“Crumbl Cookie Superior is a clean, inviting shop that keeps things fresh with new cookie flavors every week. Though a bit pricey ($10 for 3 mini cookies), the Pink Wedding Cake and Peanut Butter Ice Cream cookies were amazing. Definitely worth 5 stars!“

“An update to my generic, no description 5* review a la 2018. The very first morning I spent in Colorado in 2016/7 was highlighted by a visit to Moxie Bread Co. So much so that the iced latte, cinnamon roll and kouign amann live vividly in my head close to 10 years later.

Located in old town Louisville (the best Colorado small town) at the crossing of Main & Pine. Perch up on the patio early and observe the town spring to life. Cyclists, walker & runners, pooches and pups. Spend enough time here and you will become a part of the community. Show up here as a tourist and be welcomed as if you just moved in upstairs.

The baked goods are second to none and the espresso/coffee drinks bring me to life. Moxie is a MUST visit when nearby...scratch that...Moxie is worth the drive from most anywhere on the front range. A perfect spot to spend a morning as a townie or a visitor. I have brought every friend & family member that visited me in CO to Moxie during their stay.

There is a lot to the story of Moxie, but just know that they deserve your visit, your love and dollars and finally your sustained support. Such a delight seeing the expansion and growth of Moxie over the years starting out of this little house in Louisville.“

Lady at the front counter was helpful and super nice - helped me decide on some delicious options...

B2 - banh mi with grilled pork... delicious, authentic, made to order, and super quick. Great balance between meat, bread (perfectly crunchy baguette), and fresh veggies. Under $10 and a solidly big sandwich that I happily crushed. Not sliced in half but that didnt matter and this ain't subway... authentic pork banh mi and i preferred the uncut authenticity.

Flakey pork sausage thingy from the case... fresh and fire little situation. Flakey dough - could have ate 12 but im a fat guy.

Vietnamese iced milk coffee... so good. Big drink, not too sweet, strong and amazing coffee. Wonderfully balanced. Didnt add anything and it was perfect as-is.

Key lime cake action... little sweet treat for when I got home... inhaled - great lime and vanilla cake. Since everything was priced so low, adding the bonus cake didnt hurt too bad. Huge selection of cheesecake slices, pie, little molten bomb cakes... they all looked amazing.

Buddy had the veggie sandwich (he's a vegetarian) and said it was bomb. Fruit punch drinky thing that he said was kinda sweet... they have Boba, teas, and all kinds of drink options. More vegetarian options would make him happy and he lives close by and recommended this place.

Different prices for cash vs. card but its like a dollar... not a big deal and totally understandable w credit card merchant fees. I paid w card and it was clearly labeled on the menu that it was a little cheaper with cash... next time... c.r.e.a.m.

Danay listed to our vision and perfectly executed a gorgeous cake. We then got cupped cakes for all of our guests and they were a HIT! We received numerous compliments on the cupped cakes and a lot of people left the reception carrying extra cupped cakes. “Best bread! I love Daily Grains bread, my family can’t get enough. The English muffins are also outstanding. We want to be regular customers. Cure Organic Farm (Boulder) sells Daily Grains on weekends and Wednesdays. I hope to cross paths with the owners this Wednesday, so that I can set up regular purchases.“

“This was hands down the best sourdough and pastry that I have everrrr had in my life. The loafs are beautiful you almost don’t want to cut into them. The crust is so perfectly crunchy and the inside is absolutely divine, I almost cried. So fluffy, absolute perfect texture. 10/10 spongeness. Same with the pastry. I never want to eat any other bread other than this now and my friend that doesn’t even eat bread was almost in tears as well. “I went to Boxcar looking for a good cup of coffee. I’ve searched maps, Yelp, Google, and TikTok for places where the beans aren’t burnt or over-roasted. I wanted a welcoming spot with friendly baristas who take the time to help.

It’s not Pergamino in Colombia, where customer service is next level because livelihoods depend on it and employees are given time to train and connect—but this is the closest I’ve found. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff who explain their beans and give great recommendations.

I was able to drink my coffee black—something most places don’t allow because their beans are over-processed and burnt—and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.
