothie is so good! Great gluten free options too.”
“Teocalli Tamale in Crested Butte, CO seemed like a stretch when it was explained to me. I couldn't imagine how a tamale shop could survive at 9,000 + foot of elevation! I was wrong. The warm, inviting, cozy atmosphere (even at single digit temps outside) made me feel right at home as if I were walking into a local Texan Tamale shop. The offerings of Burritos and Tamales were a perfect assortment for just about anyone I could imagine. I had the Tamale Plate with one hot and one mild tamale with just about every option piled on top of a bed of cilantro rice and black beans. I could barely finish it all! We did not finish the Queso which had excellent flavor, but was very thick and difficult to dip without breaking the chip. 5 out of 5 I would return and will never visit CB without a Teocalli Tamale stop.”
“I’ve been to Soupcon several times and the experience is always exceptional. The cabin is beautiful, every single bite of food is absolutely delicious and the staff is top notch. I highly recommend!!”
“This is without a doubt my favorite spot in Colorado. The views are amazing and the service is fantastic. The bar closes at 3 pm each day, so we typically make sure we arrive here from wherever we are on the mountain by 2:30. We grab a pretzel, bowl of chili or a hotdog from the walk up window then get a cocktail from Larry and Liz in the heated Yurt bar so we can enjoy the sun and people watching for an hour or so before heading home for the day. I HIGHLY recommend a Bloody Mary from Larry, he says he makes them with love but really he means he makes them spicy and with plenty of vodka. We spend New Years and spring break in CB every year and Larry and Liz are the best bar tenders on the mountain, can wait to see them again in December.I gave the food a 3 star but not because it's bad food, it's only because there aren't many options. I wish they would put an outdoor grill up there so I could get a cheeseburger!”
“World class establishment. I crashed my backcountry skis and rolled in there leakin blood. Didnt even have to ask, they just started pouring me a fat drink and whipped out the first aid kit and fixed up my wounds. They put the hospital in hospitality and the put the booze in the beverage.”
“Wide range of Asian cuisine choices. Curries and were Crab Rangoon (wontons) especially good. Orange beef tasty, but slightly too much breading. Steamed dumplings just so-so. Take out order was ready when promised, fresh, and remained warm all the way back to MCB.”
“How can I give 6 stars??!? The most lovely and pleasant brunch I’ve ever had. Dianna and Mary Ellen are the sweetest bartenders I’ve ever had. I would go every day if I lived ”
“If you’re into rum and rum-based drinkings, this place definitely needs your attention. Note that they only sell one brand of rum, Montanya’s, of course. The drinks were fantastic, meticulously made and a pleasure to drink. Like other places in town, this one fills up quickly. Abbie, our bartender, was courteous and made us fantastic cocktails. We’re looking forward to our next visit.”
“10/10 view!!! Very clean restrooms, spacious patio. Bartenders are an absolute vibe. They offer EPIC Pass discount on food. Ski lift is right next to it, super convenient. Food was great !”
“10/10 coffee! We first tried it as it was served by the Old Town Inn and fell in love. Had to go try it in person. Iced americano was great on a nice summer morning. Staff was friendly. Great view.”
“Came here to watch a Bills game and it was exactly what we were looking for. Small bar with only one big TV but great for watching playoff games. Food is from Pitas in Paradise which is really good as well. Great service too”

“Small space but very friendly staff and delicious coffee. If you're staying at one of the nearby condos you can buy a bag of First Ascent whole bean coffee and they'll grind it for you.”
