“They got some new workers and today my drink order was correct for the first time in 3 years, Also the fries were perfect today. I hope they keep it up. The wait time today was reasonable as well. (In the past the wait time was forever long and the fries would be ick, and my drink would be wrong) I even startled my waitress and she remained calm and polite.“

They had different owners a while back, which didn’t care about their customers, but these owners have great customer service and have always listened to the customers on what they want. It has a family oriented feel to it and lots of great options for people who are vegan! Many of my non-vegan friends love it too, especially the burgers!!!“

“We love coming here for the chicken Pot Pies. They’re always piping hot fresh and actually have meat and vegetables in them. The service and atmosphere and cleanliness are what makes this KFC the best in town.

Dont know if its the Sunday day prepper or a new person but I ordered a double cheese and mushroom and even afet a ton of Parmesan from my house still tasted like nothing but sauce and bread. Reducing score to a 3. I've probably come here 20 times since they opened and more often than not it's good but as of lately it's been super inconsistent. When it's good, it's great and when it's bad it's really bad.

Today I ordered a churro and it came with pretty much zero cinnamon. The frijoles were also super dried out and the rice was cold. Tacos were also iffy.

A burger for me a hotdog for wife , small cheeseburger for my 7 year old with a fry almost 40$!! And he mentioned that they had an offer I needed to take advantage of, bringing our cost down to being able to get a meal for free!! He went above and beyond - we didn’t even have to get our own silverware to go. It’s the little things and attention to detail that really speak loudly!!! Our new favorite location!!!“

“My online order didn’t come through to the restaurant as quickly as it should have so it wasn’t ready when I got there but the friendliness and speed of service made up for it. I was offered a free drink and sauce because I had to wait but the wait time was maybe only 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!“

I stopped in late at night with a simple order, and he was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly right. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. That level of service is especially appreciated late at night. Nicholas clearly takes pride in his work and deserves recognition. Five stars!“

“I was really sad when I visited about 430pm on a Tuesday and saw 3 people(beverage station, food station and Emily) out of 6 actually working. I walked in and a young girl with long dark braided hair just stared at me blatantly ignoring me for about four minutes until I said.Excuse me can I order. She continued to ignore me while Emily who was engrossed in work stopped everything she was doing to take care of me and my daughters. She continuously apologized unnecessarily and proceeded to give me the best service I've ever had. Once I had my food and sat down, she continued to clean the restrooms during a quiet low, while others stood around still. Very grateful for Emily and I will return for her and the food. (Which was great btw)

( i now found out that she was a manager even. Possibly on a lunch break while staring.But you're not supposed to be on the line if that's the case and you could have verbally stated that instead, especially being management)

“I usually eat there on my way out of Colorado Springs as it is on Nevada Avenue, Southbound. Located across the street from Mitchell High School, it serves the upcoming generation. Overall a decent place to eat a hamburger and hop back on Interstate 25.“

“Haven't eaten at an Arby's in well over a year. My Ruben sandwich was perfect! No gristle, hot, not soggy, just the right amount of sauce and sauerkraut. The jalapeno bites were hot from the frier, no grease, no old taste, just perfect. There were no clean tables when we arrived (only one order in the dining area ahead of ours), and the sauces/napkins/ drink area needed cleaning. My husband said all the workers were busy filling orders whenever he looked over. The restroom was clean. Great location and newer store.“

“I don't go to fast food restaurants often, but the food was worth going to. My mother and I both got butterbuger combos with special instructions, and both came out perfect. The onion rings were great and were fresh not frozen, and there wasn't a crazy price mark up to add it to our meal.
We ate in restaurant, and ordered the special deal 4 pints of frozen custard to take home with us. The staff was great and made one flavor of the day fresh, and then 3 other flavors chosen from the freezer. The pecan turtle was the best! Definitely worth the price!“

“Whataburger in Hernando, Ms is top notch! Stephine the manager and her staff are always welcoming with warm hearts! My husband, daughter and I eat there at least 4+ times a week and we feel like we have extended family at Whataburger. We are a family that would base our vacations around Whataburger locations because there wasn’t one around where we lived until now! There are very few times we have been there that Stephine wasn’t there. She is amazing, hard working, and works with heart! So glad to have a Whataburger in our town.
