“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. Highly, highly recommend! I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Telluride, but if I do, you’ll find me at Brown Dog Pizza!”

“I stopped in to see Mick and Keith post wedding shenanigans this past weekend and to pick up some swag, coffee and candles!!! I learned a bit about the roasting process and had the best flat white coffee ever - truly made with love. I’m enjoying my black magic, French press this morning - so delicious. FYI - they ship, so order up!!!”

“The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.”

“I wish I had taken a picture of the rice bowls we ordered for take-out, but they were so delicious and we were so hungry, that I forgot! We splurged and got all of the veggies in our bowls. I can easily say that I have not had another rice bowl as good as the ones we got at Liz. I hope we get a chance to come back!”

The whiskey is smooth as silk and the use of the Colorado juniper berries makes for a bright and vibrant gin that is very pleasing on the palate whether straight or in a cocktail. 10/10 will buy both of these products again.”

“A phenomenal experience. We come to telluride every fall and this is one of our favorite restaurants to dine at. Everytime the food and service is amazing. Our server tonight was Michael and he was exceptional. One of the best servers we’ve ever had. He was very educated on the menu and had great suggestions. We tried the new salmon on the menu tonight and were very pleased. We are here for 2 weeks and just might have to come again next week! Thank you Michael and thank you to the chef! Delicious!”

“Classic basement dive bar/Irish pub. They have two pool tables and darts. Great place to crush a couple cocktails and play some bar sports when the weather is bad outside. Careful though because you can end up spending hours in this establishment without realizing it. Bartenders are awesome to chat with.”

“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again”

“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad.
