“I’m in this Starbucks often doing work. Will be in there for a while and see all the big surges of people. Especially when the high school lets out.
Just want to say that the staff here works their ass off! They are nonstop pretty much all day and are very efficient at their jobs. On top of that, they are all super kind and have gone out of their way to help people with their drink changes, spills, etc.

“I took my senior parents in for their covid vaccine at the pharmacy today. (771 Thornton Pkwy location) The pharmacy was efficient with essentially no waiting. The pharmacist, Susan, was so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. My mom has many allergies. She had my parents wait 30 min after vaccination and checked on them several times. The pandemic has taken a toll on our isolated seniors, who are a vulnerable population so her kindness and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. My parents and are grateful they received the vaccine and that this was a positive experience. Thank you, Susan!! 🙏🏽“

“A run of the mill Starbucks. Staff was friendly. My coffee was hot and just how I ordered it. No complaints or issues at all. My only "ding" would be(and it wasn't an issue for me) is that there doesn't seem to be many seats. If it is busy at all, you might be out of luck. It is pretty small inside.“

“The service at this Starbucks location was excellent. The staff members were both friendly and efficient, making the experience quite pleasant. As expected from Starbucks, the breakfast item I ordered was delicious and met my expectations. However, I found the coffee to be quite ordinary and lacking any distinctive qualities. While it was perfectly acceptable, it didn't stand out as anything special. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of their coffee.

“I’m a regular at this Starbucks mostly because I shop at that target and I’m addicted to coffee . I love 90% of the team that I have encountered while ordering coffee from them. Only ever got my order messed up once which I went back and they where so kind . They remade my order with no problem at all even made me feel so much better about the whole situation because I felt bad but then I was also irritated . After I left with the coffee I ordered I was very happy at how they handled the situation they apologized and it sounded ginuine. Everyone is very nice , most of the employees are very knowledgeable about every drink and know what they’re doing .“
“BEST STARBUCKS! I've been reading how slow this place is and it makes sense, if you did happen to go through the drive thru..... It would make a huge mess, not to mention block the entire entrance to King Soopers! Seriously though, it seems like this location gets all the bad reviews from across the street. They are always fast and friendly. P.S. this one is INSIDE King Soopers....“
“It’s always great when I see representation for all people regardless of ability. I noticed the sign saying they have menus available in Braille and Large Print and wanted to praise this store for that. I was driving thru the area and this sign stood out to me as what makes this Starbucks location special!“
“Everyone here was so super friendly. The store was clean. I love that they had a little coloring book station for kids. My kid is 25 years old and he may or may not use that. Haha. I would totally use it. Our drinks are always correct. There's a nice selection of food. Thank you so “
“Had a young gentleman make me a chai latte (delicious, nailed it) and my daughter a kids hot cocoa. He asked her name to put on the cup and 10 min later she can't stop talking about how tickled she is to have her name on the cup. Awesome job making someone's day ?“
“I’ll admit this but don’t judge, I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and have been all over the country and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks drive though. Here’s why: Ben. Ben asked me if I had tried a specific item that I had not. That threw me off. Never has another Starbucks rep asked me that. He laughed, he was happy and it made me happy. Thank you Starbucks team for making my work trip to Colorado so much more colorful!“
