“Had my husband cancel our anniversary dinner reservation bc I got my hair done and it looks absolutely whack - we still ordered takeout from PM and it was absolutely incredible. Thank you to the staff for still making wonderful food and accommodating. Will totally be back when you open again next season.”

“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. Highly, highly recommend! I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Telluride, but if I do, you’ll find me at Brown Dog Pizza!”

I learned a bit about the roasting process and had the best flat white coffee ever - truly made with love. I’m enjoying my black magic, French press this morning - so delicious. “The service was excellent, but the food…hot and cold (NO pun intended). My black bean soup was excellent, and so was the salmon. In fact, the salmon was one of the best I’ve ever had. The Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, shared at the table, wasn’t really crispy at all. It had a tiny bit of sauce drizzled over it, but most pieces didn’t get touched by it, so you had to either ask for a side of dipping sauce (which we didn’t) or eat it plain. Also, there were hardly any shrimp in with the calamari. My Caesar Salad was awful. Before ordering, I confirmed that the dressing was made in house, but it was a tasteless, bland, cream colored, nondescript thin liquid, without a hint of garlic. I didn’t complain, but I tried my only other option of adding plenty of salt and pepper, which just didn’t help. We didn’t order dessert, so I can’t comment on that element. Overall, I think Cosmo’s is a very fine restaurant, but maybe we just didn’t choose well. I would certainly go back, but I would never order the Caesar again, and I would carefully discuss the calamari with the server before committing to it.”

“I wish I had taken a picture of the rice bowls we ordered for take-out, but they were so delicious and we were so hungry, that I forgot! We splurged and got all of the veggies in our bowls. I can easily say that I have not had another rice bowl as good as the ones we got at Liz. I hope we get a chance to come back!”

“We were in Telluride for the first time, and we looked at all of the restaurants in town. Kazahana caught our eye, as we love all sorts of Asian food. This place did not disappoint. The service was great (thanks Kyle!), the food was amazing. The drinks were a little pricey for what you get. Very narrow glass, short, and $18 for each cocktail. It was tasty, but was literally maybe 4 oz of fluid. Three sips and it was gone. That was the only disappointment of the night. We had the Edamame and the Gyoza, which were amazing. For our main course, we wanted to go light so we both had the Ramen, I had the Miso and my wife had the vegan. Large portions, and very tasty!!! The restaurant is very nice. Modern and upbeat.”

“Have purchased both the whiskey and the Gin and have been very very impressed with both. The whiskey is smooth as silk and the use of the Colorado juniper berries makes for a bright and vibrant gin that is very pleasing on the palate whether straight or in a cocktail. 10/10 will buy both of these products again.”

We experienced a medical emergency during our visit, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us with kindness and professionalism the entire time. “Classic basement dive bar/Irish pub. They have two pool tables and darts. Great place to crush a couple cocktails and play some bar sports when the weather is bad outside. Careful though because you can end up spending hours in this establishment without realizing it. Bartenders are awesome to chat with.”

“In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again”

“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. The owner, David & his wife Diana, went above & beyond & we had one of the best experiences ever at a restaurant. I highly recommend Caravan!!”
