“We went for lunch today. The person at the counter who took our order was pleasant and efficient. I asked for no onions, which she said was no problem.
We got our meals quickly. But, when I received my food - - full of onions. I doubt this was the fault of the one who took the order.
There was also something hard in my wrap. It may have been a red bell pepper or sundried tomato (?) Just weird because it was red but tasted like neither a sundried tomato nor bell pepper.
The portions were good, but I didn't eat much of mine. I didn't want to have to pull a bunch of onions out.

I did think about going back to the counter and letting someone know about the mistake, but I am always wary of returning food. Also, I could not share the time it would've taken to make another.

The baristas were friendly, welcoming, and quick to prepare our order. Our drinks and food came out perfectly, and the area was clean and well maintained. It’s such a convenient stop to grab great coffee while shopping — excellent service and a pleasant visit all around!“

“I love Starbucks but this time my favorite drink was rushed and when I left it tasted watered down and I was not happy. With the money that I spend at Starbucks, you would think some care would go into making it. Never going to this location again!“

“Pass keys it the heart of Pueblo. I heard for many years how great it was. Last year tried it the first time and man was it amazing. So amazing every time we leave the lake it’s a must have. 2 locations both great food. Last two weeks March 29th and April 4th 2025 we visited again. Thank you for serving great food and having great respect for your customers and the hospitality is on point. Till next time. Honestly once you’ve tried it you can’t even think on the place or you’ll be wanting it.“
