“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“Food here is spectacular. The sushi is some of the freshest in town, and the cuts & presentation are special. There is usually just one chef and one waitress (I think maybe a husband and wife team, but I'm not sure), so don't expect it to be lightning fast. That said, it's worth the wait. Don't sleep on the vegetables. We got the garlic broccoli last time we were there and, despite it seeming to be very simple, it was once of the best dishes I have ever had. There are also some really interesting traditional style sushi that is unlike anything I've had at other local establishments. This is our go-to neighborhood spot when we don't feel like trucking across town to Sushi Den. Highly recommend 10/10.

Hot (but high quality) sake and a bowl of their homemade kimchi ramen (with in-house broth) is the power lunch that strengthens the host to fight the invader. My dining in experience was further enhanced by the handmade metal screens (made by the head chef), subtle decor and gentle piano music. The quality food was equally matched by the service. We stopped by last night before heading to the Arvada Center for a play, and wow—what a perfect pre-show meal. The ramen was absolutely wonderful: rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and the black garlic hit all the right notes.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The young woman taking care of us was a whirlwind of efficiency and grace. She was juggling takeout orders, cleaning tables, taking orders, and delivering food—all while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor. It was impressive to watch, and made the whole experience feel even more welcoming.

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“Today I had lunch at Tora Ramen. I tried a Japanese sandwich, which was a great surprise! It was very innovative and the flavor was incredible. If you're looking for something different, you have to try this sushi sandwich. It's incredible, and it also comes with a choice of a side of adamame or eggplant fries.“

It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.“

“I was in the parking lot and starving! Didn’t want ramen since it was so hot, so I went with a curry chicken bowl instead. It really hit the spot! The bowl had fried chicken, curry, and pickled radish—totally unexpected but awesome. The server was great, and since the place only had about three tables inside, I managed to beat the lunch rush. “Sukiya is, without a doubt, my favorite place to get ramen in the Denver metro area. The physical location of the actual restaurant is small, but very cozy. Parking is available and easy to access. The service is always really great and quick. The food itself is incredible. In particular, the gyoza and spicy tonkatsu are my go-to orders!“

“We have had several great experiences here before we go see a movie next door, and I would say the value and service are what stick out the most. Their lunch sushi specials are a great deal, and I would recommend looking at your watch before going. $14 is a steal for the amount of food you get. And, although we are in the summer now, I love, love, love their ramen. I got the 1st sushi option this trip, and the wife got the 3rd one. The quality of the food was pretty darn good for the money, and our service was great. “Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked - the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. Very clean and neat inside, with plenty of seating. Order at counter and delivered to you. Not the most extensive menu but it all looked good.“

“We were given this recommendation from a friend who lives in Denver. The food was INCREDIBLE, the drinks were delightful, the food came out quickly, despite them being busy on NYE. The music was loud, the laughter along with the people having a great time, made the perfect downtown Denver experience. The ambience is beautiful, the lighting and decor really set the vibe.
