“Fantastic experience! Amazing food. Best sushi I've had in Colorado. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to serve and answer any questions you have. The atmosphere is fantastic and it's a great spot to bring kids. They have an awesome sushi selection with excellent lunch prices.

“I wanted to eat a bagel and drink some wine after going to the movies, so I saw some carnivorous plants instead. Since I was still hungry and thirsty I got a haircut. My hair was upgraded and I also drunk a bottle of wine. I got a tattoo afterwards. My leg looks fantastic and my bagel was also delicious, but something was missing. I got some sushi. It was brilliant but not as good as this bagel. I got a second one. That was missing. The second bagel.“

“There is a new sushi spot that opened about two months ago. The atmosphere is so chill and lovely. I sat in the sushi bar where John was prepping my sushi. “Absolutely amazing experience! I’m incredibly picky when it comes to sushi, and the staff went above and beyond to help me figure out what I would actually enjoy. They were so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Their suggestions were spot on, and everything I ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The customer service alone would have me coming back, but the food definitely sealed the deal. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
If you’re new to sushi or just as picky as I am, I highly recommend giving this place a try. They made the whole experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“We stopped in for a late dinner and got ramen and the teriyaki rice entree. Everything was delicious. The ramen was the right amount, full of flavor, service was quick and everyone was very polite. The inside has a cool Japanese vibe, perfect for a casual date night“

“I've been eating at this spot for years. I usually come once a week for sushi and a few other items throughout the store. Im basic and always get California rolls and lately its all avocado and no cucumber. Literally no cucumber at all in today's order. I usually don't eat the avocado and remove it since you cannot order it, its premade. It's disappointing that there is no cucumber and this isn't the first time either. Just feedback for chefs, I'm still coming back next week and the week after. I'd also like to note there are 2 slices of ginger for 9 rolls. That seems skimpy IMO“

“Stopped in after melting at the farmers market. What a great choice! The servers Ivy and Allen work together very well and everything was very evenly paced. I had a small sake and Dragon roll. Hubby had the Philly. Both were excellent as the pictures will show. They were very accommodating to my service dog, which is always appreciated and sets the tone for a delightful dining experience. Would definitely recommend and return.“

“Con Safos is an absolute gem and a must-visit! I stopped by during the holiday season, and the festive decor and fun holiday vibes instantly won me over. The seasonal drink specials were the cherry on top!
Holiday Drink Highlights:
White Christmas Spritz – Bubbly, fun, and interactive with the self-pour option!
Ho Ho Hoe's Don't Get Cold – A delicious cranberry vodka drink that felt like the holidays in a glass.
What We Tried & Loved:
Carne Asada Loaded Nachos – Perfectly crispy tortilla chips piled with tender steak, gooey cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Total crowd-pleaser!
Chicken Flautas – These rolled tacos served in a cup were genius for a night at the bar, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and Cotija cheese.
Traditional Carnita Tacos – The street taco dream! Tender carnitas, cilantro, pickled red onions, and a salsa so good I wanted to take some home.
The combination of fantastic food, creative drinks, and lively ambiance makes Con Safos a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!“
